While trying to problem solve and put a clear plan in place he failed in every single category from respect to clear communication. To the point, when I tried to ask him for specifics, his reply was "I have a million dollars, you don't." He then continued to tell me he did not care for the questions I had and I eventually had to coach him through the process of clear communication. His employee on the other hand was very respectfup and helpful. And was clearly embarrassed to be associated with his "leader". All in all my opinion rests that they have the equipment and employees but are seriously lacking respectful intelligent leadership.
