Not great gluten free pizza ... would not order again . Daughter had regular and she said not great either .

So I came into this establishment after a long day of work, and just wanted a "Fast fire'd pizza". However when i walked in the only employee to try to help was this wonderful young lady melany, who i believe should be given a raise for her work and effort, there was also a very nice kid robert who was on oven and making sure pizzas were finished, however the other employees were rushing me, giving me shitty looks and attitude, yet it was only 7pm? like wtf you guys close at 10 the last time i checked, id rather order a pizza from the dunkin donuts across the way. Will come back to be served by melany but i wish they would find new employees to fill the other positions here. read more

I normally really like blaze as my to go pizza.. I honestly think it is one of the best Gluten Free pizzas around! But I am so disappointed with their service.. I have ordered through their app twice to get pizza delivered and both times and both times they messed up my order and had to redo it. They first time they were kind enough to call me the second one they didn't even realize it! I had to call them and nicely they offered my first order for free.. then I asked how am I gonna get my pizza Noes they told me to go on the app and contact the delivery guy.. there is no way to do so! I ended the phone call saying thank you and have a good night and the girl hung up on me!!! And my husband had to go get the pizza!!!! More like 2.5 stars... really disappointed. read more

Quick fired custom pizzas... a little better than 1000 Degrees but suffering badly from the good economy. Service is pretty sad. Not bad kids, just not very good at talking/acknowledging customers, counting change, or... well, making pizza... with any kind of speed. 5 people behind the counter on a weeknight with maybe 7 customers and the line is hung up for 10 minutes and they are literally running out of premade dough... Watched my pizza go in with my two kids'. Somehow, mine comes out then five minutes go by while the confusingly process a big to order while the kids pizzas sit there on the counter waiting to be cut. Interesting approach. Pizza is decent though and prices are inline with similar concepts. More like 2.5 stars... read more

I was taking my daughter for a nice lunch. The machine to make the regular crust was broken. They offered to make the pizza on the premium crust with the premium price. They would not honor the regular crust price since it was their fault and not mine. Mandatory $2.50 upgrade , I don't feel as a customer we should have to pay an upgrade when it's their fault. read more

I dont like being a negative person but the service i received was just absolutely horrible. I'm not a fan of pizza but i do like going to blaze because they have a green stripe pizza that i absolutely love. I dont know the guys name who took are order but he must've been new because right off the bat he had no clue what he was doing. I told him i wanted two pizzas; one build your own and one green stripe and that i wanted the green stripe on a keto crust. He then asks if it's 3 pizzas and i say no it's 2. He's looking at me confused and so am i and he asks again is it 3 pizzas i again repeat myself and say no it's 2 and I explain to him what i want and he was like "that's what i said" in a very rude way. I just brushed it off. This is where it gets awkward and i begin to get confused he starts on my pizza (the green stripe) and asks me what i want. That's when i knew he had no idea what he was doing. Usually when you go there and select one that already has the ingredients listed they just make it. Well this guy had no clue what he was doing so i in a sense basically built my own pizza. After the second ingredient he asked me what else and i told him "well it's the green stripe so shouldn't you know what you're putting on it" so he finally looks at the paper with the ingredients and starts making it how it's supposed to be. At this point in any other blaze pizza they usually ask you "would you like to add on any thing else to your pizza" to which i usually just add spinach they also ask you if you'd like sea salt and oregano to which I always say yes. Well since i added these items he gave me attitude and said "i hope you know this a build your own pizza because you added ingredients" that pissed me off completely! Of course it's a build your own pizza you imbecile! It's a build your own pizza because i basically did build it because you don't know how to do your job! He was just very rude and unprofessional the whole time. I stayed quiet because i dont like being rude or impolite to service workers because it's a tough job and i understand that, but it still does not give him the right to be rude. We finally arrived home and i realized he forgot to put on the pesto sauce that goes on in the end and that's when i knew the pizza was gunna be wrong. Funny enough open up the box and BOOM ITS BURNED!! Are you kidding me!?? I don't even wanna call or go back for the fear that I'm just gunna receive horrible customer service again. It sucks because i really love blaze pizza! But i dont think I'll be returning again after the encounter i had today. Hopefully they can teach this employee to be a lot nicer to people and how to make a pizza. read more

Generally, I would not complain about Blaze because I'm a true fan. But, when you have 4 girls chit chatting and not acknowledging you, then, i must complain. Business was very slow. I asked where I could pick up my online order. One of the chit chatters says to me "you can pick that up at the register". Ok, cool. So, i walk up and the only two people at the register are the cook and slicer person. Neither of THEM acknowledge us either. There are 3 people waiting in line and not even a "will be with you shortly". In closing, i find it rude that 4 girls chit chatting and two cooks who only had 4 pizzas could not say a word. This was my first time coming here and I was excited to try a new pizza establishment. The pizza on the website and in YouTube reviews looked amazing! So I was willing to give them a shot plus we got a coupon in the mail for a free pizza. Well, needless to say, it really wasn't what I had hoped for. First of all, we ordered one large 3 topping pizza that for whatever reason was in 2 boxes. It smelled good but when we opened the boxes, there were 4 slices in each box and looked as if they were thrown in there! It was an absolute mess! I ordered on the mobile app which was very easy and the time I selected said to order later because they were busy. Not a big deal. However, busy or not there is absolutely no excuse for the pizzas to come out looking like they did. I also ordered one side salad and when I got it it had enough dressing on it for 5 salads! Most establishments usually put the dressing on the side. Yes I know we got a free pizza and paid for the salad but this was an extremely disappointing first impression. Blaze is a "once a week" place for us. With really good prices, and amazing tasting pizza, we are never disappointed. My daughter has celiacs, so I love that they offer Gluten Free dough, and a glove change for the all the staff. They also offer gluten free pizza sauce. The pizza prices are really decent tbh for the quality. Add $2 for the gluten free. I've ordered in store and online with very little issues, and if they did have issues they fixed it really quickly. Love the natural soda choices here as well. The line can get long, but they are really quick and keep the line moving. read more

Excellent and fast pizza. They use quality ingredients and don't skimp on the toppings. They offer vegan cheese and their standard dough is stated as vegan. The vegan cheese they use is actually pretty good. I put in the special requests box to please use a new or clean cutter and they always do. read more

We always have enjoyed it here when they make our pizza while we are there but they kinda dropped the ball on our online orders. The first time we ordered to pick up our pizza had the correct toppings but we had 4 or 5 slices that were the size of a tortilla chip and one giant slice the size of half the pizza. The one big slice had a mountain of our toppings in a pile rather than spread around the pizza. The second time we ordered for pick up, one of the pizzas had no sauce. How do you forget to put sauce on a pizza??? We ordered one of their recipe pizzas as they come and not a build your own so can't figure this one out. Updated 3/24/19 at 1:30 pm. Went for lunch today. All employees seemed over focused on busy work and appeared genuinely annoyed to have to break away to help customers. Went tonight with my cousin to get pizza and when I was ordering the guy taking my order was too concerned with talking to the girl next to him than paying attention to what I was saying. Once the pizza got to the oven the guy putting it in spilled my toppings all over and when I asked it be redone him and another guy working automatically got an attitude and said they would just put more on it. As I'm trying to now tell a different person what's on it she walked away and ignored me and I came home with a pizza that has topping on 2 slices. I ordered two 11-inch pizzas at 1:30 pm to be ready at 2:15pm this afternoon. I arrived at 2:15 and waited at the pick up counter for at least 5 minutes while no one greeted me. After 5 minutes I asked if they had my order ready and Chelsi made sure to quickly snap to tell me she'd "be with me in a minute." I waited another 10 minutes without be spoken to or seeing my pizzas come out of the oven until I finally asked again if they had my order available just to be told it had been sitting there the entire time. I get home only to find out they messed up my order and didn't even put the one finish I asked for on top. Really struggling with the stars on this one. Pizza is great.... Great crust, great toppings, cooked well. They have some great options, tasty sauce choices...will be back for the pizza for sure. Service at lunch a few days ago was pathetic. All they do is take your order, ring you up, give you your drink and a pizza. Both times we were there they screwed up the total. Two pizzas two drink should be around $20....not $30. Dude was seriously confused why I was questioning him. Then a few days later, four pizzas and four drinks is not $60....most expensive item is $8. With four pizzas this is mathematically impossible. Ask for a receipt, check for the errors, stand and wait for them to fix the error while your food gets cold, and then go enjoy your warm food. read more

I have the usual 30 minutes for lunch, so figured I'd order online to save some time. Walked straight to the cashier and let the girl finish up with the guy currently paying and as soon as she was done, she went to make someone else's pizza. Took about five minutes before someone ended up helping me and after confirming payment, the guy let me know that my pizza would be ready shortly. I asked for a cup (since I ordered a drink and smores dessert as well) and he gives me a water cup. Did you even read the slip? In all, took close to 20 minutes which was just as long as folks that waited in line. When my pizza was done I had to remind them of the smores dessert and it was not worth the money. I did not get to eat here today, but it was for good reasons. Today was Pi day, and Blaze was one of the only pizza places which generously offered a real good special. The place was crowded... It was a 2 hour wait but they gave each one of their clients a Pi-e for only $3.14. I drove nearly 30 min down to get a taste of the promo, but I just had to stay outside. I don't do well with long lines. I would have forgotten after 2 hrs why I was even on the line for, that's way too long for me. I will add the last star after I get to eat their pizza, so I hope I get to it, but I even hope more that those who did get a chance to get the pie give this biz a well deserved rating, because we need more places doing this kind of promotions, not only on Pi day, but here and there, everday. It's the staff that makes it great always answering with a yes and making great pizzas. Seems to be high turnover so be patient with the newbies. That was pretty lackluster and disappointing, I wish I had gone to fired pie like I originally planned. A byop was $8.75 which is pretty standard and it was nice they had a thicker crust option (for $2 bucks). There wasn't anything special about their topping - except they were out of Gorgonzola and their spicy marinara had a weird tasting heat to it and was like fire (even tho the pizza dude said it wasn't very spicy). The pizza way super thin once cooked, like it hadn't risen at all in the oven, not was it nice an crispy. Overall, I'd pass on eating here again. Especially after watching the girl making pizzas wipe her gloves on her pants several times while making people's pizza. read more

This place just opened down the street from my apartment so I went to check it out. I'm pretty familiar with the build-your-own pizza concept, as it's all over the city (Fired Pie, Pieology, etc) Blaze has all of them beat. The regular crust is crispy without being burnt or cracker-like, and the regular red sauce has quite the kick! read more
