I said that it was like 39 minutes and I just wanted some fry's and a burger. She let out the BIGGEST SIGH. "Why don't you go to Burger King." ABAGAIL. HOW COULD YOU? "No thanks. Now I want a number 1 with fries." I said smiling "Fine." She then called me a bitch and I got my food. I came back a month later and Abagail got fired. Who ever fired her...Thank you. I gave Abagail a tip to. 1 cent. She cursed me out and I found a razor blade in my burger. Thanks for the free razor blade ABAGAIL.

Hungry? Not sure where to get good food? If that's the case,…read morethen take it from me, a guy like yourself who searched with despair through the limited dive bar and tavern food options in these north woods for anything that would possibly surprise my tastebuds with the sensation of enjoyment. Good? Okay? Mediocre... my search became desperate and the bar even lower the further out I looked from my location until I came across Chick N Rice. What's that? Pictures of food that look appetizing? It must be too good to be true. It must be AI generated. But I am out of options, so I took the long drive... First came the Lemon Coconut Soup. With one bite, years of bad food experiences that created Up North food PTSD came crashing down... next came the Hot Chicken sandwich. Friends. With delight I would like to inform you, Chick N Rice does not disappoint. They do not settle. Made fresh to order. And with decades old family Recipes made the way they did back in Thailand. My only regret is that I don't live in Brainerd, and to enjoy this delish food requires additional trips back. But I kid you not, if the lakes weren't enough, this food makes it worth the consideration! Enjoy!!

My friend had 1/4 chicken & 2 sides. The fries would have been good, but the package wasn't sealed and so the fries were cold. I ordered Chick N Rice, and was surprised to get instead 1/2 chicken. It was delicious chicken. I give them that. Wouldn't have minded receiving the white chicken promised on the menu. The food is good. Perhaps better in person?

This was my first experience at Taco Bell, as my cousin really likes it and wanted me to try it…read moreout: When we walked in the lobby looked clean, the kiosks and lack of humans at the counter was sad, and there seemed to be quite a few people waiting. Like other reviews have said, the wait was quite long. My cousin got a drink and we had to wait to ask for a cup for quite a while until the next order came out and there was actually an employee there. Others also frantically asked for cups as the guy seemed in a hurry to get back to the kitchen and quite depressed and bored. This is a downside of having everyone in the kitchen and no one at the counter. I ordered a Cheese Gordita taco and cinnamon twists. (They seemed to be out of tomatoes as none of our food had them when they were supposed to.) But overall the food was delicious. I love the concept of the soft shell wrapping the hard shell because it helps prevent it from shattering and makes it easier to eat. So as the destination for sampling at fourth meal, it was delicious and the wait wasn't a huge issue. But if you're really hungry or need food in a hurry, that is a big drawback for a "fast food" place.

Asked for a junior cheeseburger biggie bag (which they misheard as just the cheeseburger) and then double stack combo. When I went in to fix the order, they tried to give me a burger from a previous order that was never picked up. We rarely get the chance to actually sit down and eat there, so we were looking forward to the experience. The restaurant itself felt pretty outdated, and the decor was a bit eclectic rather than the classic Pizza Hut look you'd expect. It was also an extremely hot summer day, and unfortunately you could definitely feel the heat and humidity inside the restaurant. I honestly felt bad for the staff working in those conditions. What stood out most, though, was our waitress. There seemed to be plenty of people in the back -- we counted at least seven employees -- but she appeared to be the only one actively handling the restaurant. She took our order, bussed tables, worked the register, and even made our pizzas herself. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made sure everything in our order was perfect. She even helped us apply an online deal in the restaurant, which we really appreciated. We never caught her name, but she had just bought tickets to see Shinedown and was so excited about it, which made the interaction even more memorable. Overall, the food and service were both very good thanks to her hard work. The only downside was the uncomfortable temperature inside and the off-putting crowded back area, which came across more like off-the-clock staff hanging out than employees actively working because no one was in uniform.
