Came to RingRam for a date day and we absolutely loved it! First, the workers were so helpful in helping us pick what we wanted out of a design. We ended up going with sterling silver design, but it sounds like the platinum and gold designs have some more steps. After picking the ring and size, they give you a molded ring, and you go to town on the hammering and polishing of your ring. At the end of the day, you get a ring that you did yourself and the price is pretty good for the entire experience. Was guided through this process by Kaitlyn and had an amazing time. You get a chance to pick out the metal, thickness of your ring, and a texture or twist type depending on whether you went with a flat or rounded ring. In that sense they do have a "menu" of options. I was glad for that since I think too many options would give me analysis paralysis. The cost of the overall experience is largely dictated by the metal and ring thickness you choose. I believe dial engraving is included in the cost. You get a practice ring if you choose a flat band and a texture, and then hammer away on the real deal! There are more parts to the process, so I'd recommend checking out their social media accounts if you're curious. Highly recommend for a date night! The concept is great, but Unfortunately the advertising is false. I wanted to make my own ring from scratch, and the steps both online and in store list bending/welding your rings as the first step. However, for our session they just gave us predone ring blanks and had us just polish them from there, saying they got rid of the bending the metal and welding yourself because people found it too difficult. Let me be the judge of that! While the rings are fine, I didn't receive the experience I signed up for. If I just wanted a plain band with an engraving I could have pretty much gone anywhere.
