The "I will walk from Union Square" kind of store, I've been coming here for almost 2 years now and have ZERO complaints. Everyone here is awesome, Michael the manager is always friendly and helpful to the max. People like Sabrina, Christina, and everyone else make it easy and fun to be there. Main rule for any dispo: don't walk in being an ass and you'll feel like you're with friends choosing your next sesh pick, that simple. Best dispo around, with cycling products and trusted veteran vendors, you can't go wrong. I get my impressive products here and any equipment for it too. They have at the desk deals too!! They change up what's available weekly, from gummies to rolls, I always end up picking something up and its half the price. Keep being the best guys!! read more

Torches - Leso Expresso - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - New York, New York

Friendly service starting at the door, wide variety of products, and decently priced - all the things that make up a great dispensary!

ETHAN!!!!! Ethan was great, knowledgeable, friendly, and very cool. A great person to represent the Torches brand. I will say, so was the whole team at Torches, they were all knowledgeable and chill. The products are some of the best, and a very wide variety. The vibe in the space as well as their merch are top tier. The prices were comparable to other places and really worth a visit. I visited with my adult children and my husband and they enjoyed their purchases. A+++++ read more

Great selection and wonderful customer service. From flower to glass. Bring cash or card no Apple Pay

As a tourist visiting New York and also as an executive in the Nevada cannabis industry, I was looking for a reliable cannabis delivery service and came across Polanco Brother Cannabis Co. on Weedmaps. I placed an order online, but there was a slight mix-up. When I called the store, I was blown away by their outstanding customer service--every person I spoke with was helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. What impressed me the most was their flexibility and personalized approach. Not only did they sort out my order, but they also guided me through their menu and even helped me access products that weren't listed on Weedmaps. They went above and beyond to tailor the order to my preferences, which made the whole experience feel premium and curated. The delivery itself was smooth and well-managed. Even with minor delays, they kept me informed every step of the way with constant updates on my ETA. The communication was top-notch, and when my order finally arrived, it was exactly what I had hoped for. Polanco Brother Cannabis Co. truly exceeded my expectations. Their exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction set them apart from the rest. If you're in NYC and need a dependable cannabis delivery service, this is the one to trust. Five stars all the way! read more

Love this place. Excellent collection. Rich is the best attendant there, super informative and knows what he's talking about.

Too expensive, long lines, weak product. Shove it. Fuck all these dispensaries. Fucking waste of time and money

went in to purchase some indoor flower came out with what was suppose to be 4 grams got home and scaled it and came out to be only 2 grams, might want to ask to scale it next time before leaving read more

I went here one time and it's all it took for me to decide not to come back. The cashier, chubby short chick with a punk look to her was extremely rude while I waited on line. You're selling weed, but you're also now in customer service. You're not on the street. Have some manners. I walked right out. I'm a concierge at a hotel 1 block away, and I now send guests up to the Travel Agency 5 blocks up. They've always been nice and cordial, their staff is levels above this place when it comes to customer service and just being polite. That cashier doesn't like her job, probably doesn't like life. Thanks to her, you've lost a lot more than 1 customer. read more

Rich and Alexis rock!!! Great selection and service. cool spot too, and lots of free goodies

Rich, my budtender, was very helpful. They have a great selection and storefront was nice, and inside very clean and professional.

Awesome experience and super easy! Wouldn't go anywhere else for my cannabis needs. Conveniently located

I was very impressed with my visit to Torches. It was very convenient to where I was staying. The first thing that struck me was how truly personable everyone was. I didn't have many questions, but my bud tender was totally knowledgeable of all the products available. I am sorry I do not remember his name. I was also quite impressed with the prices I paid especially being NYC. What a wonderful welcome coming back after 20 years. read more

Rich was amazing! Great spot. Totally reccomend the hashtag honey edibles. Gotta stop by when in NYC!

I asked for indica oz. Rep sold me sativa instead of what i asked for. Do not waste your money here. They don't pay attention to what you want or what you need read more

It's all good. Just an outside kiosk nothing special. But it was freezing but super helpful

Rich was 10/10. Great selection. Was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Would recommend.

Heres the problem. When you use your card they round up the purchase price. I got a 13$ pre roll and that's the price after tax. They rounded it up to $20 after and then hit me with an extra service charge for using a card and an atm fee. Then have the audacity to demand a tip. BEWARE. It's disrespectful for an official dispo to scam their customers if they don't pay cash. read more

This is one of the classiest ways to get your adult use cannabis on. Great variety and easy. Stylish layout. Weedubest being on the shelves is an honor. Hope we keep hittin' for you! #RollWithNewYork! read more

I ordered online and is taking forever. Need to train staff better. Women had no idea how to check me out. Thought I was going to be in and out, was stuck in there for 10 min. I had to leave and she could not figure out how to give me my change, so I was forced to leave it as a tip. I know it's first day but at least train you staff before you open. read more

I had some of questions for the product. Michelle was really patient to listening me and helped me. It was very reliable. Thank you so much!

Very disappointed! I went to Torches in late June looking for some quality rosin products - gummies and vapes. I was consulting with a sales rep at one of the terminals who was courteous and all but didn't have a lot of experience as we were scrolling through their products. A fairly senior manager walks by and the sales rep flags him down to get his opinion on a couple of things and to see if he had any ideas to add to the discussion. The guy was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and he pitched me a product that I was not familiar with - Raw Skins rosin AIOs... I tell him that I generally don't buy AIOs, I have a good battery that I like and I find a) the quality of AIOs varies unpredictably and b) I never feel like I'm getting the full amount that I'm paying for in AIOs. He says he gets it, but that he knows the founder (s) of Raw Skins personally and swears that this company has such a focus on quality and integrity that he wouldn't worry about my concerns. He was quite passionate and convincing. So I buy the AIO, as part of a $225 purchase. The turpenes and effects were lovely but about a week later, the AIO/pen stops working - the button stuck in the down position with still plenty of oil left. Recharging it had no impact. But I don't live in Manhattan, I'm in Westchester and I couldn't make it back there until today. Did they do the right thing? Noooooo, instead they pointed to the fine print on the receipt saying I had only 7 days to return the defective product....no return, no exchange, no store credit - nothing. No quality, no integrity to be found at Torches! Buyer beware. read more

Bought a pack of cones for $10 and they didn't even give it to me because they were too busy not paying attention to me. Told me to wait wait to the side for two items and then didn't even give me one of the items I purchased. read more

This has got to be one of the coolest dispensaries I have ever been to. Beautiful both inside and out. Amazing staff and great line up of products. Plus hands down the best location I have ever seen. Steps away from Grand Central Station, half a block from Bryant Park, and 3 blocks at most to Times Square. I picked up some great rosin gummies and some really good flower will definitely be back many times in the future. read more
