Staff was very kind and helpful. Many of the beer kegs were dry, and the cider was probably the worst we'd ever tried. Pretzel was good, sauce was not. Can't screw up Tator Tots, so those were good. Prosciutto Arugula pizza had some much balsamic on it that it tasted like salad. Cauliflower crust pizza was meh as well. Super disappointed after reading the reviews. read more

Since it's opening, I have been to Blast & Brew 4 times and the service, food, and beer has blown my expectations away. Great place for local fun. I would recommend trying out some pizza and a new beer while your there. read more

This place is delicious! Definitely good lunch spot, especially if you're looking to hangout, talk about and enjoy company.

Very good happy hour prices. Chad is an excellent server and provides lots of good info on the beers, wines, and food items. Very clean place. Nice atmosphere. Having the option to pour and pay for the amount beer you want is excellent when you don't want to drink a full glass. read more

One of the best restaurant around great food fast delivery can't wait to order food from their great menu! Give them a try read more

Wait time for sandwich was long and there were only 3 people in the place. The food was great server very nice but like I said long wait time for food. read more

Searched local bars to this area and decided on this one because I liked the vibe it portrayed. Turned out to be just as great with friendly staff and a bunch of self pour beer options. Even had a small selection of wine. Food was good and pricing was awesome. Spent just over $100 for two appetizers and well over 8 beers.... We lost count. read more

Hey, there's a pandemic going on~ So surprised to see the Wait Staff NOT wearing masks IN this restaurant. We ate inside and not one server had a mask on. When asked about the no mask situation, the server informed us they only wear them on the weekends when they're busy. Really?? Food was good, but it was off-putting to see the staff not abiding by the CA dining rules. read more

I would give negative if I could. We went in around 1pm for lunch on a Tuesday. The tables that were occupied had already received food, but there were still plenty of tables available. At first they said 45 minutes wait, then said no longer seating anyone. 1pm on a Tuesday. They are open until 9pm????? Let's just say it was obvious that all the people seated were of one color and when the assistant manager saw us people of color she didn't want us there. read more

This place is a lot of fun, you can pour your own brew by the ounce or by the glass, you can pour your own wine by the ounce or by the glass. Our pizzas were tasty, but they could've used a little more cheese. They offer salads, sandwiches, appetizers, and several sweet for dessert. read more

Good food, friendly service. Nice addition to downtown Paso. Nice selection of beer, a few more wines would be great.

Loved the model of this restaurant. Great pizzas at a reasonable price ($10-$15) and lots of choices for beer and wine at a pay-per-taste price. James was an excellent server. Our water glasses were always full. read more

Excellent pizza! So glad we tried this place. I had the fig, prosciutto and arugulapizza w cauliflower crust. Was very tasty. We tried the carne asada fries and they were extremely tasty. I loved the wine selection and really liked the red sangria, was very tasty. Great spot w really nice interior and good service read more

If you're trying to order over the phone don't even bother because they won't answer a single call.

Just tried blast and brew. Nice beer selection. The pay as you drink option is a great way to try more than one beer. The pizza is decent with the nice wood fired crust. Also I now need permission to come back from the wife as I commented that the asada fries were better that sex read more

My husband and I randomly picked this place, and we were quite pleased. The Asian chicken salad had fresh ingredients with the most amazing dressing. My husband had the east coast cheese steak which was fantastic, and he loved the garlic fries. If we are ever back in PR, we will hit this place again. read more

Got seated around 7:40, waited 30 minutes before asking where at least the appetizers were. The waiter very obviously didn't put the order in and tried lying about it. It would've been whatever if he didn't have an attitude about him not doing his job the rest of the meal, walking by throwing cutlery napkins and app plates on the table without saying anything. Food wasn't good either. I know it's California but worst margherita pizza I've ever had. Probably tastes fine if you're drunk, but the waiter just blew my mood with his attitude. read more

We eat there often, but lately the food quality is extremely inconsistent. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs Friday based on how good it was the previous Friday. The sauce did not taste the same, it had a spiciness last week and was delicious. There was a definite lack of flavor this week and the meatballs were dry and overcooked. We also ordered chicken wings, which one came out with blood on it. We have been going to Blast and Brews since it opened, but unless they can get it together and we know what we are getting visit to visit, we will stop going. read more

We're locals and always stop at blast and brew. This is one of many encounters with Zach, he is very friendly, very helpful, a great server! Definitely will be back for more thanks to him. LOVE his energy. Food is great as well. read more

Very disappointing first visit experience. 35+ min after we ordered our server came and told us there was a mixup in the kitchen and asked what our order was again. He said it'd be right up. 20 min later part of our order came, then the rest 10 min later. When we done we asked for the check, didn't get it. My husband had to go ask someone else for a check then waited by the register for our server to come and close us out. He made some comment about being busy. It wasn't busy. He would walk by our table and not look at us. Good food and it's nice that you can get our own drink. But I'm hesitant to go back if takes almost an hour to get your food. read more

I'm not one to take the time to write reviews but decided to after our experience here! Zach was our server (Saturday evening) and he was absolutely the best. He was very attentive and friendly although it was an extremely busy night! He made sure our drinks were full and always came back to check on our needs! I got the Cajun Pasta Bowl and my spouse got the Patty Melt..it was so frickin good and will most definitely return. He deserves a raise!!!!!! Go check out this place and ask for Zach. read more

Had a blast at blast and brew today!!! Thank you Chad for all the great food and beer recommendations!! Best pizza I've had in years!!You can build your own pizza with unlimited toppings for no extra cost! I can't wait to go back!! read more

In a town with a number of excellent and unique food /drink establishments, this place definitely wouldn't be my first choice. The food is pretty bland and not impressive; the beers are a plenty, but mostly IPAs with a couple stouts; no porters. The atmosphere is of a larger spacious sports bar. Staff is friendly. read more

Went to our local blast n brew the other day for a late lunch. So nice to see a restaurant that still believes in freedom and the beauty of having choices. Cassie our waitress did an amazing job and it was so nice to see her smiling face not hiding behind some mask. Our pizza and burgers were fabulous and the garlic fries were to die for! And sampling a bunch of different beers was greatWill definitely continue to be a regular here. read more

Bottom line: check this place out! Waitstaff is attentive and knowledgeable. The beer is on tap and you get a credit card type device that allows you to sample and pour your own selections as often and as much as you want. The food is quick, tasty, and good. We had pizza, salad, wings, and Sweet potato fries. Everyone in the group was happy and impressed. There's plenty of beer and wine on tap. Pretty much something for everyone. Same for the food, the menu has plenty of tasty options to choose from. Multiple large screens broadcasting sports and nostalgic music videos simultaneously provide the patron with multiple lines of streaming entertainment. Blast and Brew may not be your everyday place but it's clean, fun, and worth trying out. read more

What a great new place downtown! Great food, plus 36 pour-your-own spigots. I think 28 are beers and ciders and the rest wines. Great service and very reasonable prices, with big screens all over the place. The kitchen is all glass-front so you can see the pizzas being quick-fired, etc. Try it--you won't be disappointed! read more

Blast and Brew is one of my places to eat in Paso Robles. The food is always excellent and the staff is always kind and awesome. Tonight my server was Zach, who has been my server before and is always excellent. His attention to detail and his kind mannerisms are exactly what I'm looking for in a server. Thank you Blast and thank you Zach. read more

Downtown Paso, hottest corner in town, right in the middle of all the action. Enjoy the relaxed ambiance, sample their craft beers at will, eat the best BURGER in town (Blast 'n Bleu is my favorite) and the friendly wait staff is so nice, happy to walk you through your options. Ask for Jade! read more

Pizza was amazing!!! Had the California with cauliflower crust. So good. Wings were amazing too!!. Worth the money.

Great selection of beers with very enthusiastic friendly service. The food is good and my kids love the order your own pizzas. Great addition to Paso! read more

We really enjoy their electronic dispensers that allow you to sample multiple brews or wines before determining your favorite to enjoy. Pizza is spot on with just the right touch of char. Very friendly service from the moment you walk in the door. read more

I have eaten here many times, the times that I have eaten here and got a certain waitress the service was bad. Waiting for more than 10 minutes to order a beverage, then waiting another 10-15 minutes to put in food oder, not attentive as in seeing if we need refills in beverages then to forget the refills and ask did you still want a refill sorry I forgot. It's just always the same with this waitress. I don't t understand how she's lasted. It's always early in the afternoon when it's not even busy so that is not even an option to be an excuse for her. I never see her on a busy day/evening which is a good thing. They really need to get her up to par with the other waiters and waitresses. Maybe she's a relative, but next time I go at this time and she is the one waitressing I'll have to pass or I'll ask for someone else. Too slow for me SORRY. Food is great! read more

Server/host was not "with it" it's not cool to make assumptions these days...ok screw it, he was drunk, however the table next to us thought he was high. Many taps were missing/empty. Food service was slow, my girlfriend's dinner got cold while she waited for me to get my dinner. Ehhh not my favorite experience, won't be back. read more

It's 8:35 pm and we were turned away because "you stop seating at 8pm". Your Yelp says your open until 10. Perhaps you should fix that.

Wanted: slack jawed, unmasked young man waiting tables! Oh wait, you've already got one. No mask, no manners, no silverware, no attention, no fun. Food OK. Service zero. Love waiting on ourselves in a half empty restaurant. read more

I recently visited Blast and Brews.. again. Why? Customer service. Zach the bartender is AWESOME!! Always makes you feel welcome and is friendly. I am Deaf and recommend ALL Deaf to visit and ask for Zach. He is Deaf friendly!! read more

This has been a comfortable local spot to hang out with a variety of beer. It's self serve on the beer part so makes it nice. Friends and I always enjoy our evening grabbing a beer or two. Would recommend it is in the center of town. I wanted to write this review due to Zack's, I hope I got your name right, great personality and service. Thank you for making our Friday night that much more enjoyable. read more

The customer service is amazing and they are always so nice and willing to make it our best experience when we go here. I highly recommend this place as their staff is so awesome and the food is always so good! read more

The food was good and there is a nice selection of beer. The service was very good--friendly and not slow. The only downside is the two red wine selections were both awful. If feel like if you're going to offer wine in Paso you've got to have someone who knows what they're doing. But to be fair the place is focused on beer and food so I still give it four stars. read more

If you are worried about Covid, do not eat here. There is no sanitation whatsoever, our waitress had a mask on, no gloves. There were 2 other waitresses with no masks or globes on, cleaning very minimal. Tables are not 6 feet apart and they give you paper menus, which they are reusing. I asked for a straw and got a plastic one. Will not eat at this place again. Food not too bad. read more
