What the heck !! I'm a long time Blaze fan and customer, The last 4 times I've ordered there had been some kind of problem. The order l placed online 3 weeks ago wasn't ready until 45 minutes after "ready time" . And it was burnt!! Today's order was a little late... it was busy... understandable...., BUT..... Large pepperoni.... EIGHT SLICES OF PEPPERONI!!! Large ham ...... EIGHT SLICES OF HAM !!! ONE SLICE OF MEAT PER SLICE OF PIZZA!!!! Ridiculous!! Count the slices of pepperoni and ham . (These are the large you can only order online )

Food and service is always top notch. Great quality pizza and all the toppings you could want. Come here about once a week and never leave reviews. Wanted to leave a 5 star today for these two photos below. Guys were in there scrubbing every spot in the restaurant including lamp shades, back of chairs etc... I feel like restaurants are getting dirtier and dirtier yet blaze does it right! Keep it up

Fast friendly & multi topping options- yes please! I finally tried Blaze via DoorDash tonight... so glad I did... as I loved everything I ordered! And reasonably priced

This is supposed to be a cheese pizza? Not a sauce pizza.

I don't leave reviews very often but after the last several experiences there and reading others reviews I just had to. Something HAS to be done about this location. Perhaps the delivery/pickup business model in general. My latest experience... used the app which I like ok except when it comes to actually picking up or getting something delivered. Ordered delivery. App says I'd be getting it at 6:32pm. At 6:35 the nice door dash driver texts me and says she is waiting at the store and will be there as soon as my order is ready. Nice of her to let me know. At 6:45 she texts again and says my order was ready for over 10 minutes and behind the counter and nobody said anything or made it available for her to pick up until she asked about it. She was so sorry because my pizza was cold when it got to me. I did not blame her one bit because I had the same experience happen to me when I ordered pick up. I watched them make my pizza and then they left it sitting while sending out pizzas that ordered behind me. So we had cold pizza and my daughter's simple pie was basically all sauce with a small bit of cheese. If my daughter didn't like the blaze pizza franchise so much I'd never order from any of them again. Management/owner please do something.

Great pizza and service!! Their crust is better than any other pizza company by a long shot. Would recommend to friends. :)

The concept here is a good one - you choose what you want on your pizza, as much as you want, for one price. It's like when you go down the line at Subway and say you want this or that on your sammie. Same thing here. We went here because they were doing a fundraiser for the high school band - 20% of whatever was spent that evening was going to the band - so good on them for doing this. My family enjoyed their pizza. I did not. And I am not knocking them for me not liking it because it's just a personal preference for me: too fired for my taste. But if you like it that way, crispy and charred, then you'll have no issue here. I will say that I loved the toppings that I chose on my pizza - that part was delicious.

NOT THIS LOCATION! My family and I love Blaze pizza! The pizza and salads are so good but this particular location has bad service every time we go. Avoid it at all cost. There are other locations in the valley and the Blaze on Eagle Rd is much better and run by competent people. The photo I'm including is how the pizza we ordered for our little boys turned out. Of course we insisted they make a new pizza that wasn't burnt.

Nobody was upfront so I just checked out the menu board. A worker did finally make it to the register. Being it was my first time there, I was really unfamiliar with their sandwiches. I asked a couple questions and dude wasn't a lot of help. His mono tone approach to helping me made me feel uncomfortable, like I was bothering him. I should have just left but I went a head and ordered anyways. I grabbed the whole Steak and Everything sandwich without the Everything for my husband. I got the half portion for myself. I added some chipotle ranch to mine. The whole sandwich is no joke! The size of the sandwich could feed 2 to 3 people. It was hot, the cheese was melty and the steak was tender. My sandwich was huge as well for a half size. There were bright pieces of green pepper, mushrooms and banana peppers. I really wanted to like my sandwich. It lacked flavor. Even though it had the chipotle ranch on it, it didn't do much for the sandwich. The peppers, mushrooms and onions needed some seasoning on it. It tasted like steamed veggies on cheese and steak. I did add some salt and pepper but it was still very one noted. The bread was nice and soft. The banana peppers did add some nice acidity to the sandwich and the steak was very tender on my sandwich. As much stuff there was on the sandwich, it just didn't hit for me. I'm not in this area a lot but I'm happy I got to try it out. It wasn't the best experience but maybe my next visit we will have a better experience.

I've eaten in twice, though majority of my experiences have been through DoorDash. We order at least once a month from here and let me just say they have THE BEST quality control for a restaurant. The portion of food they give you is always the same and it tastes incredible. Our go-to order is the gyro shawarma with fries, the chicken shawarma with Greek rice, a side of the gyro Greek fries, and the slice of chocolate pistachio cake. The meat is always well cooked with a healthy fixing of veggies. They even have the option to put no dairy which is great for my lactose intolerant husband. The crinkle cut fries are well crisped, perfectly salted, and a good amount of gyro meat mixed in. I would definitely recommend dining in here as well. Unfortunately for us, the line took some time to get through, with several groups of people ahead of us ordering one by one. Once we reached the cashier, she was very friendly and helpful to us newbies. We ordered the Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich on focaccia bread, then upgraded to the combo with chicken noodle soup. We planned on splitting the sandwich and added another side soup of soup, loaded potato. All in, $25. The place was pretty busy but there was plenty of seating. It was kind of off-putting to see so many tables littered with crumbs or trash that people lazily left behind. We cleaned off a table just in time for our meal to arrive. The focaccia bread was pillowy soft and deliciously fresh. All the turkey, bacon, avocado, Kneaders sauce, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions were crisp, evenly distributed across the large slice of bread and lavishly juicy, yet the meat was woefully underwhelming. For the price, I wished for a meatier sandwich. The soup was hot, with tender veggies and a light, delightful broth carrying small chunks of chicken. My friend also enjoyed her loaded potato soup. We did take some time to ogle at the dessert options, but opted to skip for sake of calories. I would like to try other options and maybe breakfast to get more of a feel for what Kneaders has to offer. I really wanted to love it, so I'll try again.

For some reason, we were seated in a corner booth near the bathrooms, while other customers were seated elsewhere in the restaurant. We didn't mind, however, because it was nice and quiet. And, for me, convenient. My wife had the Sirloin Salad, and I had the Ahi Poke Salad. My wife said that her meat was cooked the way she likes it, and the rest of the ingredients were delicious. For me, the ahi, sesame vinaigrette dressing, wonton strips, onions, and greens were very good. The food is always good at The Tavern. And, the prices are reasonable. Unlike our past experiences, the service this time around was not up to our usual. Our server, Hannah C., seemed in a rush and impatient. Though she told us to ask her if we had questions, I didn't find her responses to be pleasant. The first dish my wife was interested in had Boursin cheese. My wife had not heard of it, and she cannot eat a lot of cheese. She preferred something milder, like mozarella. When she inquired of Hannah, the reply was terse. "We don't have mozarella." "Do you have another milder cheese?" "Like what?" Not in a nice way, and not professional, in my opinion. And, she was loud. We waited longer than usual for our food, and when Hannah brought it, she just dropped the plates and split. To her credit, she did check in on us once during our meal. Now I don't know what kind of day Hannah was having. Maybe not so good. I don't know what kind of person she is, and I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that she is a nice woman. Hopefully she is not like how she was with us to all of her customers. I'm a 20% tipper. For her, it was 18%. I wasn't given a choice, but I would have gone down to 15%.
