order checkers on 8/16 that this company didn't order until I sent an email on 8/24 asking for a tracking number. Blatt ordered the checkers from Crisloid on 8/25. Also Blatt markup is crazy ridiculous Crisloid charges $25 and Blatt charges $40 They also didn't get back to me the next day as Blatt stated they would. read more

As a family with three boys, we are always looking for ways we can spend more time together. So when we discovered the quality pool tables (& accessories) at Blatt, we were thrilled & ordered a custom full size table that gets played 24/7 now. It is a gorgeous quality piece that has definitely enhanced our home, visually. It was custom created to match our style & installed in a professional & timely manner. And our experience working with Blatt, itself, was also fantastic! Laurin consistently went "above & beyond" with helpful and knowledgeable advice. She made our process, from customization to purchase to delivery, all feel smooth & with an expedited effort from day one! We really couldn't be happier with our purchase and our overall experience with Blatt. read more

I was looking for a modern pool table not just to play pool but as a showcase piece for my highrise condo. Found Blatt online and was a little nervous at first to order from NY being in LA. Brian at Blatt was extremely cool and knowledgeable. He totally hand held and walked me through what's important. He emphasized the quality of their table . I later found out that Blatt is a major player in the industry- everyone knows them. My new baby came yesterday- cleaner and better than I imagined. Installers were total pros. The whole experience was first class from start to finish. Call Brian at Blatt and don't hesitate to order cross country. Thank you Brian and Blatt B Sanah read more

Please note that the rating is not accurate here as it's not possible to give a 10 star review. I have been working with Laurin and her whole team on a commercial project for a high-end client and it has truly been the easiest and most stress-free process I have ever experienced. They have gone above and beyond to help make this project go off without a hitch and I couldn't be happier that I chose to work with them. A company with nearly 90 years' of experience can be hard to find; Finding quality products and customer service can be near impossible. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else, Blatt Billiards is truly the best in the business. Thank you all again! read more

This place is great! Only place in manhattan that sells a fantastic selection of dart supplies. You can try out any pair on their dartboard so you know what you're getting. Brian helped me find the perfect pair and charged me a fair price. Lots of dart accessories; flights, shafts, score boards, back boards / cabinets, throwing lines and cases. They also have beautiful pool tables, cues, dominos, dice and playing cards. read more

To be honest, I knew Blatt Billiards was the place to go from the jump so to speak and frankly they surpassed my expectations. In view of the current Covid 19 healthcare crises and the closure of my beloved billiard hall, I decided to take the leap and contact Blatt regarding a table for my condo. From the first email the vibe with Brian was great and a deal was made for the table. The follow up communication was fantastic both with Brian and Jodi. The team at Blatt call you every step of the way throughout the process from inception to completion of table assembly. The delivery and the assembly were above and beyond in this day and age; total professionalism, because my friends, this is an art. Angel clearly knows his craft inside and out, and is meticulous; a real perfectionist. Chuck, his helper is a real gentleman, excellent. If you are considering a billiard table purchase, look no further because this is the one and only as far as I am concerned. Thrilled. read more

I bought an entry level pool table (the "autumn") from the good people at Blatt. Even though my choice was relatively low-budget, they treated me as if I were their most valued customer. When my table developed a crack in the wood, they replaced it. Let me be clear--they replaced whole damn table! And they worked around my very irritating renovation schedule to do it at my convenience, too. Everyone there--Brian, Jodi, and the installers they sent--is an absolute professional. And the table is a dream come true. read more

I walked in looking for a cue to get my game up a notch , and was blown away by the customer service .I'm the type of guy that doesn't like to be bothered by salespeople ,but these guys were just professional .I was approached by a young guy ,Brian. He's got a lot of knowledge about pool tables ,the history of pool (very interesting) and importantly ,cues.I honestly just wanted a nice looking cue , light ,and easy to shoot with. After telling Brian my needs,he pulled out 3 cues that he thought met my requirements. There was a nice detachable blue cue that caught my attention .The price was reasonable ,liked the cue ,so I just purchased that one. Will definitely come back to get more stuff from them.I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone! read more

Your search is over. Beautiful tables and amazing service. Highly recommend this company for all your gaming needs.

Blatt Billiards is an outstanding family owned business! We were introduced to Blatt via Josh 2 months ago and then Dave helped us throughout the entire process of picking our table out to constructing it in our home. We were skeptical about being able to pull off the whole installation in our home but all our concerns were appeased by the extremely friendly and attentive customer service. Blatt Billiards has the ability to make custom pool tables anywhere in the world. Even if you're far away from New York City THEY CAN STILL HELP YOU. My wife and I seriously love this company and cannot recommend it enough. Our table always gets compliments from all of our guests!!! Love Blatt! read more

Can't go wrong with Blatt! Couldn't have asked for better costumer service - everyone was so attentive and professional. And what an amazing product. Wow. I don't typically "Yelp", but it's so rare that a product is worth an absolute rave that I needed you all to know! Blatt or bust. read more

My experience working with Laurin was exceptional throughout the process. From selecting the wood finish and felt color for the table to the cue stick holder, cues, balls and accessories, she patiently guided me through every step. The result is spectacular; the pool table is absolutely gorgeous! There are many decisions to make along the way when ordering a custom table and Laurin's experience and knowledge of Blatt's products was invaluable. Plus, she is so friendly and customer service oriented, and always answered my calls and emails promptly. If you are thinking about adding a pool table to your home, do not look any further than Blatt Billiards and I highly recommend working with Laurin! read more

Simply Put, Blatt Billiards is the best there is. I know of the showrooms in New York, where I have visited, and New Jersey. I also knew them when they were downtown on Broadway, with their five-story building -- a combination showroom and veritable museum of pool tables, some of which were 200 years old. They refurbished my Atlantic Buffalo (Atlantic Billiards, Brooklyn), a 5' x 10' table made in 1920. The craftsmanship was impeccable. They brought out the dark Tiger oak wood grain. I know they do custom-made tables and have a range of cues, from modestly priced all the way up. They once had 3,000 tables in inventory. But I have lost track of how many they have now. I asked if they would set up my table before Thanksgiving, when my family was coming. They had it done the Tuesday before. The set up was peerless--pockets set right, table level, the most beautiful green cloth you ever laid eyes on. I will never stop singing their praises. They are the best in the world at what they do. I will believe they until I see someone better. -Kenneth Shouler read more

Something has to be said about the quality and customer service at Blatt. I'm an architect and I worked on a condo project in NYC where the client wanted custom pool tables in their amenity space, and it seemed like Blatt Billiards was the place to go to get it done. From the beginning stages of custom design, to hand-selecting the wood veneer patterns, colors and orientation...the process was smooth, thorough, and incredibly professional. I personally appreciate a good pool table so this was such a treat for me to work with and meet the entire line of (family-run) folks working to make this happen. From Steve and Brian at the showroom to Bruce with whom I had the pleasure to work with at the fabrication factory. Everyone was incredibly quick to get things moving and more than kind and generous throughout the entire process. I've never worked with such a great group of individuals who value quality in the craft of building, while offering stellar customer service. Can't share a higher recommendation to do business with these guys and I look forward to our next project together! read more

This review has been a long time coming and I don't quite know where to begin my rave of this small, family owned business or the way I feel we have been cared for whilst working with them. I started corresponding with Laurin in December 2019 with the hope of getting a pool/dining table. From our first phone call she was helpful, considerate, thoughtful, and extremely approachable, friendly and enthusiastic. She talked me through all of the possible options, sent over samples, went over designs and special considerations and ultimately helped me choose a fusion pool/dining table. All this she did under time constraints as I was hoping to have the table in our new home for my husband's birthday. When obstacles presented themselves - as they often do with big investment pieces - she did her absolute best to find a remedy. (One of the railings on the table broke during shipment; she phoned to notify me of this and suggested sending and installing the table regardless so that we could still have it for my husband's birthday. She simultaneously ordered a replacement piece and is having the installers come back to change the railing.) As I told Lauren myself, she is a true customer representative. She ultimately serves the customers' best interests with empathy and pride. I'm so grateful for having had the pleasure of doing business with her. I can't recommend her and Blatt Billiards enough! read more

Blatt Billiards not only specializes in pool tables and supplies but they excel in customer service! The staff, especially a young man named Josh, were so knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our questions for our particular space we were looking to fill. We ended up buying a beautifully restored antique table and I cannot be more pleased. I would certainly use their expertise again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends. read more

Blatt has been around since 1923. They recently moved from the Union Square area to its current location. If you're seriously into billiards or darts there is not better place in the city to go. They offer the best of the best equipment when it comes to either and really know their stuff. The only thing that may turn off some buyers is that some of the guys here can be a little abrasive and they don't carry any budget friendly gear. They aren't ripping you off as everything they have is priced fairly, they just don't have low end darts, pool tables, cues, or so on. When I need shafts or flights for my darts there's really no other place in the city to go. I'm sure if I had the space and budget for a custom pool table Blatt would be the first place to check out. read more

Blatt Billiards is a family business, owned and operated by the best family! I worked with Brian R. on a custom Pechauer cue. This guy is amazing! Not only does he know what he's talking about, but there's no sales pressure at all. I came in the store a few times thinking that I'd have to spend more money. After playing a few games, he listened to exactly what I wanted (and put on some tunes on his jukebox -- customer service to the max!), and then offered a solution that was better than what I had in mind. In a few weeks my cue arrived in perfect condition (as promised). We played again on his pool table and then I took it home. Couldn't be happier. His prices are just as good as on the internet. If I could give these guys six stars I would. Best billiards and games shop I've ever been to! read more

Dart Love!! Years ago I was on a bar dart league in the city and would come into the Union Square location for replacement flights/shafts etc. Even bought my first "fancy" darts there. Haven't played seriously in over 7 years, but have been getting friends into it lately and decided it was time for a new set. I -very- briefly considered ordering a set online, but immediately decided against - because you REALLY need to throw a set of darts to know if you love them or not. Imagine my delight to find out that Blatt Billiards had relocated to a location quite convenient to my office! Immediate plans to visit during lunch were made. Brian was super helpful (and handsome!) He listened to my schpiel and took out a few sets for me to throw, keeping in mind that I wasn't ready for the gorgeous high end darts, beautiful as they were... Tried a few different weights and a few different grips until I fell in love with one particular set. :-D The current location has ample space to browse the darts/supplies. Instead of all the flights/shafts being behind the counter, you can peruse them unhurried. There are a LOT! I stuck with my old favorites. read more

Amazing selection of pool cues and darts! Looking around at the selection made me re-live my first childhood experience in a toy store. Came in to get a gift for a good friend. Blatt Billiards did a beautiful job with my custom pool table! Every bit of the table is absolutely GORGEOUS - the finish is perfect, the felt color is so fresh for my rec room, and the cue sticks are amazing (the photos did not do them justice)! They all are masters of the craft and it was a pleasure working with them. read more

Went in to pick up a cue. Spoke with Brian. Dude was super knowledgeable. And on top of that, the guy actually provided me with GENUINE customer service. He was actually happy to help me! Okay, so that might sound like I'm going over the top, but come on! This is NYC! Nobody is happy to help you anywhere! So yea, it was a refreshing experience to say the least. Big shout out to Brian for being passionate about what he does. Thumbs up bro. Hope I catch you sometime in the near future at an APA event.
