Tried this Blaze location because my usual favorite was closed on Sunday. I had to order online because they don't take orders over the phone. No problem because I am 20 minutes away and it should be close to ready by the time I arrived. When I did arrive I stood in line for a few minutes before I was finally waited on. Since my order was a takeout I was told to go stand at the end of the counter and wait. Well pizzas seemed to almost flying out of the oven but my name was never called. After about 10 minutes I went to the counter and asked where was my order. They obviously hadn't started it so after another 10 minutes two boxes are set on the counter and my name is called. The pizza crust was soggy and had not been cooked enough and the toppings even though advertised as upscale or gourmet were mediocre. My wife and I didn't finish the pizza and just threw the remainder out. Also have eating both are stomachs became upset. Blaze is lucky to receive two stars and we won't be going back read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. This location has done nothing but go downhill since it opened. Went in today and it took several minutes to even be greeted as the managers were arguing in front of everyone. When my kids asked for extra ingredients on their pizza the worker rolled their eyes and kept making comments about high maintenance customers. The workers and managers continued to argue. They then cooked two of our three pizzas and then started helping other customers before they cooked the third pizza. We waited almost 10 minutes for them to finally cook our third pizza so that we could leave. The managers are awful the workers are completely unfriendly. The food is still decent read more

I've only ever left positive reviews on Yelp but my visit to this Blaze last night was so awful I feel compelled to let others know to AVOID this location. There were at least 8 kids (seriously no adult to be seen) working, yet the line was a 15-20 minute wait. All of them, except for the cashier, were working in slow motion. They were chatting with each other and rolling their eyes when they had to retrieve more ingredients. One girl answered my question so rudely I literally was left speechless. If that had been my child I would have been absolutely mortified. The boy taking pizzas out of the oven was constantly on his phone. Phones are full of germs. And when he wasn't on his phone he was wiping his nose and face. The boy mentioned above and the boy cutting pizzas, in whispered tones, discussed the looks of teenage girl customers. It was appalling. The Blaze on Eagle Rd is run like a well oiled machine and the workers are conscientious, respectful, and expedient. This Blaze is the exact opposite. read more

I was an employee for six months. I almost immediately had a problem with how the managers treated me. I would often go above and beyond, taking on so much of the food prep and dough making for being only one person. Eventually it became too much and every time I asked for help, I would get a "you're doing great" and a thumbs up, but no help. Lauren the general manager was well known for stooping low enough to talk crap about minors working at blaze, like 16-17 year olds and their personal lives. She would always question the kids work ethic and get on their cases about it yet she would show up 4 hours later to her scheduled shifts with Starbucks and McDonald's while sitting on her phone watching TikTok's all day. My last straw happened AFTER I placed my two weeks. I put in my two weeks and the next day I had my coworkers talk to me about how Lauren was sharing the information I had contained in my two weeks letter, mocking my reasons for leaving (I was very much underpaid for the amount of responsibility I had and the leadership of Lauren's was very questionable). When I confronted her like a mature adult, she placed the blame on me and threatened to take me off the schedule before my two weeks are up if I didn't "stop causing drama". I had never felt so belittled in my life and that situation really damaged my confidence in my team building abilities and my ability to work with others. She convinced me that I wasn't liked by anyone there. I walked out the next day and never returned. It takes so much for me to leave. These are the people you're supporting by buying their product. If they won't be real with the customers, I will. read more

Wow. We love Blaze but this locations employees are terrible. Twice while we were ordering the employee helping us was involved in side conversations with other employees. Employees were running to the back of the restarting then we just heard yelling about Great Harvest. They were getting irritated because it was close to closing time and customers kept coming in. Seriously...who hires these people. So rude and unprofessional. read more

Great pizza! Hard to find thin crust pizza that is fast and tasty! Staff is friendly and the setting is really cool.

Very disappointed in how they manage COVID. Many customers with no masks although it states mask required on the door. Why serve ?

I am in utter disbelief from what I just witnessed when going through the line at Blaze...whoever the manager there is was so brutal and condescending to her team that I was completely embarrassed for them. Whoever hired this manager needs to do some training with her immediately. She completely is over her head and to listen to her belittle the employees there was very embarrassing to hear let alone watch. The comments she made about putting 7 pieces of spinach on the pie instead of the 5 that they are supposed to was horrible especially letting everyone in line hear her reprimand this poor kid. I witnessed her do this type of thing four other times to these employees and each one was more cringeworthy than the next. This lady deserves to be in the far back in a different position (garbage) or needs training so she can be better. If we walk in there again and see her, we will definitely walk out. I hope you, the ownership, can work with her to make things better because I wouldn't want this representing my store. 1/8/20 at 5:00...just in case there is any question who this is. read more

As a kid I lived in Naples, Italy. I fell in love with Neapolitan pizza. I later learned I have several serious food allergies including gluten. This is my favorite pizza in town. Service is quick and friendly and they are very helpful. The pizza cooks so fast and always tastes good.

Love this place!! Only gave 4 stars cause they barely put any toppings I always have to request for them to add more. Also I highly recommend the high rise crust if you don't like floppy undercooked crust. It has made my experience there much more enjoyable. But really enjoy this place overall. read more

The food was fairly good but the service here was not. My son and I came in and we're the only ones in line. There was a nice young lady to greet us and take our order. Beyond that I wasn't impressed. There were literally 10 other employees there most of which were down by the pizza oven joking around and laughing. Another one was flattening the dough (doing her job). There was a woman sitting down behind the counter on her phone. The order taker called down to ask for som help with making our pizzas. We stood there more than five minutes until someone finally came to make one of our pizzas. About three minutes later the woman that was on her phone got up and started to help make our second pizza and then called someone else over to finish it while she went and sat back down to use her phone. There was nothing fast about this place. I was joking with my son that this reminds me a lot of road construction crews that have four times as many people needed for the job and it still taking FOREVER. Just a hint--take notice of your customers and don't make them feel like they are a bother to you. Next time I will go to the other Blaze Pizza that is a few miles away. read more

This Blaze location in particular tends to have staff that is extremely blunt or rude. Today, at eleven o clock my friends and i visited this location and one of my friends bought a pizza. We waited for about twenty minutes to get the pizza which was okay, but as we are students and we were heading back to school, my friend asked for a to go box. When asking for the box, an employee kept telling her to come closer because he couldn't hear her. Understandingly, my friend moved closer to ask, and he kept rudely telling her to speak up. Frustrated, he slammed her pizza in the box and smacked it on top of the counter. The manager told my friend "There is an option at the front of the line to ask for a box for a reason. Use it next time." My friend was made humiliated by everyone else in the restaurant, and felt like she was being yelled at like a child, almost driving her to tears. Treatment between employees and customers at this location has kept me uneasy for a while but i will not be visiting this establishment any longer. The other ones may have my business but this was the last straw and absolutely unacceptable. The customer comes first, and should not be made felt incompetent. read more
