The meatball itself was tender and flavorful, but the baguette was on the tougher side, which made it a little hard to bite into. Still, the taste of the meatball carried the dish. For my main course, I ordered the Bolognese with Salmon as my protein, and this ended up being the highlight of the meal. The pasta was cooked just right, the salmon was perfectly prepared, and the wagyu beef sauce tied everything together beautifully. Honestly, if I was not so full, I could have easily gone for another plate. Overall, this place is a good choice in Durango if you are in the mood for hearty Italian comfort food.
