There doesn't seem to be a lot of those customers so the upper area was empty and the lower area was crowded. Need to allocate the spaces better. I have a phone number in the system that is logged when I make a purchase but when do I ever see a discount or perk? The attendants do a good job emptying and cleaning the ash trays and seating areas. If they put a little money and effort it can be a great place to hang out and have a smoke.
