We stopped by during our road trip and had a great experience! My son and I shared a double burger, and the portion was huge! Even half was more than enough for me. The chili gave it quite a spicy kick, but it was really delicious. The fries were especially good, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. A few more dipping sauce options and a little extra attention to cleanliness would make the experience even better. Overall, a great stop with tasty food and wonderful service. Glad we came! read more

Blake's Lotaburger - "New Mexico Style" LOTA Burger - Burgers Near Me - Aztec, New Mexico

Amazing service and food with Ester, Wayne and Sylvia who greeted us with a smile and good vibes. We appreciate the positive experience.

First time here. Traveling from out of state. The food was delicious and staff was very kind and personable.

Burger was amazing, service was even better! I'll be coming back for the food and more importantly Ester!

Probably the rudest people I've ever met in my life. Forgot my drinks and when I asked for them they flat out ignored me. Horrible store. Blake's has great burgers but you might want to find another store to order from! read more

Ester and the crew rule. Delicious burgers and wonderful service. What an epic experience. You would be remiss to not holla at Blakes in Aztec read more

Wonderful customer service and delicious food. Esther the manager was a joy to speak with.

Writing this as I am currently sitting in the parking lot going on waiting an hour for 3 burgers. Lady that took the order was rude and there are people that have been sitting in there waiting longer than we have. DO NOT come here if you're expecting a quick bite to eat. read more

We overwhelmed them (varsity girls soccer team), and the girls who ordered there food last got it first, but they were kind and did there best. read more

Something going on at the Aztec Blake's. Not sure what it is but any time I stop by lately, my order is not made and there's a giant line of people all sitting around looking frustrated and bored. The water doesn't work in the bathroom. I went into the girls restroom to see if I could at least wash my hands in there and there was a small bit slightly better amount of water pressure in there. This is the best burger spot in NM but not when it's being run like this. Wish the Blakes corporate ownership would help get involved and get this place back on track. Shame read more

First time ever having Blake's (moved to Aztec last year) the older woman handling order taking was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen workers were quick and kept their kitchen super clean. The food was amazing, little salt, very tasty! Would 100% come back loved the burrito I got. Very surprised how little oil was in my food! read more

There's zero point in ordering online. When you pickup your online order at the time the site claims it will be ready is when they decide to put your order in. When placing my order I was told it'd be ready in 20 min. I had to wait another 20 min. after arriving at the pickup time. After waiting a total of 40 min. for my order, I realized part of the order was wrong. I recommend exploring other places in Aztec to satisfy your breakfast burrito cravings until this location can get its act together. read more

We need a whole Lota Blake burger in Texas. But then again sometimes a chain is best staying in its own state. I got the Lotaburger New Mexico style and boy did it revive the hope that fast food especially burgers was still alive alive. I consumed this burger in less than 5 minutes while driving the 550 back to Houston. May I suggest milk shake refills...ok maybe I'm pushing it but I got chocolate and now I want Vanilla. The shake was pretty good and I wanted to try the dulce de leche flavor but save it for next time said my brain. I can tell you that the quarter lb beef patty was perfectly cooked and when doubling up still juicy with melty cheese and grease dripping ...it was great. The seasoned fries were, like many mentioned, a must and perfect. You don't have to do a whole Lota stoppin because the service was quick and the customer service at Aztec location was super friendly and excellent. read more

Food was burnt to the point it was inedible, took over 45 minutes, ordered chicken and got a piece of fish. I normally wouldn't complain but this was actually disgusting and horrible, especially for the price. read more

Blakes has been on the downhill since the new ownership. Blakes management needs to help the employees in Aztec as I have bought food several times over the last year and wait times at 40+ minutes. Overall, Blakes quality has dropped off. Used to be the best burrito in New Mexico and hardly eat Blakes anymore. read more

Thai was recommended by a friend when traveling from CO to AZ. One of the best burgers I've ever had!

This place needs some serious help! I ordered Crispy hash browns, when I got the burritos none of them had Crispy Hash browns. They said they would do it but would take a while, 45 minutes later my order was correct aMs delicious. read more

LotaBurger indeed! The green hatch chilis on double meat is desirable. You gotta stop here...and, get them seasoned fries while you're at it. read more

It's good but I keep finding some damn eggshells in my food. I'm quite annoyed of finding eggshells in my food.

Blake's is a solid burger, seasoned fries are a must and the franchise is a New Mexico staple! Each individual restaurant can be hit or miss with the service and how fast/slow the food comes out. This location in Aztec has received some negative reviews lately so I was a little worried that our intentions for a quick stop for dinner wouldn't be so quick. However, the 3 ladies working today were quick and efficient! We were greeted right when we came in and were told it would be a few minutes before they could take our order. The wait to order wasn't terribly long (no more than 5 minutes) and they got to us just as quick as they could. Food came out fast-- our 3 sons never had to ask when it was going to be ready. All told, we spent 30-40 minutes there total--to order, be served, eat, have a quick bathroom break and back on the road. read more

I have never been to one before and had a friend from the area suggest it. I want to say the cashier that served my friends and I was very energetic, seeming like she liked her job. She effectively explained the menu and suggested what to get. I would come back to this location due to the service. The food was good and I probably would try more of the menu if I could. read more

Yikes extremely slow service. Complete disregard for the customer. Won't even answer the phone if you try and call. Employees clearly do not want to be there, don't force them! Get new employees that want to work... read more

Good classic burger joint. Good fries. Overall good service and speedy ordering up. Attentive to customer orderings.

I gave a two-star because it was fast service. The burger was flavorless and dry even with all toppings and the chili sauce that cost 50 cents more. The seasoned fries were ok. read more

This location is the absolute worst I usually try to place my orders over the phone if I'm lucky enough to get somebody to actually answer it and not put me on hold and forget about me and now they apparently have switched to this over the phone ordering system that doesn't even work read more

Ok for a fast food place, we were seriously impressed. We made the trek from Durango to Albuquerque and this was a food stopping place to stretch our legs and grab a quick bite. The burgers are HUGE for the price. The seasoned fries remind me of the curly fries from Jack in the Box. If I had to eat fast food again, I'd probably pick this over the competition nearby. read more

Told the cashier that I'll have a breakfast burrito and his response to me was " are you sure we have twenty-two breakfast burritos to make if you dont mind the wait." Obviously they didn't need or want my service so I left. read more

Unbelievably poor experience. Ordered 2 burgers at 10:30am. Was served at 11:16am. I finally asked about the order after a half hour wait; was told they don't like to put burgers on the grill when there are eggs being cooked. Not sure why they'd take an order they ha e no intention of cooking for over half an hour. What a joke. read more

I hate eating at Blake's because it takes forever and the staff sucks... in ABQ. Aztec Blake's is my new go to on the way to Purg. Polite staff and food comes out on time. ABQ Blake's needs to take notes. read more

Called in order. Sat there for 20 minutes before they put the burgers on. This unacceptable. Do your job. Won't be back.

It will make a turd, a little nutrition but Blake's in Aztec has gone down bad the last couple of years. You can tell by the lack of customers, they don't seam to restock their supplies, always out of something. Employees seem unmotivated, could it be because of management? A&W, Sonic are always busy, that should tell a person something. If you need a burger,I would suggest giving another business your business. Keep driving. read more

Breakfast burritos..wahoo..they were great.pick your chilli, red or green..pick bacon or sausage or both. For a really top shelf burrito this is the place! read more

It's impossible calling in an order at the Blake's in Aztec. So I decided to try the online order and the website said my order would be ready in 15 mins. Well I'm still waiting for my order and it's been an hour since I put in my order. When I came to this location it seemed the employees were unmotivated. It'll be awhile for me to order here again. read more

Definitely a yummy burger. I got the smaller size burger and it was delicious. Just the right size. Hubby got the bigger size and it was perfect for him. Loved their fry sauce and seasoned fries. We will definitely be visiting again. read more

Passing thru town. Excellent service. Quick and added some extra fries since we were sharing.

I have officially had it with the aztec Blake's. I stood there and stood there waiting to even be aknowledged. Then my burrito had one very undercooked egg and one very over-cooked egg. The past few times I've been there it's been this way and they always have sketchy looking employees it's just gross. read more

Incompetent help waited 17 minutes to get hung up on.The place is getting worse. regardless what I have to say it shouldn't take that long to take a damn order I wouldn't even care if they told me it would take an hour just don't leave me waiting for so fu***** long never going back. Pack a lunch if you want to eat at this place for dinner!!!!!!!! read more

Taste just like I remember. We use to have one just down the street. This place brings back memories

The best green Chile cheeseburger. Ever! They have a limited menu and they do it great! Every location I've gone too (all over NM) had been delicious. Do it! read more

I've been to Blake's all over NM. This location is one of the best.
