I went in on a weekday around 3 ish.... It was empty but they told me that their busiest days are the weekends. Seeing the pictures and inside they are very family friendly and omg sooooo clean. My pizza was just like I like it full of toppings crisp bottom and nice and hot!!! I snuck two slices on my way home lol what do you expect... I live at least 20- 30 min away in that after school traffic. The last time I ate Chico's when I was 19/20 yrs old and I'm so much older now (mind your business) a lady never tells her age Well they were just as good now as they were back then and I enjoyed it immensely! I've been coming to Chico's Pizza for over 20 years, so I know how good it can be. This time around, the pizza was just okay. It's definitely best when eaten fresh out of the oven -- once it sits, it doesn't hold up the same. I've had much better experiences here in the past, but I'll still be back. You really can't find shredded pepperoni like theirs anywhere else, and when it's done correctly, it's perfection. For $28 for a large two-topping pizza, I expect that fresh, just-out-of-the-oven quality every time. When Chico's gets it right, it's absolutely worth it. read more

Apparently we haven't been to Chicos Pizza in some time. Used to love the ambiance, the food and the memories. Now walking into this place was dreary. No liveliness. Walk up order window feels like you're bothering the worker. Dirty bathrooms, abandoned playroom, darkened drink bar. Just the sound of few people talkinh while awaiting their order and the mild hint of a Galaga video game in the background. Place has truly to gone down. The food is now mediocre (garlic bread tasted like day old toast). Their pizzas are still pretty good. Love that thin crust and diced ingredients. Tasty and they'll put whatever your heart desires on your pizzas. Prices HAVE gone up. Overheard they no longer serve beer. Might as well make this joint a drive thru or just close its doors already. I am 41 years old and have been coming to chicos since I was a little girl. I don't care for the pizza as much as I did as a kid but my son loves it. My son is Autistic and very selective of his food choices but loves their pizza. I have never had a bad experience until today. I phoned my pizza in so my pizza was ready when I arrived. I waited patiently at the window and a guy walked up and looked at me and said nothing. We continued to have a starring contest before he said"yes. I said I'm here for a pick up. He said nothing at all. He took my card and told me there was a fee to use my card. I asked was he having a bad day, he said " Nope, while looking down. I said just your personality, he said yup( very sarcastically). Told me to grab my pizza all while looking down. I have never felt unappreciated at a business in my life. 19 dollars for a medium pizza that ends up being cold before you turn the next block is crazy. Chicos needs to work on better service for the people in the community. Terrible! read more

I grew up on this pizza it's been around since I was a little kid it's a little different then your normal pepperoni they slice them down and it's thin crust but just the perfect crunchy taste .. the have pool tables and nice cold beer ! The first time I ever tried Chico's I was really excited. Fresh taste, quality ingredients. I had it leftover, cold and still tasted good. This left me craving Chico's for over a month when I finally had time to get some. Ordering was a bit of a pain. The phone lines seem to shut down randomly, I'm unsure if they get disconnected when they are too busy or something but it's kind of inconvenient. This caused me to miss being able to order on a day I had off which left me pretty bummed. Anyway... once I finally got through (on a differentday)... Placing the order was another hassle. A gentleman answered & he had a rough time understanding my specifications. Nothing crazy: "One Chico's special with olives only on one side". Guy goes "OK NO OLIVES." I had to repeat myself 3 times before he got it and I felt bad because I honestly hate customizing things since I understand it can be annoying for busy establishments like this one but still was mildly annoying for us as well. Finally place my order. Go pick it up and the price was $57. My order was: 1LRG Chico's Special, 1LRG Supreme, 1SML Pastrami. Even for 3 pizzas, I thought the price was a bit steep. Spend about $20 less any other place with more or less the same quantity of food. I was so excited to finally have fresh Chico's that I didn't really care about the price. Get home and open the box and I'm kind of like... "Where the F%&# is the cheese?" Pictures attached... I could not taste the cheese and it was much less than any other place I've ever gone to, so disappointed that I had to shred and add extra cheese myself. Almost $60 and I still had to "fix it up". Blasphemous. 3 key ingredients of pizza are cheese, sauce, dough. Can't cheap out on that. Especially not when you're charging $21 for one pizza. Also, the uneven slices of pizza reminded me of Chuck E Cheese and their whole reusing old pizzas conspiracy. It's a bit unsettling to think they'd reuse pizzas and I'm not accusing Chico's of this at all, but honestly how do you cut pizza so unevenly that the slices don't look like they even belong in the same box? Anyway! My experience was more of an inconvenience and honestly not worth the money. I'm Italian, not that it makes me an expert in pizza but... I'm also not a snob. I enjoy Little Cesar's and ghetto grub spots like any other Downey Dweller but for nearly $60.... na fam. Not worth the hassle of ordering or the price to be perfectly honest. Aside from the failures... the pizza itself is pretty dang tasty! I'm just disappointed in the lack of cheese. That really irks me. It's like having watered down coffee. Completely ruins the final product if a key ingredient is lacking. Anyway... most likely will not be returning unless prices change. Pizza shouldn't be a luxury. You're in Lynnwood, not Beverly Hills. Simmer down with them prices, sparky. read more

I hope the owners are really reading these reviews. I moved out of status for 9 years but I grew up eating this all the time. We had specials codes back then if you wanted your pizza to be ready upon arrival. I've recently visited the location and the food quality has taken a huge dive! The crust was dry with very little sauce and pepperoni. The sauce was bland like just coming out of the can with no extra seasonings. Very little cheese. Come on chicos I'll give you another try but please get it together because the community needs you! read more

The quality has gone down! I asked for extra cheese and pepperoni and it still barely had any pepperoni it. If you don't ask for extra cheese, it's dry hard crust with tomato sauce and sparse meat. Have been coming to this pizza parlor since I was a child. Moved away and still hit this spot for nostalgia. It is not in the best location of town, and my friends and family I have brought here gave mixed reviews. However, it is the pizza I was lucky to eat once in a while when my mother could afford it. There was a lady for years playing an old piano, and she would hand out balloons and candy to the kids. I just visited town. Had to stop by. Thin crust pizza, cheese, and shredded pepperoni. There's no doubt that the pizza is good however the customer service is the worst I've ever seen down to the phone order and actually picking up the pizza. I walked in with no welcome in and the cashier literally said "what". I'm not a reviewer but I felt like I needed to say something so this could improve. Okay sooooo first time coming here and the pizza was actually pretty good didn't expect it to be thin crust I spent 50$ on 1 large pizza and 2 pitchers of soda no wing deals though the part that I can't get over is the bathroom smell it was extremely strong and the place needs a update the woman's restroom were not in great condition however we really enjoyed the pool tables 10$ for 1 hour and my Lil people were able to play pool with us but out of 8 pool tables only 2 worked over all I probably won't go back but the environment was friendly the pool table were a great hit and it's pricey and smells read more
