Worst customer service. Not many orders and still manage to lose mine. The guy that took my order never gave me a receipt. It was one client and myself inside. Female worker comes in to her shift and the guy that took my order left. No communication what so ever. She's stocking up on sodas and sees me there standing. Never was concerned if I was waiting on an order until I ask. Just like I knew my order wasn't even inside the oven. To the owner, you have to train your staff right. Customer service is a must. A simple "hi are you waiting on an order?" Will go a long way. Specially being a small business. read more

I was placing an order over the phone at 5:18pm on 9/8/24 and asked for some fried zucchini and they said "we don't have any right now" so then I ask to include some crushed peppers with my pizza I ordered and guy on the phone said "we don't have any either but if you want I can go to store and get some" already with an attitude in he's voice. They claimed to be open till 10pm, I decided to call 8:40 asking to place a take out order. Young lady says that if I get there before 9 they can make it for me, I arrived at 8:45 and as I walk in the cashier and cook look at each other and decided to tell me they already turn the oven off and can't make any more orders. I usually don't eat pizza crusts because they are usually flavorless and if I do, I pull out the ranch dip or pesto from my refrigerator. Used to be one of my pizza spots, but after the unpleasant experience of my last visit, never again. They gave me the wrong order, I called to let them know and since they "could not take the pizzas back", they wanted me to pay for the pizzas they mistakenly gave me and also for the right order. Every time I go I order a sausage and pepperoni pizza and it's decent. Today I took a chance a ordered a pastrami pizza. I love pastrami and pizza so I thought this was a no brainer. Been here twice and both times I was very satisfied. First time I got the basic large $5 special just to try it, service was nice, quick and the pizza was pretty good, only flaw was the bottom wasn't as crisp as I would hope seeing how it's pretty thin crust pizza. 2nd time was just now, decided to walk there and get that Mango Habanero pizza I was eying on the menu last time, again good fast service, same guy so maybe a mom & pop place which is always good to support in area. Wait wasn't long but gave me time to eye the menu above and not just the specials so wife and I wanted some mozzarella sticks :^) added that to my order no issue, very affordable for everything here. Once the food came out, with out asking I was given napkins and crushed red peppers (very cool), I gave the food a peak, looks great, walked back home and please to say it tasted as good, very happy! Sticks are a 5/5 and pizza a 4/5, good flavor, quality of chicken, sauce and all, just bottom still wasn't as cooked, I got it well done, looks well done all around but the bottom was normal (not undercooked) either way I'm happy and it is good so no real complaint. Shout out to the guy working there, awesome service, I appreciate it, will be back, doubt it will replace papa John's for me and my Sunday football but it's a nice close option read more

Im sorry to report that Lalis pizza must have decided to cut corners on what was once a great pizza. they decided to use less ingredients for same price. The result is and extremly thin pizza with half the sauce and chesse and ingredients. This usually happens in a lot of restaurants, they have a great product then they cut corners to make more $ then they loose patrons and its down hill. too bad. read more

I know there are a lot of reviews complaining about the sauce but I really don't like too much sauce on my pizza so I'm totally ok with little sauce haha I didn't like their meat lovers pizza, it had a really weird taste- especially the bacon and sausage that they use. I did love their chicken alfredo pizza, I had never tried it till I heard about lalis offering this type and it is delicious! I'd say stick to regular pepperoni pizza or the chicken alfredo. I wouldn't recommend the meat lovers. read more

Exceptional pasta. I was really craving some chicken Alfredo and I saw this restaurant on Postmates and decided to get some pasta from here and I'm glad I did. I usually get pasta from dominos but the pasta from here is hands down one of the best I've ever had. The sauce is buttery goodness. And the chicken is also good, has a slight lemon taste to it? Idk but the chicken was great and honestly like the best past was probably the garlic breadsticks. I usually never eat breadsticks cause they are usually bland and dry but the breadsticks from here are phenomenal. They are soft and fluffy and have a slight sweetness to them along with the garlic taste which sounds weird but in reality it's delicious. And then not only that, dipping the garlic bread in the pasta sauce just made it even better. Just amazing, and the portion for how much you get is good!
