I begged the owner please use this card. this is the right card . he yelled at me refused . begged him saying I promise it will work and give you an. extra $20 to just run it. he locked up his shop as yelling at me he left me with no one there . left my car with NO tires.. he even would not put my tires I came in with back on.. So after a bit of research we chose CarFix. Glad we did! We had to get the car towed as we knew it did not have any oil in it..we thought, great, this is going to cost a fortune so they towed it in looked at the car and gave us a call with what was wrong and the cost to fix. Very reasonable based on the research I did..they told us that it would be ready on Monday (they towed it on Friday) we asked that since it was there could they please give the a/c a charge, no problem. They called Friday evening and told me I need new rear brakes which we knew about so we decided to get that done too. Everyone there was so nice and very friendly I felt as though they were honest but most of all my car runs great! We will use these guys for all our future car needs. My wife dropped the truck off at 8:00 AM while I was at work, yet I still found myself waiting past closing time to pick it up. The final bill exceeded what I would have expected to pay at a Chevrolet dealership for the same maintenance. While I understand quality work comes at a price, the value simply was not there for the amount charged. What left the strongest impression was sitting in the waiting area listening to the manager/owner conduct business calls that did not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a company handling expensive vehicles. Between the excessive cost, the lengthy turnaround time, and the overall customer experience, this is not a shop I would choose to use again. Read the comments!

This seemed shady but, I wrote the experience off as a one-off mistake. Then, back at the beginning of July they changed my oil...and completely damaged the hood of my car and passenger side fender by trying to slam the hood closed on the stick that holds it up. They sent me home without mentioning it... When I came back to ask what happened they said they would "check the cameras". The business manager then acknowledged that they caused the damage. And then all communication stopped. No phone calls. No responses to emails. Nothing. I had to file a complaint with the attorney general of NC and only then did they communicate through email acknowledging the damage they caused. Then they blocked my emails so I couldn't forward them the repair estimate. So the attorney general's office did it for me. Only then did they go and pay for the repair...They didn't ever apologize. They never called me. They didn't cover a rental car for me and my kids while the van was in the shop. I'm lucky they even paid for the repair. And here's the thing... someone not as persistent as me may not have ever gotten their car fixed. Someone who didn't know how to contact the attorney general might not have ever gotten a repair. So be careful. This business is not one who wants to do the right thing. They aren't willing to admit when a mistake is made. And they aren't willing to fix their mistakes unless the law is involved.
