The dispensary is final sale and does not accept returns. I purchased a full gram Jetty cart earlier tonight and did not open the packaging until I got home -- I wasn't told to do so either in store, since I assumed a package would come with the product instead. I unscrewed the packaging to reveal nothing inside, no cart, no rubber stoppers, nothing. I feel as though I have been cheated -- I was given an empty package with no product, told I could not return or exchange, and did not receive a receipt from my budtender either. I very literally have no way to prove that this package came empty and now am $70+ in the hole. I sincerely hope the dispensary can do something about this. I have never ever experienced anything like this from a legal cannabis retailer -- being given a literal empty package and charged the full price AND being told there is nothing that can be done. read more

Wow! Finally a regulated and legitimate dispensary in NYC. When entering, we were asked for our ID. Ask for Isa and Dorian, they're great and are very knowledgeable about the products sold here. The first real legal dispensary I visited in NY and I keep coming back! It's super convenient to order ahead and pay by bank so you just have to come and pick up! But if you want to come check all the stuff out they have a beautiful set up, displays and well organized. The selection gets updated and changes but there's always something good! The store is decorated for different events, holidays and has a very upscale but super friendly vibe. Finally, the people are what makes this the best dispensary in NYC. Xavier and Yalissa are beautiful peeps who will help out and make the experience so much smoother and friendlier. Also shout out to Dave! First review this negative for a dispensary, but yikes. The only positive here is the kind staff, but the weed is trash. I'll specifically call out the Good Times New York Pre-Rolls, which cost $70 (3.75 grams for 5)-- which is CRIMINAL, but at a supposed 42% THC level and being in a pinch, I figured okay fine, let me support a NY weed brand. But... they essentially sold me oregano for $70! Will not be trying this brand or dispensary again. Womp womp. read more

I am sorry to say that I did not get to buy anything from Urban Leaf. I walked in and was helped by a very nice young lady with curly black hair. I was looking specifically for Live Rosin.. She made some very nice suggestions. She suggested the Jetty products because they were 20% off today. so she sold me on the product. When I go to check out, I guess the manager, proceeds to tell me that "no these are not the ones that are on sale for 20% off."Meanwhile, he checks his paper and he cannot find where it says that they are not on sale. He keeps checking his computer for about 10 minutes with no answer. Meanwhile, the young lady comes back and proceeds to tell him that yes, all Jetty products are 20% off today. Still, he is not convinced. So not only did I walk out without buying anything, he did not even offer to honor the price that was quoted. Very bad salesmanship. And PLEASE READ ALL WARNINGS. If the product you buy is defective, THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT. They will direct you to THEIR VENDOR in the hopes that the VENDOR MAKES IT RIGHT. Good luck with that one. read more

go to literally any other dispensary. I've gone back to using a delivery service because my experiences here were so bad over and over again. The management is completely clueless. Countless times i've been the only one in the store with multiple employeees and it takes me over a half hour to get the item I pre ordered. That is if the employee doesn't tell me i'm lying and I have to do all the work for them to pull up my order and conformation. (note: don't tell customers they're lying lol) The prices aren't great but i wouldn't mind if the store wasn't so terribly run. Don't have 5 employees standing around when customers are standing around waiting to try to give you business. read more

Floor assistants are excellent and helpful and almost always friendly. Prices seem comparatively high, but that's okay. Unfortunately during a recent visit with my wife we encountered a problem regarding the pricing of one of their t products and the manger was obnoxious about it. We didn't even ask to speak with a manager. We politely asked to be charged the advertised price $29, rather than the price we were being charged, $36 (considerably higher than other local dispensaries). First words out of the manger's mouth when he approached us at the register were "What's the issue?" Not so much as a "hello" or "how can I help?" or an apology for mis-marking their product on the shelf. His excuse being the charged price, $36 is actually the advertised $29 plus tax, which is of course false. I don't mind being treated like an idiot. I get that a lot in my line of work, but rudeness to my wife is inexcusable and was totally unwarranted. Really disappointed. read more
