I love Blaze so much!!! This review is not for every Blaze but the Frandor location ONLY!!! Staff is rude. Place is dirty. Ingredients are not fresh, nor even look appetizing sometimes. Pizza just doesn't taste good coming from this location! Advice: The blaze on Grand River is a million times better and only a 4-5 minutes drive from the Frandor location!!! This is the worst place for good food service. Tonight I waited 45 minutes for my pizza. Ok I can live with that however in the middle of preparing my pie they dropped the number tent on the floor. So let me start out with saying that I had high expectations. Certainly a lot higher than I've ever had for Orange 45. That should be a soft drink flavor. Take that and run with it. Now that we got that out of the way, this place was so nasty. We couldn't find a clean table. Oh you may be thinking that it must have been so busy there but no. There were almost as many employees as customers. They were out of this drink. I think it was popular because it was out. So we get our drinks feeling somewhat despondent over the fact that our choices were limited by the failure of certain uniformed individuals. So I was thinking that this pizza was going to be awesome as the place was so dank nasty. BTW my phone predicted dank. So my gf got her pizza and there were like puddles of a substance that may have been olive oil. There were 4 spots of cheese. Really, who puts a dollop of cheese in 4 spots? Either you gotta expect 4 bites of cheese or figure out a way not to burn your hands while you redistribute the cheese. The basil leaves were whole. Yeah. I want to eat a leaf stem. So let's assume that you like the basil leaves to be whole. That means that you only get 4 bites of goodness. If you are fortunate enough to like dolloped cheese and whole basil leaves then you bet a total of 8 semi delicious bites because they have so much damn olive oil on them. It felt like a Tony's Pizza. The one that's like $.99. But those have the cheap expectations. I wanted better out of you Blaze. And it actually felt worse because the Tony's pizza has more cheese than this one had. If you have a boring girlfriend and you want to dump her, buy her the $10 4 dollop cheese pizza and say that the pizza has more cheese than she has personality. Then she will notice how dirty her hands are from being on that nasty table and will call an Uber to get away from you. read more

I love blaze pizza, but this store is particular is always incredible! The staff is so accommodating and they maintain a clean and welcoming store. If you've never tried blaze, I would highly recommend trying this location! There was a long line when I walked in but I was impressed with how well the employees were handling customer orders being so swamped (they didn't panic, they each manned their station, and communicated effectively). Don't waste your money! 7.95 seems like a great price but the pizza is terrible. Our pizza was missing toppings -see photo- no ham, no mushrooms. This is the "Subway" of pizza. The pizza is thin crust and they cook it in a fire oven. You can pick from a few different sauces and cheeses for you pizza base. Then you can load up your pizza with as many toppings as you would like. My favorite is mixing the spicy red sauce with the alfredo sauce, topping it with mozzarella and goat cheese, then adding salami, pepperoni, ham, banana peppers, black olives, red onions, garlic, and drizzling a bit of pesto sauce over top.
