We were a table of 8 and everyone enjoyed their time there. Food was great, the meat is definitely top tier compared to other AYCE locations. Definitely try the garlic meat, very tasty! Jay was our waiter and he did a great job. He continuously checked on our meat and refilled everything as needed. Very spacious seats and we were not cramped at all. Will definitely be returning!

We liked most of the items on the menu, but I was so surprised by the pork feet! So flavorful and no bone.

I have to say I was very disappointed by this spot. I heard from others that this is a really great ayce bbq place and I was excited for a new one to be in the neighborhood. I was surprised by the large selection of items on the menu. They have a lot of unique items like pork feet and intestines, as well as a fan favorite - galbi. But when we received it, it looked and tasted nothing like the usual galbi that I've eaten before. It was much chewier and tougher, which was extremely disappointing. We also were really confused because we had ordered hanger steak, as well as garlic steak cubes, and all of those cuts of meat looked and tasted the same. There were a few standouts, though - the Bulgogi and spicy pork belly were so good and the marinade was on point. Service was quite slow and we had to order some items multiple times. I did really enjoy a lot of the sides that they included like the steamed egg, japchae and spicy rice cakes. The space itself is really large and can fit a lot of people which is cool for big groups. I think they definitely have quite a bit to work on before I'd want to return though.

NEW AYCE K-BBQ IN QUEENS! Just hit up the brand-new Blacksmith BBQ and wow -- it's already one of the best all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ spots I've tried in the Queens. The vibe? Super spacious with tons of tables, perfect for big groups or even private events. Quality is top-tier -- way above most AYCE places. Meats come in solid, generous portions (not comically huge, so you can actually sample everything without dying after round 2 ). Here is what we tried *Hanger *Signature Galbi *Thick Pork Belly *Spicy Squid *Brisket *Thin Pork Belly *Flank Steak *Pork Jowl *Small Intestines *Steamed Egg *Ramen Them huge cast-iron skillets -- massive surface area means everything cooks evenly and you can throw a ton on at once. Service was attentive and quick. Solid variety of meats + sides (something for everyone), plus a wild drink menu. Bonus: free fountain soda refills Since they're fresh off the grand opening, they're hooking everyone up with free ice cream right now -- don't sleep on that. Pro tips: Benches open up for bag/jacket storage no more smelling like BBQ for days Free parking! Enter from Northern Blvd side and use the back door If you're into KBBQ and especially AYCE, run -- don't walk -- to Blacksmith BBQ

The food and services were straightforward. You order with the server, and they bring out the food right away. That is a rare at an all you can eat place. Servers are wonderful and polite. The restaurant is a bit dark but it will be great for dinner. We went there for lunch that is why. Overall lovely place and fast services. Will be back again.

This place finally opened and I'll be honest, I was skeptical. Boy, was I wrong! The meat quality AND service was out of this world. This is definitely my go-to spot now. Shout out to our server, Son-Unnie, who made it such a fun experience!!

I hope to provide a "rich meat" In the first order of a cost-effective meat buffet. The servers were very kind and friendly.

our first time of trying this newly just open Korean barbecue all you can eat ...we had a party of six and had a dinner at 9pm o'clock on Saturday night. The environment was very good and the service was A+ plus plus, oh overall, the food was very good. Also, we will be back for sure.......

They changed the kimchi from radish to a cabbage. It seems to be a quick kimchi, so not as fermented (if at all). It has a nice bite to it, but does not have much flavor, so they are maintaining that clean flavor profile. The Dweji Gomtang (Regular) was even lighter in flavor than the last time I was here. Maybe I'm just not getting the flavor that everyone else seems to be getting, but that would mean there is a lack in consistency, which is disappointing for a restaurant that specializes in this dish. The meat was still tasty and well cooked though, so that was enjoyable. The addition of the Gochu Ji added a much needed boost of flavor. The Lard Donkatsu was crisp and had decent flavor, especially with the donkatsu sauce. I do wish it had a lemon wedge to add some brightness to the dish. The cabbage salad, pickles (still listed as pickled pepper on the menu, but it seems to be peppered pickles now) and potato salad did help refresh the palate a bit. The cabbage salad and pickles had a good crisp bite to them. This dish comes with a soup and rice as well. The soup was pretty good, with more flavor than the Dweji Gomtang. The rice was well cooked, and a great vessel for the donkatsu sauce. The Ebi Katsu was crispy and went well with the tartar sauce. The shrimps are sizable and has a good ratio to the breading. My favorite dish of the meal. The Lemon Ade has a good lemon-y tartness. Overall, still disappointed with the lack of savory-ness from signature dish. I am happy to see some changes in the menu though, and they were getting many customers. Maybe their katsu dishes are the way to go.

This place is a little of a hidden gem and not quite like other Korean restaurants. But no gatekeeping here! We also came at a weird lunch time around 2pm so it wasn't really busy and we were seated right away. Once you enter, you'd quickly notice the very detailed beautifully hand painted murals on the walls and an abundance of painted butterflies. The attention to detail is impeccable! The menu is also very cute and I'm guessing handmade. It was pretty detailed and we appreciated learning about each dish before deciding what to order. We ended up ordering the Kimchi Pancake with seafood, the spicy bulkoki udon and the jeyuk udon. The kimchi seafood pancake was super crispy and filled with squid and shrimp! It also came with a semi sweet dipping sauce that paired nicely. Both udons came out piping hot and fresh! Udon had a nice chew to it, was loaded with vegetables as well as meat for each dish. The egg was fried and did not have a runny yolk. For sides, they gave us 4 things- a tomato salad, kimchi cucumbers, braised string beans, and bean sprouts. The tomato salad came in this cute apple shaped dish but neither of us really cared for it- this is completely biased though since we're not really fans of tomato. What we really did love was the kimchi cucumbers! Also at the end, they served us 3 pieces of cantaloupe which were very sweet. Overall, yummy food, cute shop, and friendly/nice staff! I'd come back to try their other food options in the future!
