5 Stars - Absolutely the Best in NYC! I can't say enough good things about Elevation HQ NYC. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help you find exactly what you need. The owner clearly takes pride in creating a welcoming, professional environment, and it really shows. The product selection is top-tier -- fresh, potent, and always stocked with great options. And the prices? Very reasonable for the quality you're getting. It's clear they care about the community and making cannabis accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Hands down my go-to spot in the city. Highly recommend Elevation HQ to anyone looking for quality and great service. Thank you guys read more

Let me start by seeing it seems like a nice store I like the way it's set up, But there was multiple things that went wrong. For one my total came up to $18 I was using a card so they said they would have to round up and give me the change back I said ok he charged$25 I but exact in the amount I was using it declined because they tried charging $30 multiple times. I ended up giving him $20 he kept my change and to make it all worst I get home just to realize one out of the two items I had was empty. This very unprofessional and shouldn't be tolerated!!....... (update) Completely fixed the whole situation definitely recommend read more

I'll look up Elevation Dispensary in Times Square so the 85-word piece is accurate and on-brand.Great customer experience at Elevation HQ in Times Square. The Midtown shop at 701 8th Avenue feels spacious, clean, and easy to navigate even with the city rush outside. Staff were patient, knowledgeable, and actually listened--helping me pick flower, vapes, and edibles without the hard sell. Selection is deep, checkout was quick, and the vibe is welcoming for first-timers and regulars. Late hours and pickup options make it convenient after a show or dinner. I'll be back. Highly recommend this Times Square dispensary. read more

when I walked in, I was warmly greeted and given very specific directions after having taking a minute to admire exactly what I was looking at. I was looking for a sativa pre-roll pack and Bethany approached me and she knew exactly what she was talking about and not only that, but she was able to steer me away from things that I didn't necessarily want and more towards things that would help me enjoy experiences at the theater and music shows rather than falling asleep since I love sativa. 10 out of 10 will be back again. read more
