BEST STORE in the city. I love these guys. They're unbelievably helpful and I need a ton of help. Everything always goes wrong with my vape stuff and they're just the sweetest, hardest-working problem solvers. I am out of coils on my Zelos Aspire and I swear to God, I have made 6 calls on this. I feel like I'm in Baby Boom, the Diane Keaton movie. She leaves the city and goes up to Vermont, thinking (like many city people do) that the answer to life is moving to the middle of f(*(*(*0 nowhere. Even in South Park, the Rainforest sounds like a good idea. Let me tell you: Nature is nice in small doses, but over time anyone used to competent, fast, knowledgeable service will go out of her goddamn mind in the middle of nowhere. Everyone Diane Keaton talks to about her dry well is useless. "I've been yupped and noped to death by you people....I just want to turn on the water. I don't want to know where it comes from!" No one even had heard of my (very common) mod. Language is an issue, too. I don't need someone to speak the Queen's English but in customer service, your English has to be passable. Finally called my regular shop (which is neither close to my destination this evening nor as close to my apartment as the places with the idiots answering the phone). I have been spoiled by this store. Part of the problem is that FDA/CDC are regulating vape stores out of existence. The only ones that have survived are the "combo" shops which also sell tobacco, cigars, hookah etc. The vape stores I used to go are all gone. The prices are just fine. But I don't care that much about price when it comes to vaping. It's so much cheaper than smoking that I save even at an overpriced store. I just need people who know what they're doing. I was in the Village and the guy on Macdougal barely spoke English and he had no clue about anything. read more

Traveled from way upper west side to this place bc I was tired of Blu and them NEVER being in stock online. In any case, I went in and Zak was extremely helpful! I told him what I liked and what I didn't like and he expertly advised what would be good, why I would like one versus the other and explained all the differences between the brands / types. He never tried to bs me or up-sell or over-sell; suggesting I try them first to see if I liked them then purchase more. Cut rescued kitty hangs out behind the counter too...great shop and staff. Walked to this cozy shop, first timer, the first thing is that i was greeted by a guy he offered his assistance right away. which made me feel comfortable at the store, i started asking him questions about cigars and quality, to my surprise they guy was very polite and knowledgeable about the subject. He recommended a few products and all of them they were not even that expensive, i felt that he focused more on my needs than the sale itself, once in the register another guy jumps into action and gives me another share of what i call great service. The store is good looking, they have a wide variety of products, their prizes, i found them affordable and the customer service was great. Everywhere I look is a plus.
