Great selection and pricing. It's on the second floor. The collection and the services is absolutely phenomenal.

Benny is the best! Very knowledgeable and will always hear you out. Happy to order coils they don't have in stock and is so reliable!

Avoid at all costs!!!! Isnt the customer right when they have proof? I will be seeing all legal options all connections I have will be exhausted. I won't let it slide it's not about the money it's about being scammed in another state he knew he sold me a defective device. It's hard to turn on and off and it randomly will hit and spit I can't command it to when he wants to see it.. This man is be biggest con man. He sold me the "best mod" and immediately spit out all over my brand new shorts. He told me he would give me a refund and then when I went upstairs he told me I had to make it happen again and show him in person it happening although he filled my tanks for me so he knows I couldn't have squirted any ok and then after he realized he doesn't wannna lose a 250 purchase he told me he's calling the cops for selling ME a defective device. Essentially get out knowing I'm from out of state have lots to do and can't deal with cops. He threatened with cops because he was wrong. I will right these wrongs I promise that. You think you got away with a 200+ purchase but little do you know just wait for papers to arrive. Thanks for the customer service the device was defective let me be clear I was not trying to return the juices I've been looking everywhere for sad boy but I just wanted him to replace the device that spits everywhere and leaks but since my friend who was there and I and the oil all over me and the device not working in front of the workerss eyes I was just continuously threatened with the cops /'d to stop recording even thought it's in my right but yet he made it clear if I stopped recording that he will call the cops right away. I have no problems with cops as I know they would come to my defence but I also am on vacation who wants to deal with that? Enjoy your 200+ while it lasts scu m read more

Ultimate Vapor Source - Vape Shops Near Me - New York, New York

I'm gonna be blunt, if you're in midtown trying to find a good vape shop, stop searching and just go here. Ignore all the other ones that I shall not name, you know, the "BIG" ones(which are really small inside) or the chain one nearby, they used to be good... years ago. I've been coming on and off here for a few years, but recently been back more than ever. This is my SPOT! for all vape things especially in midtown. The owner is cool, friendly, knows his business and isn't trying to scam you into buying a "newer" product for more profit. You let him know what you want, he'll get it for you at a good price. You need help with juices? He'll point out a few things for you, and his prices are amazing. Seriously, you wasted enough time reading this review. Check it out and be the judge for yourself. read more

Visited this place for the first time around a month ago. It's on the first floor- easy to miss so look for the sign. The place is clean and organized with a nice selection of e cigs and hookahs. The guy was very helpful and courteous. He was patient and explained how everything worked (with e cigs). Thank you! Have been here a few times with excellent experience. read more

Amazing service. This guy is amazing so helpful. Best store I've found in the city! Comprehensive collection of merchandise. I've bought other places and they were counterfeit. This guy is the real deal. read more

Amazing store and service but hour are very limited is why they lose 2 stars . It sucks owning one of their specialized brands because no where else sells their same product line. read more

This is the best store for vape products. They have all the varities and at best price. The sales person is very friendly and helpful, and gave me complete knowledge about the product and helped me to choose the best product for my friend. And also gave me the best price for the product. read more

The service here was amazing, I got such a great deal on both my juuls and I normally never write reviews. All I can say is this place is LEGIT and the service here is excellent. You honestly can't beat the prices here compared to other vape stores. I would come back here again no doubt. I would recommend anyone interested in not only juuls but all kinds of vape etc. The people here are so nice they even let me switch for a blue limited edition juul for free. If that's not great service Can I don't know what is! read more

Small store on the second floor with a large selection and great customer service. A gentleman named Billy made the suggestion that I switch to the Phix from the Juul since the latter has a lot of issues. He didn't have a sample for me to test out so instead he opened up a brand new package for me to try, even though he didn't know for certain if I would buy it. He even gave me a sample flavor since I told him I didn't like the standard tobacco flavor. If you're looking for a vape store where you can sit around and socialize while having vape contests, this isn't the place but if you're looking to invest in a good vape and would appreciate the input and knowledge of the staff, this is the perfect place to stop by. read more

These guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. I came here as a novice and left, well... about the same, but with a good product. I was looking for a vape pen that would fit a certain thread count for purposes. I had previously purchased one from a bodega and that would always get warm and eventually broke on me. I'm not someone smoking out of a mod or blowing rings. The guy behind the counter knew exactly what I was after and hooked me up with the best piece. It was cheap, and he could've upsold me to a crappier version, but then I wouldn't have trusted them or sent friends there. Now I do and have. I... highly recommend these guys. read more

Benny's the man. So helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He's the ultimate source. Store is on 2nd floor so not so obvious from street. Just one flight up. Store is clean and organized. Huge selection. Came for 1 thing, left with much more read more

Ultimate Vapor Source - View from the street. Located on the second floor. - Vape Shops Near Me - New York, New York

After walking 3,462 miles around the beautifully trashy city of New York my knee was was pretty fatigued. I know you're asking right now, why don't I just stop, why don't I just take some ibuprofen. Well, i'm not a quitter so I push on and I don't want my knee telling me what I'm gonna do or not do. Yeah, I'm a tough guy mentally but you're only as strong as your weakest link and that is my knee that's been rebuilt. You're pretty much reading the review of the 6 million Dollar Man. This place was recommended to me, the really knows his stuff. I bought some CBD-based salve and within seconds of application there was no place like home. I was able to continue on my walk about and explore the rest of trashy New York. Don't let all the trash on the side of the streets prohibit you from having a blast, don't let pain get you down. Go to this place and talk to the guy behind the counter and he will hook you up like phonics. It worked for me!! read more

This store is hands down my favorite in NYC. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you need something definitely hit them up! Thank you for the great service. read more

There's a reason why we called them "ultimate". Yep! This is the only place to go for best Vape's and best people behind the counters :-) read more

I'm new to the vape world, and places like this are an absolute dream for me. I've hit up a few places in Manhattan and Brooklyn to get the right equipment for my first vape and this place is far and away the best. Why? Because smoke shops in NYC can either be either super shady or weirdly elitist. Not this place. The owner was extremely friendly and cool and even exchanged my first purchase when it turned out to be the wrong pen for my needs! I also used the Yelp coupon for a great discount. NYC smokers, your new spot is just one flight up. Get familiar. read more

Benny is the best and friendliest JUUL seller. Ever. He makes sure to give you the best price and makes sure you leave a happy customer. I know I am. read more

First time ever at this shop as I was visiting from out of town. Customer service was great but it was very obvious that my Vapetasia Rainbow Row had been tampered with. I've purchased this particular juice on and off for 2 years now online and in different vape shops. So I'm very familiar with the flavor profile. It was not the same. It had about 20% of the original flavor and it clearly was mixed with something else. It even smelled duller. Also, I developed a weird uncomfortable feeling in my throat later that day. In my experience is the result of a cheap juice brand. I haven't used it since. I purchased the same juice from Vapetasia brand online and I was reassured that there was a huge difference. Might want to check with your vendors. It may be no fault of the person who sold it or this shop but definitely has been altered. read more

When I was no longer able to order ecigs online, I started searching for a vape store. I live downtown and checked out many vape stores in the Village, Chelsea, Gramercy, etc., without success. After finding the Ultimate Vape Store on Yelp and reading the reviews, I went to the store to check it out. By far, UVS is the best vape store of all the store I visited. Benny, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable about all the vape devices and liquids on the market and the store stocks them all. Benny is also very friendly and helpful and genuinely tries to insure and assure that you are buying the products that best suit you and your vaping habits. The prices are also very reasonable by comparison to other stores and online options. I doubt that there is a better vape store in lower Manhattan or possibly all of Manhattan. You have to walk up to the 2nd floor but don't let that stop you. It's more than worth the short climb. read more

Benny is awesome. Excellent customer service and knowledge of products. We went in looking for CBD oil.
