They actually carry Kandypens Rubi replacement pods, the first thing I needed. I also needed e-juice, as I was running low, and they have a variety of my usual NKD salt preferred choice. I scored that just as easily. I usually shop online for my products, but this place is the best 2nd option for me since its close to my job and they dont overcharge. Prices are good compared to other vape shops since they dont charge tax as I see it.

When I pointed it out to them, they didn't give me a refund for what I was overcharged for. The sales dude try to tell me the tax is higher because I bought two products, which is bs. If they're charging other people the same wrong percentage, imagine how much extra money they must be taking in. I asked for a direct number to the owner/manager and they just give me the store number. Plus, I hated that a bunch of 20-somethings walked in and out and they did not get ID'd, but I got singled out, even though I was around their age. Could be because I was the only woman and I'm young so they were trying to pull one over me. Who knows, but what I do know is that it's been reported to consumer affairs and I'll never step foot in there again

Cut and paste email as folows: To whom it may concern. On the early morning of December 19th 2019 at 12:13 a.m. me and my wife went to the Lotto retailer which is named "News on 23rd Incorporated" Located at 171 West 23rd Street. (212)924-4700. We knew that the lottery machines were closed for ordering regular Lotto tickets, we understood they closed around 10 p.m. but when we asked the worker to purchase multiple scratch offs he told us no because the scratch off is closed at 10PM. Me and my wife are Hispanic and he is of a different descent -please see the photo attached as we do not have his name. We were told by him that we cannot order any scratch off lottery tickets at that time. We found it awkward because we never had this problem even at that same store as I have been going there for the last 30 years or so as it is half a block away from my apartment.. so me and my wife went outside waited about 2 minutes and asked a Caucasian male that was on his way inside the store to please purchase us a scratch off ticket, we gave him the cash and sure enough he came out with the ticket. He came out and handed it to us with no problem (see attached picture for exact ticket). We in turn walked back into the store and said hey you just sold that gentleman outside lottery tickets that were scratch offs.. when we asked you a minute ago you told us that it was closed why was that?? We were told that we were not of a certain kind he asked us if we were "gypsies"? Why this was we do not understand or know. I am just writing this to you guys to inform you that this should not be accepted in this year and in this time. This type of discrimination involving someone who is licensed to sell tickets with your name New York lottery attached. It's despicable behavior and we believe these times have passed. Anyways thank you for your time and if you need to get back to me with any questions please feel free to contact me or my wife at the above email addresses'. Thank you again and have a good day. Winston Smith Again, I have not returned here solely because of this jerks reaction. There goes 30 plus years of patronizing the same store. O' well.

Each time I found the following as my experience: The person helping me was on his cell phone endlessly. And he did this while helping me and so it became both difficult and frustrating to tell if he was talking to me or the person on the phone. I bought this pipe/glass cleaner and when I read the entire label at home, to actually do the cleaning of the glass pipes required a two step process which involved to different products though from the same manufacturer. He never said a thing about needing a second bottle, or the second product to completely do the cleaning job. And though I tried to carefully explain to him what I was looking for in a lighter, what I purchased was not along the lines as I requested. I probably won't go here again, though they do have a very large selection of merchandise.
