Before you skip my review totally, I can tell you that the rest of my party had a great time trying out their purchases and all agreed that the edibles and flowers were fresh and of good quality. This place has truly set a new standard in customer service and elevating the ambiance and pleasure surrounding the purchase of cannabis. This is not your regular dispensary! We were escorted to the elevator that took us upstairs which had a completely different, more chill vibe. The second floor consists of a long open space with bar-style seating that lines one side. There are also cozy, rounded booth seating with tables on the other side. I loved the golden brown decor and equally enjoyed having a server assigned to our table. Our server, Sam, was extremely knowledgeable about the different strains and its effects. Our party was able to make their selections off the menu and smell them before making a decision. There is no smoking inside, so I felt comfortable being inside and never felt excluded by staff. They also have extra space or private areas that would be great for larger reservations or events. We had a brief yet pleasant conversation with the owner, James, before heading out, but everyone who we interacted with were all great. Charlie Fox is definitely worth checking out.

I'm not sure what they're going to do with all that space, and the 3 sets of doors make it confusing to know which ones you can enter through, as only one set opens. But no prob. Once you enter it's really just a bunch of open space and a slim counter across the back. Being somewhat of a dispensary enthusiast, I tend to prefer those dispensaries with more product on display, even if it's locked inside of glass cases. That design choice seems to make the space feel more interactive and welcoming, and lets you see what you're buying more closely. It also often means there are chatty employees milling about who can answer questions. Whereas this space, even with the splashes of color from some of their branded merch spread across a couple of small tables, it all feels a bit stark. I waited several minutes to pick up what I had pre-ordered and paid for online, so a prepaid express counter could be nice. But overall everyone was friendly and they had a good selection of everything cannabis-related. They also offer delivery! So outside of some minor critiques, given the organization's mission and proximity to my apartment, I would say this will likely be my go-to dispensary from now on. Definitely worth checking out.
