Since she's a rescue, she tends to get a bit anxious whenever we leave her, but she always has a great experience here, even as a senior cat at age 10 now. Prior to the pandemic, we boarded her a number of times at PetSmart's Pet Hotel on Elston and looking back, it was not a good fit at all and really didn't offer our girl much space. Now at Meeow, we couldn't be happier. Knowing she's well taken care of, loved, has more than enough room to lounge and play all makes leaving her for a bit easier. I also so appreciate how communicative the staff at Meeow is! Their quick replies to texts or calls to adjust drop-off or pick-up times and daily update photos on Instagram are just the best.
