He's always looking to help me save my money so that its not wasted on the unnecessary and has been successful in figuring out problems the dealership couldn't figure out. When I've bought a new (used) car, he let me know what fails on it a lot and what to look out for (a couple years later the thing he said would go, did in fact go, and it was great I knew to keep watching it)! We had to get the car towed as we knew it did not have any oil in it..we thought, great, this is going to cost a fortune so they towed it in looked at the car and gave us a call with what was wrong and the cost to fix. Very reasonable based on the research I did..they told us that it would be ready on Monday (they towed it on Friday) we asked that since it was there could they please give the a/c a charge, no problem. So we are out the service cost twice because James will not partially refund for his royal screw up, states we were supposed to bring the car back to him first for warranty work. If I had known it was he who screwed up so badly I may have brought it back but do I want him working on the car again?? NO RESOLUTION, nasty attitude and out the money for the same repair twice. Stay away!
