I used to frequent this location often, however after this last visit, I can confidently say I will never return. Staff placed half of the serving of cheese on the pizza. We asked the staff member to place more cheese to cover the pizza, they let us know we would be charged for an additional topping. THEN, we asked for water cups. The staff informed us they are no longer giving out water cups (in a 110+ degree heat) and that we would be charged $2.75 per water cup. Not only were we underserved and overcharged, but the staff was extremely disrespectful as well. I already left a detailed feedback at their online website for Blaze to review. I hope Blaze understands the current management at this location makes their customers feel disrespected and frankly treated inhumanely by refusing water to paying customers in 118° heat. read more

When we checked out I asked for one soda and a cup for water. They then said they no longer give water cups, but I can purchase a cup for $2.75 to put water in it. I never heard of such a thing for paying customers. What a shame. I had to go back into my car to get my water bottle. read more

Just had my first meal at Blaze today. Top notch. I will return. The food ingredients, choices, and freshness was excellent. Each ingredient was available fresh for your pizza topping, and they had healthy choices for various diets including legitimate gluten free, soy free, dairy free and vegan options. Myself, I am not on any of those restrictions and I had the full-on meat lovers pizza with a couple of added toppings. The really great thing is that the toppings are NOT extra money. No matter what toppings you want to add, they are free, as many as you want. I loved getting precisely what i wanted in terms of toppings. The dining area is a cafeteria style where you order at the counter and can make your customizations as you walk down the counter line. They put the pizza in a wood fire oven and it cooks while you wait. They have nice large tables with plenty of seating even for the lunch time. Prices were reasonable, and I paid about $11 after tax for a personal pizza and a drink. It filled me up and was very tasty. I definitely felt the value good and the pizza was worth the cost. The staff were kind when we entered and welcomed us. They explained their offerings and ordering process so we knew what to do and how we could customize our order. The people were courteous and I felt it was a very well run staff. Overall , it was a very good experience. My husband had been trying to get me to go to Blaze for about 2 months and my elusiveness finally came to an end. I'm not a huge pizza eater but the concept here is unique and the service was great. Dom took our order and was very helpful! He even gave me a free pizza coupon when I told him how much I loved my meal, truly awesome service. The prices are so reasonable too and it is a lot of bang for your buck. They have regular pizzas you can order (think pepperoni, Hawaiian etc.) if you lack creativity but also let you build your own pizza. There are a ton of topping options and I ordered a white sauce pizza with sausage, mushrooms, onions, garlic, cherry tomatoes and arugula. It was really good. I liked that the pizzas are personal size so you don't feel pressured to be gluttonous and eat a giant pizza. It was the perfect size for my husband who loves pizza and a dainty pizza dabbler like myself. They wood fire the pizza and you eat it right off of the pizza pan which doubles as a plate. The ambiance is good, casual with an industrial feel. Diners are partially responsible for how their meal turns out; with great power comes responsibility. This is an amazing pizza place. Let me start by saying that I have lots of allergies to more than 25 different foods. Many of the foods they carry there would cause severe allergic reactions to me. When I walked in and explained my dietary restrictions, they smiled, said "Sure!" and separated every last part just so I could eat there. The staff was well versed in the allergens in their dough and worked with me without getting frustrated. Oh man.. I don't usually leave reviews but knowing that I have this(Yelp)app.. I knew I had to give my firsthand experience from this place. This location is next up as the closest to me, so, unfortunately.. those are my options. Again, overall favorite pizza place. The staff here is usually unfriendly but the past few times I've dined in, have seemed irritated and annoyed to have my partner and I walking in(yes, it was at 9:10 PM but they don't close until 10PM. We leave well before close and make sure to be courteous-both of us worked in restaurants when we were younger). My partner and I again walk up around 9:10 to a big line, snaking to just outside of the front door. Good pizza/special price, the line is to be expected. What we didn't expect is what happened next. We were in that line for about two minutes when we see an employee start waiving ppl inside.. he wanted everyone to pile in, which they did. He then opened the door, walked out to the now very small outdoor line, cut it off at about halfway, let in the front half and turned away the second . One of the gentleman who was turned away with us was so upset that he began to film what was happening on his phone and said he would contact management. I also overheard others saying they were going to complain & what they were doing wasn't right. There were like SIX of us total. Made no sense. I overheard the kid who turned us away saying that it was because"people were coming in all day and they have to cut the line off somewhere bc they close at ten". Six more people would not make or brake that .... even if they were starting to run low on items. He upset ppl and would not change his mind even when they pleaded. I'm obsessed with their white top pizza but their online ordering and app are terrible. Why yes, of course I could go to the restaurant and order, wait in line etc. But often times I'm ordering multiple pizzas and I'd prefer not to stand inside, do the line of pizza building while managing 10 pizzas to hold up everyone behind me and I don't want to sit inside and wait if I'm crunched for time. Please make customizable options available on the website. (Ranch on the side, toppings on one half, many options on the website for their made pizzas often weren't even working despite trying different web browsers etc) OR please make it an option to call into the store. Was so impressed with the staff, the pizza, the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the location and the price I paid. I got the green stripe pizza, and my friend got a make your own. The lady who helped us on our first time was Kaitlyn. She easily explained the whole menu, and answered the questions we had. Some of the best customer service I had received in a long time. My FIRST time here on Pi Day of all days!! I also bought the LAST pie today;) I got the regular crust with the pesto garlic base and then vegged out the top, added turkey meat balls and chicken and topped it all off with obscene amounts of garlic, fresh and roasted. The finished product is shown below. Just to make myself feel like I was being healthy I got a side of the very tasty quinoa and kale salad. I must say even though the concept is the same as Mod they did offer some of their own unique twists on the topping choices. There will be a closer location opening up closer to home soon....looking forward to that! Happy to see a Blaze on this side of town but wish we had a better experience! We stopped by here for lunch. Its the same concept as MOD or Fired Pie. I built my own pizza with regular sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, roasted red peppers, and fresh basil. The pizza came out good but a little too toasty for my liking. This location is fairly new so I'm sure they're still getting the hang of it, but there was nothing "fast" about this place. We waited in the line for at least a good 10 minutes, maybe 15, just to place our order. There were only 4 customers ahead of us and each of them had the same long wait. The staff could see that they had a line of customers but made no effort to speed up their process. Some of the staff was friendly but a couple of them had a bit of an attitude. I hope they get everything together and stay true to their "Fast Fire'd Pizza" name. read more

I've been coming to this place every 2 weeks for a couple of months now. I eat here on a high carb/low fat day. One of the main reasons I eat here is that they have a nutritional calculator online which is awesome! I also love that I can add any toppings I want without having to pay per topping. The staff was great and helpful! My only constructive criticism and personal preference would be to cut up the Canadian bacon. I love this place. Been coming here since they opened. I am obsessed with these type of pizza joints where it is one price and you choose all the toppings you want. Blaze is my favorite of all the opens popping up. The crust is crispy and they have some of my favorite topping options like kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, goat cheese and spicey pizza sauce. The drink choices are great too they have the normal fountain soda and tea but i'm really into their juices. They have blood orange, lemonade, a sunset fruit lunch that has elderberry in it (my favorite) I mix it with the unsweetened tea. The flavors do alternate they have had kiwi and coconut choices in the past. This is a great place cause everyone in the family can get what they want, I usually eat half then I have lunch for the next or sometimes I will eat the other half that night for dinner. We were not greeted when we walked in. They were busy completing online orders before they acknowledged us in the store. However, there were not many people physically in the store. I was always taught to care for the customer in the store first. Anyway, The toppings were all cross contaminated with each other and was pretty gross. For example there was pepperoni and chicken in the cheese and cheese in the different sauces. When he put cheese on my sauce I noticed pieces of chicken. I told him and he sort of just laughed at me and asked if I wanted a new pie. I told him it is what it is. I told him the next customer might be a vegetarian and would not be as kind as I am. My bf & I both ordered a pizza each but unfortunately, my pizza was burnt on the bottom & the sides of the crust. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, Ariel, she responded with a dismissive & rude attitude. It was as if I was inconveniencing her by asking for a remake of my pizza. She responded to me by saying "it's not really burnt but I'll remake it for you anyway." I was shocked & left feeling uncomfortable. When my pizza was done, Ariel SNAPPED her fingers at me to get my attention. She yelled at me to pick up my pizza from the front as she walked in the back. Despite this unpleasant exchange with the manager, my bf's pizza was delicious & well-made & my remade pizza was fine. However, the poor customer service experience overshadowed the quality of the food. While I understand that mistakes can happen in any restaurant, it is important to treat customers with kindness & respect. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Ariel, left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth.
