For a white guy I feel I've been singled out Drive truck stop once or twice a week and have received great service until I think the owners daughter served me and was very rude . So she raised the price on me and when I said something she said give me a minute and when she came back the food price was higher than before. She tried convincing me of her justified price so I took the check stood up an moved to the register to pay . I was insulted by the way she did this and I won't return. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the chop steak but they added three extra dollars on my ticket. That's how they rip people off the specials at 11:99 soup or salad I had salad. She said it was extra for the salad the soups free I said that's not how you wrote it on the board and I didn't have no soup . just trying to rip people off. That's all they're doing they don't care. And she looked at me like I was a complete idiot, but maybe that's just how she always looks. read more

Stopped in today after a long drive from Albuquerque. I stood at the front about five min waiting for someone to seat me. Finally, I ended up seating myself. A nice enough server came by and took my drink order and lunch order. I got a hamburger steak with green chili on it. It was pretty tough but edible. Overall not impressed read more

2.5 is more like it but hey. The service was good the restaurant was clean and the prices are not bad. I was with a party of five and we ordered a verity of food. The best was the chips and salsa appetizer, but that is not saying they were great either. Maybe a 3.5-4. The worst was my huevos rancheros with a side of dry sausage and covered in tasteless green and red chili. I think they might get their chili from Colorado, but I sure hope not. This was my second time eating here with the same story both times. It was not the worst place I've had but not good enough for a third trip fore sure. read more

Classic New Mexican diner - simple hearty fare, totally delicious. We had Huevos Avodados and Huevos Poblanos. Both spicy and rich- one a creamy green chile, the other a bright red chile with pork. For some reason, eating with hash browns put it over the top. My kids biscuit and gravy was highly enjoyed as well. All served quickly and d with a smile, definitely a locals and truck drivers spot. Good Golly Miss Molly! This place was packed and for good reason. The servings were huge. The prices were very reasonable. I built my own breakfast off the side items. My husband loved his fluffy pancakes. Lots of New Mexican choices too. The staff were so sweet. You could tell there were ton of regulars and lots of people knew each other. OMG what a terrible place! The poor wait staff was absolutely overwhelmed. Brought the check with the food. Never returned to refill our coffee or even our water. On top of that, the food was horrible! Green Chili Chicken Enchilada Plate: tasteless, runny green sauce over tortillas wrapped around square chunks of canned chicken. Utterly tasteless! Refried Beans: like bean soup instead of refritos...served semi- warm. Rice: tasteless and semi-warm. Wifie's Chili Rellenos Plate: obviously precooked and frozen, then microwaved. Thick, thick coating of soggy batter. Someplace inside each relleno was a green chili and maybe some cheese!? Her watery Green Chili sauce covering the soggy relleno, was utterly tasteless.
