I was SO excited when I found out about this location. I first got hooked on this place in Pasadena, CA. Now I'm SO SO SO glad they're in Phoenix, and close to me! Dangerous! I always get the white top and add toppings. The crust is always delicious. The size of the pizza is perfect for one person (eat half now, and "save the other half for later" haaa) The toppings selection is wonderful. Various cheeses (goat, gorgonzola, ricotta, etc.), veggies, meats. Other fast pizza places don't have this wide of a selection I don't think, especially the cheeses. Don't load up with TOO many toppings or it's more difficult to get that crust perfect, people! Love the drizzles available too, but again, don't go overboard or you'll end up with a greasy pizza. The app was super easy to use, too. Got to the restaurant and told them i was there (they don't put your pizza in until you show up) and seriously, less than 5 min and they called my name and my pie was ready! Got it home, still hot and I dug in. I got the pesto, arugula, garlic chicken pie. OMG, i loved it. I ate every single slice. I was full after half of the pizza but it was so yummy i ate the rest. Was so impressed from the moment we walked it! The staff was fun, helpful and eager to help us in our selections especially because we had never been. I order the red vine, while my guy got the meat eaters. Pizza is fired off in a gas controlled "pizza oven". Much tastier than a regular pizza experience. There is literally one customer in here and I've only seen a few others walk out. 20 minutes after I've been sitting there w/o an estimated wait time or being offered a drink or some kind of hospitality I finally get my order without any sorry for the wait. Finally found a TRULY outstanding keto gluten free pizza!!! Blaze Pizza on Central is FABULOUS!! I could not be happier! All ingredients are fresh with the meat being nitrate free. The price is so reasonable for all the toppings you could want PLUS if you think it doesn't get any better......it does.......they top it off after it comes out of the oven with a variety of tasty finishers. Just what a foodie could want!! Every Friday is Blaze Pizza night. Nothing compares with their keto crust for those of us who are super low carb. The entire crust is 6 freeking carbs!! Super bummed! We stopped on our way in to town at this location and ordered 2.5 pizzas, a salad, and cheesy bread. Got home and found that they had put our cheesy bread in a large pizza box, no BBQ sauce on the BBQ chicken pizza, and one whole missing pizza... PLUS I ordered the salad with dressing on the side and they put it on the top and when I mentioned it, they did make me a new one but forgot to put the berries on top. Super sad because we took it to go, and we are to far away to turn around and get our missing stuff. This location is no good. When the location first opened, they had friendly staff and were always diligent in getting the pizza out on time. Now, in the past three months, it seems they've got a revolving door of snobby employees or employees that ignore you altogether. Don't bother ordering online for this location because they will not have it ready in time, if they even prepare it at all. I've had 3 different experiences where the pizza was late and 20 minutes overdue from the pick up time shown on my online order confirmation. This last time I went, I waited 20 minutes thinking they were about to call my name for the pizza that I was eyeballing as mine... nope, they walked that pizza right passed me to a table and gave it to another customer for FREE because they "didn't know where the pizza came from". I have no idea how this would have happened because I immediately asked if they received my order, gave my name and they found me in their computer and the employees just looked at each other dumbfounded. I asked for a refund because I needed to get back to work. They didn't seem to know how to process a refund on the register and gave me a receipt noting "Overpayment" ....I have yet to see that refund hit my bank account and it's been 72 hours so far. FYI: The young girl who gave my pizza away for free didn't even apologize. She also ignored every customer who stood there waiting to ask her something. HIRE QUALITY PEOPLE, why don't you Blaze?? I will NEVER go to this location again... may not even bother with Blaze as a whole. Fired Pie is where it's at. Way more friendly and they get your food to you timely even though they're ALWAYS busy. No wonder FIRED PIE is always busy. You know it's all worth waiting for!!!! read more

Super disappointed. We ordered 25 individual pizzas for a work meeting. Asked to pick them up at 12:15 just before the meeting. Got a call from a guy from Blaze asking if we could pick the pizzas up at 12:00 instead of 12:15... no big deal, we said sure. Get another call at 11:30 from the same guy who asks if we could some get the pizza now because they are ready. We told them no, we don't want the pizzas sitting for and hour and getting cold, we chose 12:15 for a reason. We picked them up at 12:00 and they had been sitting the whole time, we had to serve pizzas that were cold for our meeting. We spent $185 on pizza and would have used this place continually but never will go to Blaze again! read more

Zero stars!! This is the absolute worst experience, customer service and quality of food I've received here. I stopped coming here months ago because a much better pizza place opened across the street. It had been months so we thought that we would try it again, I'm in shock of how much worse this place has gotten. I don't understand how they are still open. They said they don't carry several toppings on THEIR menu and were scrapping the trays to try and get sauces for our pizza. The guy helping us (obviously new) asked, who I would guess is a supervisor, if there was more sauce in the back, the guy said yeah I'll go get some and then did not come back! He walked to the walk in fridge and then back out to the lobby and started cleaning. The guy helping us had to go and ask him if they had sauce. He just said uhhhhhh no we're out. THEN COME TELL US, you joke of a supervisor. At the end I asked for a buffalo drizzle. We get home and..... Barbecue, Barbacue and not buffalo.. oh and last our other pizza (keto crust for 4$ more) is not even warm. We live 3 minutes away! Save your money and time and go someplace else. I love this restaurant. I love the pizza... when it is made correctly. Sometimes big bubbles rise during firing and cover the whole pizza because they weren't popped. Sometimes if you order to do a thicker crust by doubling up for an additional charge, there is a raw space of dough between the two. Sometimes the pizza tastes perfect, looks perfect, and smells beautiful. So I guess they get 3 stars for a lack of consistency. read more
