Great store. Friendly and knowledgeable employees this far. Jas an enourmous selection of vapes and oils.

I live around so many different smoke/vape shops and I go out of my way to walk to this one. No matter which employee you get- these guys are SO nice and helpful! I'm very picky with my questions and they're super patient with me throughout all my annoying questions. They show me different products on what I would possibly like comparable to what I'm looking for if they're out of it. Customer service is above and beyond here! read more

Smoke Zone - Nice staff. Very helpful! - Tobacco Shops Near Me - New York, New York

This place sucks. I come here to buy galaxy gas and every single time they charge me a different price they're always trying to charge me way more than previously. They lie about what milligram the tank is. I've even came here and the entire tank was faulty. Tonight they charged me $200 for something that they've sold me for $140 previously. I was a loyal returning customer, it's really upsetting. I come all the way from 21st St. sometimes $50 in Uber charges just to come shop with them and they don't give a fuck. read more

5 stars! Hands down the best vape shop in the area. The staff is super friendly and clearly knows the industry inside and out. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for in minutes. Great vibes, great people--don't go anywhere else! read more

Very friendly staff, this is one of those places that you needed at the last second and they were there for you. I needed to buy some and they were open with a reasonable price read more

Excellent! I came for a joint stick and matches. Lovely to receive such satisfaction at its best! However, I was unable to reuse the blunt the next time but will have to return! read more

An excellent selection of cigars! A clean well-lit environment , and the two guys that were working we're very helpful. They had quite a few cigars that tickled my fancy, and they were more then happy to cut and light me up! The prices weer higher then in used to, but then again, this is Manhattan's Upper East Side comic can't blame them -- the prices were not bad!! read more

Smoke Zone - A friendly sales staff who had my Java mint - Tobacco Shops Near Me - New York, New York

BEST STORE in the city. I love these guys. They're unbelievably helpful and I need a ton of help. Everything always goes wrong with my vape stuff and they're just the sweetest, hardest-working problem solvers. I am out of coils on my Zelos Aspire and I swear to God, I have made 6 calls on this. I feel like I'm in Baby Boom, the Diane Keaton movie. She leaves the city and goes up to Vermont, thinking (like many city people do) that the answer to life is moving to the middle of f(*(*(*0 nowhere. Even in South Park, the Rainforest sounds like a good idea. Let me tell you: Nature is nice in small doses, but over time anyone used to competent, fast, knowledgeable service will go out of her goddamn mind in the middle of nowhere. Everyone Diane Keaton talks to about her dry well is useless. "I've been yupped and noped to death by you people....I just want to turn on the water. I don't want to know where it comes from!" No one even had heard of my (very common) mod. Language is an issue, too. I don't need someone to speak the Queen's English but in customer service, your English has to be passable. Finally called my regular shop (which is neither close to my destination this evening nor as close to my apartment as the places with the idiots answering the phone). I have been spoiled by this store. Part of the problem is that FDA/CDC are regulating vape stores out of existence. The only ones that have survived are the "combo" shops which also sell tobacco, cigars, hookah etc. The vape stores I used to go are all gone. The prices are just fine. But I don't care that much about price when it comes to vaping. It's so much cheaper than smoking that I save even at an overpriced store. I just need people who know what they're doing. I was in the Village and the guy on Macdougal barely spoke English and he had no clue about anything. read more

They sell KING PALM!!!!!!! + open 24/7 + TAKES CARD!!! Customer service is excellent and they pick up the phone to answer any questions

Traveled from way upper west side to this place bc I was tired of Blu and them NEVER being in stock online. In any case, I went in and Zak was extremely helpful! I told him what I liked and what I didn't like and he expertly advised what would be good, why I would like one versus the other and explained all the differences between the brands / types. He never tried to bs me or up-sell or over-sell; suggesting I try them first to see if I liked them then purchase more. Cut rescued kitty hangs out behind the counter too...great shop and staff. Highly recommend this place. It was a hike to get there, but worth it. read more

This is the only vape shop where I will go from now on to get my nic salts. Used to get my e-juice online but now due to the NYC policy on selections I had to find a store. They have good prices, give deals for combos, have exactly what I need and are located in a nice, quiet convenient spot right not 2 minutes from my local #4 train. Hope we can continue to do business. You have my loyalty for sure! read more

Not your usual tiny, crowded little smoke shop. By NYC standards the place is huge. Good selection of cigars, smoking accessories. The chap behind the counter was extremely helpful and friendly. Took his time explaining my choices. Prices are good also. Although this is not my neighborhood, I will go out of my way to come back. I walked out a happy customer. read more

Used to be a good vape shop when the owner the older guy was there, now they have young kid who works there who doesn't understand much about vaping and his overall attitude like he doesn't want to be there read more

Best smoke shop around. For three reasons: A) Everything's priced well and you'll get a deal the more stuff you buy. B) Jay is extremely knowledgeable. C) THEYRE OPEN 24 HRS. They have all the latest juices, top notch variety, lots of options for different vaporizers too. They have cigars against one wall as well! Soo stop going to the crooks on st marks and the village. Make this your new Vape HQ. You won't regret it read more

Awesome place to shop for all your vaping needs. If you are looking for a pen to use with your cartridge, bring the cartridge with you as they have lots of different ones and you can test them out since not all of em might work with your cartridge because of different oils thicknesses. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, will be back. read more

BEST PLACE IN MANHATTAN I am not going to write a long review. I have been searching for the right vape shop for three weeks. Don't bother going to other vape shops that are in midtown. This is the PLACE. I have a long history of buying vape juices online. However, this place is selling the same products and for the SAME PRICE and obviously you don't have to pay any shipping. Annnnd, the gentlemen working here, lets you taste the juices if they have any tasters left. INCREDIBLE. I normally make my own juices. I wanted to try sth else. The gentleman working here patiently explained me the brands and tastes of juices. And he was unbiased. Finally, when you enter the shop they IMMEDIATELY ASK YOUR ID. SO RELIABLE. THANKS GUYS. Defly will be back. read more

Open 24, great selection and Best prices I've seen in nyc yet. Easy 5 stars. Life saver

I came in here looking for vape juices without PG in it, and instead I got a lesson in coil rebuilding, a new coil, a sample, and a place to go for a good deal. I walked out with two 16ML's of Cuttwood juice for 25 bucks, oh and because I'm a newb I coughed from a single hit on a powerful RDA on 40 watts- I got a free bottle of water. Huzza! I will be back fersure. read more

Walked to this cozy shop, first timer, the first thing is that i was greeted by a guy he offered his assistance right away. which made me feel comfortable at the store, i started asking him questions about cigars and quality, to my surprise they guy was very polite and knowledgeable about the subject. He recommended a few products and all of them they were not even that expensive, i felt that he focused more on my needs than the sale itself, once in the register another guy jumps into action and gives me another share of what i call great service. The store is good looking, they have a wide variety of products, their prizes, i found them affordable and the customer service was great. Everywhere I look is a plus. Definitely going back for sure. read more

Best vape store ever, open 24 hrs, amazing customer service, very friendly, helpful and has a huge variety of juices.

Amazing place. Jay is very informative and gives the best deals, all around! A LOT of different e-juices and smoking items.

Bought my first vape here. The guy was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me pick out something that was right for me, a beginner. He even took the time to show me how to set it up, fill it, prime the coil, etc. Awesome selection of smoking products in general. Will definitely be coming back! read more

I was counselled by an expert in the store about trying to stop smoking and using Juul. The person who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and understood my issues. He even offered me a free pot for trying with my Juul, which I hadn't even purchased in this store. Definitely will always come back there, even though I live on the other side of NYC. But trust is something very hard to come by when it comes to smoke shops. read more
