Horrible work , my toe nail came off a day later and I went back it broke again 3rd day ! Never been to such horrible workers!!!

took forever for it to come off the next day ! they had a new worker on me and when I complained they got upset . they do not work well under pressure . i came back to get my toe fixed they indeed fixed it John & Isaac are the best . the owner does not accommodate you quickly . I asked for square boxes toes and nails they charged me 175 for this bs and I had nails already on .

    NOT MY BEST Pedicure

I feel as if service was rushed and other races were of higher priority. He put lotion on before wax, nothing was done properly. As if this is not a place for walk-ins rather more for regulars.

Ivy (the reason for my previous 5 star rating) is no longer at Blanc. I've had others do my nails, but they it didn't last nearly as long. Also, I could never keep up with what the actual prices were. It was never the same. It's still a nice salon though. I have since changed salons, but so miss the very clean, spacious, aesthetic here. I also like that they are still making people wash hands before being serviced.

I don't remember who did my nails but they never fail to disappoint me ‍ , I'm going back soon .

I usually do plain and simple things so you might not get same experience as me , they haven't disappointed me yet I always love my nails

I've been coming here for a few months & the service was just okay. Nothing good enough to write a review about. But I had an encounter with the tech, Sam, that's making me write one now. I was running late with my schedule for the day so I got there about 30 minutes before they closed in hopes that I could get SNS done. SNS usually takes 45 mins for me but I wasn't going to have time to come back through the week. I wasn't really expecting to be seen, and when the front desk girls asked if anyone was available they seemed like they didn't want to which I totally understood! But Sam came up and said he'd take me. Sam was so patient the entire time. I guess I knew there was a possibility that he'd try to rush to finish them but he didn't. He also didn't have an attitude with me, he LISTENED to me (which can be an issue with technicians that think they know everything), and he cleaned up my nail with acetone to get the residual SNS power off my fingers. I have never had anyone do that! Not even the best techs. My nails look good. He was just so considerate & I really appreciated that. He's quiet, but complimented the color I chose. Definitely ask for him when you go! Also of note, I've had my brows done by 2 women here. One older (maybe 45-50?) and one younger (like 20s). And they both did a good job! Usually people mess my brow waxes up and make them too thin or undefined. The 3 stars are for the time I came to the salon another time during business hours and they were closing early because they were slow. I told them I just wanted a quick brow wax and the brow people *allegedly* weren't there. That was irritating but I just went somewhere else. Another reason is for David. DO NOT let him do your nails. Attitude for dayssss & whatever you tell him to do, he has some bs excuse or disregards what you want. He's just rude for no reason and my nails had this weird feel to the top coat. He's like the opposite of Sam.

"extra long length and special shape"

I'm bummed to have to rate this place so low after thinking I found a great salon. I brought my sister from Nashville and we got the same thing (sns manicure). I paid first, total was $55. Cool. My sister goes to pay and it's $69. They first try to say she got a special shape (she did not) & then because they couldn't charge her for that they charged her for extra length, on her own natural nails... that are the same length as mine (normal length). Had we not paid together, she wouldn't have even known. LONG STORY SHORT: ask them for the charges. ALSO they don't serve drinks (I have never been asked) and they have nothing to look at except awkwardly, directly at each other... there are too many great salons within a few miles to continue to go here for a subpar experience or to be scammed and treated rudely when asking questions about it (white girl with the buzzed head at front desk). Pretty disappointing, but found a better one. Just a warning to pay attention to the charges & to consider customer service.

I was told the area this nail bar is located is Reynoldstown which is very cute and upcoming they said. So about the parking situation, I got lucky and came on a rainy Sunday afternoon and was able to park in the front and take the elevator upstairs. Other than that if I didn't park there I wouldn't know where else to park. Upon walking in the business was very clean and really spacious. It was also decorated very cute and modern. I also was immediately offered a beverage which was a nice added touch while I waited. Another thing to add, while I waited this lady suggested I also get a pedicure and thank god I did because I wasn't getting one originally and my feet looked a mess. Also, a nice woman named Ashley did my feet and did an excellent job. She also suggested a color I would never do but it ended up looking good. I really enjoyed my experience here as everyone was personable and friendly. What I noticed was they definitely make sure you're satisfied because there was this lady in there asking for the most and there was 3 people tending to her. So, I ended up coming here because I followed my nail tech Jason from one location to this one. As always he did an amazing job on my nails and suggested colors & designs I liked and worked fairly fast. Definitely going back. Give them a try!

    What I got. Whew!!!
    Sarah C.

Whew!! Let me say it must be them, cause baby. I have visited this place 3 times in May! First visit was giving lush & pretty, but they missed up when my 6 year old son got skipped, while in the chair for a pedi. (I knew I should've never came back) but they weren't won me over because I LOVED my nail tech that day, my nail shape and thickness was perfect! (I'm like a two week-er) Second visit was nice and relaxing ,but a client of theirs stepped causing commotion but an appointment being double book/fulled/whatever. That's fine, mistakes happens. My son finally got his appointment I was happy until my nail design was not appealing but I left to go feed my son for dinner it 5:30pm on a Sunday, they close at 6pm. I wasn't going to fuss until had time. THE third visit (the very next day, Monday) was for me to come back to fix my nails because the desired design and detail was not up to par. The lady said that they could fix but I have to pay for it (pause) but I told her I didnt like it the art they gave me, I only want one solid color, blue. The cashier insisted on me paying again for an unappealing nail art (it even have lint in the gel, so, now my nails are bumpy, my nails were not covered from tip to tip) I wouldn't have not paid for the re-service , I would've tip instead cause I understand the service business, I work as licensed massage therapist. Overall I am highly pi***d, and disappointed in this shop's customer service. I'll come back if they want to fix, store credit or refund me. Until then, please shop here at your own risk. Have a safe day.

So, the beau and I came Sunday to our used to be favorite nail salon. We both got manis and pedis. Not two hours after the service, my polish was beginning to chip and run. Before you ask, yes, I waited almost an entire hour before I did much of anything, so bumping my hands or feet after that long period shouldn't have affected the polish. I returned Tuesday evening to get them repaired to be told that they don't have any guarantees on regular polish. After further discussion, the guy had me wait for the technician who originally painted my nails since she provided the initial service. Why someone else, or the next available person couldn't fix this, who knows? What I do know is this is ridiculous! For $100 service, I shouldn't have had to come back until it was time for another service. I paint my own nails regularly, so going with another type of overlay is not for me. I like the option of changing my nail color when I feel like it. When I polish my own nails, the polish lasts at least 4-5 days and doesn't look like the dog chewed the polish off while I was asleep the next hour! I'm annoyed and disappointed. This salon started off great! We loved coming here. However, after this experience, I can't say that we'll be coming back, or recommending this location to any of our friends as a good place to try again.

went as a Walk in. After being seated, I waited for 20 min. I was moved to another chair & had to wait for them to get it together . i chose the colors , but they were going to use gel. The gentleman that was going to help me asked me if i was getting a fill in ( no one had asked me what kind of manicure i was getting) , and since thats not what i wanted he switched the gel for SNS .... Later noticed one of the powders was NOT the color i wanted. one of my nails had a tip and of course was short , so he asked me it i wanted to cut the nails, but i asked him to TRIM them. ..Didn't think he was going to CUT ALL of them short and uneven ! ( when i noticed he was cutting the second nail , too late already) Usually the solution is to put a tip on the shortest one not going crazy and ampute all the nails. Even the manager was rude ! I wont ever EVER would be back.

First pedi since Covid & DAMN, I forgot how good it feels haha. Very clean & modern salon with great selections as far as nail polish & gel colors. I really enjoyed the massage chair & I usually never do. I opted for the basic pedi which was $28. My technician took her time & was very detail oriented. I will definitely be going back & claim this spot as my go -to.

    WTF! Only a week!
    Brionta P.

It's LITERALLY only been a week and my nails are hideous. I don't do much involving my hands at work. But this is what I have going on. NEVER AGAIN! All new staff. Originally stop going because the price increased with every visit even though I was getting the same service now I'm really done.

    RUSHING!
    Arie S.

I have been coming here for about a year. The place is comfortable and clean. Depending on the day, the nails techs will rush and be very aggressive resulting in just an overall sloppy look. Then get mad when you don't tip... the work was lazy and the attitude was even worse. Today I finally decided I will not be returning. If you choose to come here. Let one of the younger ladies do your nails, the older ladies don't pay attention to detail and that really matters for a clean look.

I did get an express manicure and a nourishing pedicure with gel polish - both services cost around $135, but I thought it was well worth the money for the professionalism and detail that the technician offered. Since I didn't have cash for tip, I was able to leave a tip via Venmo. PS: they have drinks you can purchase. After being treated so rudely at my last shop after I asked how much longer the wait would be (I…read morealready waited over an hour), I was on the hunt for my new favorite nail shop. Parking: The building is easily accessible and there is parking on both sides of the building. It is located in a very busy area (east Atlanta village). Nearby businesses in walking distance and right next door: hookah lounge, bar, and multiple restaurants. Atmosphere: a mask is not required. When I walked in I was addressed immediately and was treated so kindly. Something I really liked was when u come in they ask u to wash your hands first then pick out your color. That way so many germs aren't e transferred from ppls hands to the nail polish bottles and vice versa. When I washed my hands there were no paper towels but instead there were clean white towels u could dry your hands with. Process: at this point I'm impressed. I picked out two polishes but I couldn't make up my mind which one I wanted. But then this happened.... the nail tech OFFERED to paint my toes with both colors just to see which one I wanted, I almost cried. lol. I REALLY appreciated that. My nail tech, Minh, was very gentle with my pedicure and didnt make me feel rushed. She also immediately greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. The manager was helping clients out of their massage chairs and asked me how I was enjoying my pedicure. The other male nail tech was pulling out chairs like a gentleman for his clients. They highly recommend making an appointment but the tech did say that if they're not too busy, they will take walk-ins. I made my appointment on their website. Deluxe pedicure: They have the massaging/vibrating chairs. For me that's a requirement. My pedicure consisted of the standard nail trimming/cleaning/cuticle cutting. Then the following steps: sugar scrub leg and foot massage, a skin mask, hot towels wrapped around your legs, a lotion foot/leg massage then finally the polish. I love my techs massaging skills. She was firm but gentle. Usually this part really hurts me bc previous techs were very rough. Payment: you can pay with debit, Venmo or cash app. They even have signs with QR code's so if you didn't already have it, u can download it onto your phone. Overall experience: I can honesty say that I have never been to a nail salon where I was treated no nicely. I had such a pleasant experience. I can say I found my new nail salon. . I also watched how they treated other clients and everyone was courteous and accommodating. The only down side was during my pedicure one of the techs was playing his music on speakerphone for 15- 20 min. That is one of my pet peeves. Whenever I'm out in public, I do NOT want to hear ppls conversations or music on speaker phone.

Solid business overall. I was able to do a walk in. Got a mani pedi done same time. Pricing was not…read moreexpensive either which is a plus.

The work is inconsistent and they charge whatever they want, so ask the price before they begin. How inconsistent? This is my third review. My initial one was after a couple of bad experiences. Found another salon, but a couple of years later after my nail tech moved, I gave them another shot. Two visits in on that go-round, gave them four stars, but my time with Lush Nail Bar Grant Park was short lived because I had to come in (on three different occasions) to have a nail repaired within a week of service. Fast forward a year, I pop in and here we are... I requested a gel overlay and also needed to soak off dip powder. When checking out, the total originally showed: $65 + $10 Soak off = $75 It went to the tip screen, but before I could add the tip and close it out, the screen flashed, and the total changed. I briefly saw it say $75 + $10 Soak off = $85 before showing the tip screen again. Noticing this, I asked her to go back to the itemized view to explain why the price just changed. She really didn't, or it wasn't very clear to me, but I did not want to be that girl, so I just paid (and tipped as usual). I get to the car and notice on my receipt that she had rang me up for an acrylic FULL SET and soak off. That was the change. I did not get a full set as these are my natural nails. I go back inside and the young lady who works the front desk tries to re-ring it up to confirm what the price should be, but she could not figure out the discrepancy. Note: This is not the same person who originally checked me out; the nail tech did. At this point, she asks Vinh what did she ring up. When the totals still did not match - Vinh just starts adding things in to make it match. "Oh, extra $5 for shape. $5 for nail length." In the end I now have a receipt that now says $54 for the main service + 10 soak off + $10 mani w service + $5 shape + $5 length. *Also, so I paid extra for shape, but were they really? I already had almond nails. She asked if i wanted them cut down. I said, yes, you can cut them down so they're all even (since this thumb is shorter). They were not all cut down and that thumb is still shorter! So, if you're going to charge extra for it, make sure you do it right! Also, the ring finger was to be white and gold as on the nail polish card (used to pick colors). It came out just gold flakes. Looks like this should have been a coat of white, and then the coat of gold flakes. I didn't really make her change it for the sake of time because it was already on my nail and still looked ok.. but in hindsight, with as much as I paid (for white nails, no designs) I would've been making sure we got the details right. The nails are cute. I just didn't appreciate the price changing after we've already totaled it - and to realize it wasn't a glitch, but her trying to slip things in.

Found them on Google, called ahead, and was told to come in at 3 for SNS. I arrived at 3:10 on a Sunday to a nearly empty salon, which was surprising for a weekend. The front desk lady asked what I wanted and called across the salon to a young man who was working on nail decals solo. He visibly did not want to stop what he was doing. With only two people in the shop, someone had to help me, and that fell on him. While he finished up, the front desk lady was actually sweet about the service. She brought over colors and even suggested a fun option: a clear SNS base with gel polish on top for a jelly color effect. I loved the idea and agreed. When he was ready, he held his hands out without a word and got to work. No greeting, no conversation. He soaked my nails in what I can only describe as boiling water before filing everything off, which was genuinely painful. When I mentioned the jelly color technique the lady suggested, he said it wasn't possible, started doing my nails anyway, and never explained further. The paint job was rough. It looked like I did it myself with my non dominant hand. The whole service felt rushed despite the salon being practically empty, which made it more frustrating given that I called ahead specifically to be considerate of their time. Five days later my nails are destroyed. The SNS has cracked on most fingers and taken chunks of my actual nails with it. The gel polish is flaking off. Press ons would have held up better. Would not recommend for walk ins. If you go, make sure you have a dedicated nail tech you trust.
