No haggling like most mechanics, they didn't try to sell me on anything.. It was just simple and pleasant. Took all of 10 minutes and the staff was so pleasant and genuinely happy to have me there. My husband does most of our maintenance on our cars, but in the future if we need something outside of his ability.. Johnson's will be my first call.

Major Bummer. To top it off, when we unloaded the trunk to access the spare, it too was flat. A call to AAA and Evans T&A to arrange the dropoff was smooth, however one caveat was that tows are not taking any passengers... So off the car went, while we stayed on the side of the highway. Luckily Tim came to the rescue and sent a driver to pick us up! What a save to not have to walk a couple miles in 90 degree heat! The team diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to get us back on the road to continue our journey hassle free. They worked us into the schedule and were very sympathetic to our situation. While we waited, we were recommended a few lunch spots nearby to pass the time! Overall, I am thankful that our flat tire and road trouble happened so close to this business! Truly five star service! Thank you!

An hour after dropping off the car, a guy named Tim called and said it'd be $304. I said that was a bit excessive, as it was HUNDREDS of dollars more than we were quoted. He told me to watch a youtube video and do it myself in the most passive aggressive and rude tone and then hung up the phone on me. 5 stars for Dallas, who has exceptional customer service skills.
