I decided to talk to the shop people and found them knowledgeable and pleasant. I walked into the shop because the front of the store looks very new and kind of fancy. As I walked into the store I found that the interior was as nice as the exterior with good lighting and some nice showcases. I also saw inside of the store drinks snacks and other minor grocery type products but mainly they sell Vape accessories and tobacco accesorries. I did enjoy a conversation with Mo he was very friendly and pleasant and knowledgeable. I am never the type of person to give a light review but the store had everything I needed so a good review. I do recommend this location if your local and are in need of some bait or tobacco accessories. The shop is also good for light snacks and drinks.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Counterfeit Poppers!…read more FAKE! SCUM! SHAMEFUL PRACTICE! On 3/8/22 Tuesday, I purchase several items in this store one of the items that I bought is a $20 Rush Poppers. This is a Solvent Cleaner Contains isobutyl nitrite ( which is legal in the United States under CPSA, 15 USC 2051-2084, 2057a, 2057b, and 2068. ) This store is so disgusting that they are selling Counterfeit Poppers! So when I came back and complained to the person who is managing the shop. and explained to him the difference between fake and real. I was shocked that this store clerk/manager was not a bit surprised by my complaint? So he is aware that the product that they are selling are fake! At that moment I was furious at him that what their doing can poison or even kill a person. This store clerk is so rude and trying to make a stupid argument that everyone is selling fake poppers. He admitted it in my face! There is no point in arguing or changing this person's mind. He knows he is a scam artist! I ask for my money back. But this ignorant clerk does not even show any remorse or shame that they knowingly sell unknown chemicals that will cause harm and injure a person. Do not buy anything in this establishment! If they are selling a $20 FAKE Poppers for profit? How can you trust their big-ticketed items? The owner and the clerk/manager should be ashamed and take these fake items out of their shelves! I will report this store to the NYC Consumer Department.

Each time I found the following as my experience: The person helping me was on his cell phone endlessly. And he did this while helping me and so it became both difficult and frustrating to tell if he was talking to me or the person on the phone. I bought this pipe/glass cleaner and when I read the entire label at home, to actually do the cleaning of the glass pipes required a two step process which involved to different products though from the same manufacturer. He never said a thing about needing a second bottle, or the second product to completely do the cleaning job. And though I tried to carefully explain to him what I was looking for in a lighter, what I purchased was not along the lines as I requested. I probably won't go here again, though they do have a very large selection of merchandise.
