Best Vape Shop in the City. The Staff (aka the 2 guys that work there) are super friendly, and KNOW their stuff. They both vape, and like trying the products, as well as recommending their favorites, cool new products, or other customers favorites. Also, these guys are very helpful if they see you coming in to often buying Juul pods. They recommended a better solution for me, that's saving me a hundred bucks a week. Marked prices are very good, no need to haggle like other vape shops in the area. Slightly more than you would pay online, but about the same as it would be after shipping. read more

Regret ever giving any review over 1 star. May have a variety of products but inconsistent customer service and pricing.

(Final update for this business) Service was quick but sold an old pack of cigarettes again, got swindled again. Will no longer be going to this store & purchasing things. No value in getting ripped off being sold, out of date inferior things. read more

I went to this place for the first time to buy a new tank and coil. They had a very nice selection and they were very helpful. The prices were fair and they do seem to have a little wiggle room, especially for cash customers;) This is my new vape home base! read more

Smoke N Vape - GeekVape 200 w mod with Smok TFV16 big tank, best taste at 100w to 110w - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Manhattan, New York

Bought a pre roll from this place and it was just random herb, smelled like catnip. Instantly gave me a headache.

Stopped in to replace my vape battery, customer service left little to be desired. Was there only person upon walking in and another gentleman entered about the minutes later to which the gentleman working greeted him and they seemed to finish a prior unfinished purchase. Only after he left did the gentleman working ask what bi was looking for. I got v what I needed, paid and left. I'll check out other stores for sure. read more

Help is clueless. Price differs depending on who is there. They don't seem to know about there inventory. Don't seem to be interested in customers who are looking for nicotine vape products. I've tried this place several times but there are too many others in my neighborhood to put in the effort to get little or nor help. read more

Totally a rip off! Too much overpriced. I brought a 200g Shisha today. They sell that stuff for 45 bucks, while the same one on amazon only sold for one third the price! Too much overrated! Unless my head was pointed by a gun, I will never ever come again! What a robbery! FYI This is a no refund place. Keep your wallet away from these scammers. read more

Great store, comprehensive yet currently modest selection of e-fluids, tanks batteries, variable voltage mods, genuine kanger products, aspire, ego batteries, spare coils. Also featured are the pax, globes, the cloupor M3 (attaches to ego batteries for sneaky herbal refreshments) and an assortment of other ways to vape, combust...tobacco products of course. Jamal at the counter was informed, helpful and made the sale. I hear they are expanding, that this is one of two stores. Stay tuned, I expect them to please. read more

Basic neighborhood smoke and vape shop with friendly staff and always have what I'm looking for. Their variety of products is on point and prices are reasonable. I've bought several products from them including hookah, tobacco, oils, vapes, charcoal etc The also open early and close late which brings convenience to the neighborhood. Definitely the go-to spot for anything smoke related. The staff is not only friendly but knowledgeable about the products and they able to advise you based on what you need. In addition they would would let you try some of their products in the store. Definitely the local goto smoke shop read more

Big selection of Vape products. I didn't have trouble finding what I was looking for. I asked some specific questions about vaping with the guy working there, and he answered knowledgeably and recommended a good flavor that I tried. This place is great. Better than other vape shops I've been to in the past. read more

Smoke N Vape - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Manhattan, New York

Great Staff and an awesome selection. It's my go-to place for vaping supplies in NYC.

I just cannot express enough love for this store. I went in at 1:15am because I needed replacement glass for tank. They changed it and cleaned my Kangertech box. I bought a coil. These guys are THE best vape people in the city. Sadly, they no longer carry the only juice that keeps me from smoking. But my last order online didn't get screwed up so I am hopeful.... read more

Best Vaporizer and Vape juice selection in my area. Prices are a little steep, but it's Manhattan. Really knowledgeable staff in regards to hardware. They have all the really great vape juices like Adirondack for OK prices. read more

I've been a customer of Smoke N Vape for almost a year now and I refuse to shop anywhere else. The service is top notch and the inventory is ALWAYS up to date. Most importantly, the owner is very friendly and values customer satisfaction more than anything. Thanks again! read more

What can you say about the friendliest people in New York? These guys know their stuff and when I made a mistake, they were more than happy to make me happy. I lost my Vape pen and needed another one. They sold me a great palm sized vaporizer and I was off and on my way. Little did I realize that there are different Vape pens for the substance you are using. I flew back to California (where what I smoke is legal) and found the pen stopped working. I took it into a local shop and they tried to fix it but it just wouldn't work. I stunned myself by actually finding the receipt and calling the shop to ask if I could change it. That's when I met Wally. He knows everything. He sent me a replacement and a couple of cartridges immediately. The only trouble is the USPS lost it and had 'no record of it'. I had given Wally a SASE to send it back in, so, the address couldn't have been wrong. It was a priority envelope, so it should have been scanned, but wasn't. So, poof, it was lost. Wally was concerned after I had called him and told him I wasn't able to track it. He did everything he could to try and locate the package. These guys are the real deal. TELL THEM WHAT YOU SMOKE because if I had, he would never have sold me the cigarette Vape. So, if you think people in New York are ripping off tourists and you need smoking equipment, this is THE place to go to. I can't say enough nice things about them. Ask for Wally and tell them you came because Byron sent you. read more

Best vape shop in Hell's Kitchen, hands down! The staff is friendly AND really knowledgeable about every item they sell; even the not-so-common ones on the back shelves. The employees themselves have tried almost every product themselves, and therefore always know which device or vape juice is best. I have never encountered service like this in a notoriously dodgy market filled with dishonest salesman with no actual knowledge to speak of. Instead, these guys have answered almost any question I've thrown their way, and have not failed a single time in their recommendations for me when I'm having trouble picking from such a HUGE selection. I can spend hours in this shop and enjoy myself, and I have. A++ read more

Soooooooo happy I found this place, coming from cali I needed a "tool"shop. The cashier and the random black big guy (customer) that is always here chillen was more then helpful for everything. Must come back. Very happy I found this place. read more

Great store, excellent variety of e cigarettes and oils. I do not smoke but have purchased for friends overseas. Highly recommend the Alien e cigarettes and naked oils. They are very friendly and prices are good read more

Terrible customer service and poor knowledge of products. Skip this place and walk 7 more blocks up the road to 52nd Street, much better store there. read more

I have seen different selections of e liquid many else where but their e liquid (e juice) selection is marvelous, they have the best e liquid brands that I have never imagined to be seen in a single vape shop. There prices are great for the area. They have a big selection of all different clearomizers. For Kangertech products they're absolutely genuine Kangertechs. Their vape pens selection is very large, I purchased an emow Kangertech !with the aero tank clearomizer!(I love it). The staff there were very very helpful, friendly, and most importantly informative. They are worth the trip to the heart of NYC. read more

Not a vape shop, smoke shop that decided to call itself a vape shop. Owned by the same people who own a smoke shop 8 blocks north on 9th ave. Overpriced clones, you will not get legitimate vape devices here..juice yes..vape carts, atomizers, etc no. I own quite a few atomizers and cartos which I bought directly from the maker, when I asked to see their packaging it was a white box with the name kanger on it. That's not official kangertech. Told the guy it wasn't legit he got mad and asked me to prove it so I did...asked me to leave his store. I suggest you walk the extra 11 blocks and go somewhere else if you want legit vape products and don't find yourself using fakes. read more

I am trying to give up smoking, the staff were so welcoming and helpful, advised all the options and helped me find the perfect vape and liquid for me!! Love this shop so much now, this will be my new local :) read more

Yeah this place is pretty good. They know their stuff for sure which helps a lot if you don't know anything about vaping. I had a question about vaping oils/waxes and they hooked me up right away with the Ceramic DA for the job, awesome. Picked up some "Donuts" e-juice there also just to try, not bad. I'll be back for sure! the guys seem friendly and they have a great selection of stuff to boot. read more

I wish I came here earlier, it would have saved me from buying products that are inferior. I was guided the Arizer Q Solo and the Magic Flight Launch box. Other than a few accessories I am set. I only go to these guys they are very reliable and generous with their time. Bruce From NJ - read more

My husband and I were on vacation in NYC for our anniversary for New Year's Eve. I am an avid vaper and needed a charger after I left my vape charger at home. We found that Smoke n Vape was the closest to our hotel (Yotel- Times Square) and the guy was super nice! Got my charger and went along my way. The next night I actually broke my battery and panicked. We went to the Smoke N Vape the next day to replace it and the same guy was super helpful in finding me an even better battery to replace my old one that was compatible with my cartridge. I am in LOVE with my new battery that lasts even longer than the one I broke. The guy was patient, honest, and super nice in helping me find the best battery. We will be back this summer and I will definitely return for more juice and maybe a new battery! Best place to go close to Times Square!! read more

For years this store has been my favorite store. It's like the Best Buy of Smoke Shops. The staff is knowlegable and fun. Very Profesional. I decided that at the very least I should give them a great review because they have been so helpful and a great resource at a fair price. Lastly the important thing to me, is AUTHENTIC, I once purchased an item $250 from a store in NJ. And it was a fake Pax. I couldn't get my money back. I found Smoke N Vape. I know what I get is top quality and authentic. They are the only store that has everything. They will tell you how the product is with other customers. Ramsey. Jammal, great seeing these guys. See you soon! Bruce read more

I like this place, vapes and smokes. Those who only vape to look cool have never smoked a real cigar or cigarette. Nothing like a real hit of a nicotine wrapped cigar compared to coiled cotton and juices. But I like this place, neutral with no ethnic overtones. I hate when someone tries to serve only their own kind with true Americans with real American dollars being secondhand customers. Not this place! read more

I love this place. Once I started coming here I never went back to Beyond Vape. It's a tiny place that at first glance, looks like a candy shop, but it's packed with vaping and smoking paraphernalia. And the staff here know tons about vaping--best of all, they don't have attitudes like some of the vaping places I've been to in the city (one aforementioned). Definitely pricier for vaping gear than what you can find online, but the fact it's local is so convenient. read more

Has a small but modest collection of vape supplies. They were low on inventory when I went so I would call ahead to make sure they have what you need first. Didn't sell the replacement coils but instead wanted you to buy the whole tank. Awesome staff and great selection of juices. I am semi-new to this vaping thing but the staff have been incredibly patient with me and walked me through the in's and out's, filled my tank and changed my coil for me. This store always has the most popular trending ejuices, devices, tanks, coils and everything else. They also offer VERY fair pricing and deals. It's a pity they aren't devoted to just vaping, as they are easily the best vape shop in New York City. I have been vaping for 4 years now and have yet to find another shop, other than online, that can compare to the selection and pricing of Smoke N Vape. Trust me, just go here because they will have what you're looking for. read more

ugh..talk about overpricing!!! its about 4 times what anyone else charges. also, if you ask for assistance, be assured you will be directed to the most overpriced low brand stock they have..as for flavors, they have a few good ones. limited to about 2 or 3..the rest are knock off or shady ingredients at best.. read more
