I'm not sure why I am bothering to write a review, as I'm sure this place will be out of business sooner rather then later, but they have annoyed me enough times that I feel it's their just dessert (no pun intended). Horrible, condescending, holier then thou customer service. Instead of finding solutions to close a sale they would rather impose their position upon you. I work literally on top of their business and have tried on at least 4 occasions to give them my money but they still can't seem to grasp the concept of a market economy. This shop is amazing simply because of the people who work there. My vape was having coil connection issues. I was about to buy a whole new battery but they came to the rescue, fixed it up so it reads the coil connected to it. I didnt have to buy another battery or anything. Definitely one of the most considerate vape shops in all on New York City. Meaning they aren't just trying to sell you a piece of crap and send you on your way. If your new to vaping they take the time to explain what everything is. As far as nic salts and freebase ejuice, and why one would be safer. They make sure you understand your device. Know hot to charge and not overcharge. Basically a lot of the little things that most of the shops don't take the consideration to do. They'll sell you anything to get a buck and send you on your way then 30 min later your back with a burnt out coils or battery cause that shop didn't show you proper usage and care. This place is the complete opposite and they won't let you walk out without fully knowing your device and it's limitations. Spike is also very passionate about the back end of this industry. I was in NYNY on vacation from LA last month stopped in this joint to get some juice and see what NY had to offer in the vape scene , real cool kats and the shop was cool, service was great!! I got the peach menthol flavored juice and the morning wood, both good flavors I just wish I had paid more attention to the picture on the label of morning wood when I got it lol, my woman actually spotted it for me lol, probably wouldn't have bought it because of that but it's all good. I needed some replacement coils and was exploring Manhattan so I decided to stop by. Small shop so I didn't expect too much variety. Overall super nice and talkative people, at least the girl. In the fifteen minutes I was there they bashed the shops around them(in a way bashing my shop back home), they bashed every tank I owned, told me about issues no one I know has ever had. They made me sign an agreement that basically said using a mod WILL kill you if you do anything other than vape it and disassemble it immediately afterward. They then gave me a pamphlet about what flavors the FDA was going to ban because, "they're unsafe and will kill you" which listed literally every flavor option(I'm sure theirs will pass the FDAs test right? No, not the juice I vape who's maker spends 6 months perfecting one flavor at a time producing spectacular juices that meet the strictest standards. Also maybe they should look into temp control tech, ya know the new thing that is made to eliviate the issue the FDA is trying to stop.)The thing that killed me though was the guys shirt, "Warning: big clouds Doesn't make your d*ck look bigger." Well bashing people for doing something they love doesn't make your business look legit. Leave shirt at home, it's not cute. If I hadn't been vaping as long as I have and I didn't have as much experience I have I wouldn't have bought anything being persuaded that vaping is worse than cigarettes, stepped outside the door and lit one up content in my decision to keep smoking. Maybe they should spend less time fear mongering and do actual research about the industry, it's changing constantly finding new and better ways to vape safely. If they can't keep up with the times they should close down, it's people like them that keep the misconceptions about alive and kicking. This is not a review as much as a message to the owners of this store. Do not hire people who do not have the right skills for dealing with customers. The salesman I saw had a serious attitude problem and To put it in simple English he was a jerk. The days of being rude to customers so are long gone simply because people can go online and write a review of how unprofessional and stupid a salesman is. This has been a terrible experience for me. Truth be told the other salesman I saw yesterday was extremely polite and very helpful. Unlike the other guy I saw today. My boyfriend and I came here yesterday to get some vape juice for a gift. The store associates were very helpful and thorough, and we got to try some of their store made juice which was delicious! Both juices - Swedish Fish and Peach Bango - that were recommended to us were amazing! We ended up coming in for one juice and leaving with 4...LOL I think their prices are pretty impressive, I believe around 20 bucks for the larger bottle. I never write reviews unless I either love or hate the place and feel obligated to share my experience. As a business owner myself, I know how important reviews are and can effect a business. That being said, this shop is amazing. I purchased a vaporizer back in April, (which I successfully able to quit smoking), and needed a new one because I had dropped it so many times. After I got home with my new vape I discovered that it wasn't pulling correctly and called the shop. It was late in the day and I knew the store was about to close so I was nervous as I became dependent on using the vape. To my surprise, the owner of the store offered to bring me a brand new vape after the store closed and she arrived 1 hour later. I was shocked that she would actually do that and turned out that there was nothing vaporizer, it was the coil that was used from my last vaporizer. Moral of the story is they are not only knowledgeable of their product and suggest the best options to successfully help you quit smoking, they are beyond accommodating and care about their customers which is very rare, and I wouldn't even think of buying supplies from any other shop. read more

I really can't stand going into this place. Fact of the matter is the only reason I do is they are close to my office. The reason I don't like going in is its like stepping into a used car lot every time you go there. They are always trying to sell you something. On top of that they only have their own branded juice which frankly isn't great and the variety sucks. Add to that the prices are way higher than the competition. Today I went on my lunch break to pick up some coils. I was paying cash and the guy working there asked for my last name. I gave it to him then he asked for my first name. I asked why as im paying cash. The other girl working said make one up. So I did as I dont like giving out personal info. Then the guy asked me to see id because he "never saw me before". Mind you im almost 40 with a gray beard I certainly don't look under 18. So i took my money back and left. Never again will I step into this used car lot.
