Front staff seem to struggle to figure out orders at times and the app is unusable. Was given the wrong cart on two separate occasions with one requiring me to come back and spend more money to buy a battery unique to that brand's pod. Also, their site has been undergoing updates for several weeks making it almost completely unusable, leaving patrons unable to access deals as well as their own rewards points unless you ask about it at the counter or over the phone. I used to come here almost weekly once they started doing rewards, but now I plan on just using all of my rewards points at once if I can and taking my business elsewhere as it has become far too much of a hassle to order and receive the proper items. read more

The store is kept clean and they have a good selection from what I can tell from my limited knowledge. The staff is kind and very knowledgeable. I have even brought my mom and godfather in here when they visited from IL and they had a great experience! Don't go to cannadreams unless you want to be skimped out on weed and gaslit. Gave us a .5 g j and tried passing it off as 1 g. Have gone there many times before and never had problems. They wouldn't weigh the j and only showed us a comparison to a .5 (they were the same height and girth). Then claimed "they don't pack their joints" only sell them. Very disappointed. I bought a pack of gummies from this store, only to open them at home later in the day to find that the bag was completely empty. I returned to the store and was told that everything on the display case is empty, and that I have to ask to have things filled by the staff at the register. There are no signs anywhere in the store to indicate that this is the case, and the cashier did not at any point indicate that I needed to go through any sort of special process to have my bag filled. Later in the day, I returned to the store to get the product that I had already paid for. They did fill the bag. The manager apologized and said this is "something that happens in high traffic retail." Maybe I'm alone but I've never paid $35 for a bag of air before. The customer service was exceedingly poor and the manager was not nearly helpful enough for the mistake that their staff made in the original sale. I will not be returning to this business and I recommend that others also take their business elsewhere. read more
