I decided to talk to the shop people and found them knowledgeable and pleasant. I walked into the shop because the front of the store looks very new and kind of fancy. As I walked into the store I found that the interior was as nice as the exterior with good lighting and some nice showcases. I also saw inside of the store drinks snacks and other minor grocery type products but mainly they sell Vape accessories and tobacco accesorries. I bought this pipe/glass cleaner and when I read the entire label at home, to actually do the cleaning of the glass pipes required a two step process which involved to different products though from the same manufacturer. He never said a thing about needing a second bottle, or the second product to completely do the cleaning job.
