We had fun at Blaker. They had a good beer selection. We got a sampler and trod them all. There was something for everyone. I loved their Vanilla Bean Milk Stout, pineapple Milkshake, and their barreled aged stout. There was a food truck out front if you got hungry. The service was good. read more

I'm from Sacramento where people are a little more progressive I suppose. I walked in the awkward front door that looks like a side entrance with my two daughters and wife to a room full of stares and scowls. The inside space was quite small and yet there was a band playing at full blast drowning out normal volume conversation. Seating is strangely placed as if families weren't meant to be there and it's some sort of weird "single mingle" type of place. Environment is everything. No matter how good your beer is you won't be attracting enough people with such limited group appeal. read more

Great place to come and have a few beers. It's a little off the Beatin path but worth the drive the lines go by super quick and most the time there is a food truck or tacos Thursday goin on. Staff is friendly fun and quick on there's toes. read more

Rolled in here for the soft opening and was greeted by the owners/brewers. They were super friendly and you can tell they loved their craft. On the day I went in, there were 9 beers on tap, so I got them all (as you would expect if you follow my reviews lol). OF the 9, most were above average, I think 3 were top notch. Those 3 were their vanilla milk stout, Almond Brown and the honey blonde. The decor on the place was chill with plenty of seating and space, including some possible space to expand in the future. We also got a brewery tour and had a nice discussion with their brewmaster about the plans and the future. Looking forward to coming back after their grand opening, and bringing friends :) read more

First time at this "brewery" last weekend and they have decent beer but I was not able to get the sampler due to some special event they had, so I was disappointed from the beginning. There is no A/C but they did have fans that helped a little but it was a whopping 100+degree outside! Food trucks were a plus! That's about it! Excellent Brewery with great tasting beers and a fun friendly atmosphere. Bartender was nice, friendly, and very helpful with questions. Had the chili beans with cornbread and it was excellent! Beer is definitely worth trying from the Arianna to their most potent beer the beer had lots of flavor and tastes great!! $10 bottomless tacos on sunday were good too. Overall it may be hidden since it's in an industrial area but if you're in the Central Valley it's definitely worth checking out!!! read more

Fun new local brewery. I sampled some of the beer a couple weeks ago with the owner and one of the Brewers. The brew did not disappoint. We're were told about the impending grand opening weekend. Me my wife and a couple friends attended today and once again we were not disappointed. Even though the crowd was large and the place was busy the service was stellar. The beer was cold and good. This is probably my new local hangout. read more

Stopped by here on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't too busy, which was nice. We grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered a flight in order to sample a variety of their beers. We were very satisfied with the beers as well as the service at the bar. The flight included four 5 oz tasters for $10. You can also purchase the 5 oz pours individually. It's a nice place with friendly people. The only reason why I only gave 4 stars is because we had to wait an hour to get our hot dogs. Everyone was very nice about it but we still waited an hour from the the time we ordered until the time we got it. That was longer than the amount of time we budgeted to be there. Next time I'll probably just come with a full tummy. read more

Average I would say. Decent beer. I'm a ipa guy. Out of the 4 selections they had I had I only enjoyed 1. Location is on the smaller side I would say. Seems like they enjoy there regulars more than trying to gain new customers. I sat with a empty glass for about 15 minutes while the bartenders tended to the regulars as they walked in the door. Finally someone came on shift (which seemed she was more on top of things which at the time it got busier) and asked if I wanted a refill. Not to mention fired up grill was there. I ordered a trip tip sandwich which came with two small slices of cold Tri tip for $12. I know the catering is out of there control but it was part of my experience there. I rather drive 5 more minutes up the road to dustbowl where they have great food and more of a variety of beers. read more

I showed up 20 min before opening, doors wide open so I walked in to sit down and do some work on my computer knowing that i could not order for a while. Woman showed up and told me that i needed to leave. Knowing I couldn't order, I said could I sit and wait. I was told I couldn't and I needed to leave. Poor customer service and ride. I have not been impressed with the beer in the past so this put me over the edge. I will not be returning. read more

This place is awesome. Very clean and great customer service. Inside is small, however there is outside seating with heaters. They are kid and pet friendly. You do have to get the hours off their Instagram or Facebook (online/social media) each week and it is usually Thursday-Sunday's. They close a little early at 9pm but not too terrible. Every night they are open they have a different food vendor that you can purchase food from on site! Beers are delicious, but keep in mind since they are just starting out some beers are not always available. They are reasonably priced and even have cute Blaker Brewery merchandise you can purchase. I am a huge fan and continue to support this place, it is worth it! read more

One of my favorite breweries! All of the beers I've had here have been excellent! The beertenders are friendly and helpful and it's a great place to hang out for an afternoon!
