Chris was extremely professional and made scheduling the tow remotely from here in Chicago seamless. His communication is what sets him apart from other towing experiences I have had over the years. He sent texts to keep me in the loop at all times and provided pictures of the car loaded on the truck and once it arrived at the auto shop to ensure a perfect delivery.
