This year, I knew the check engine light was on and knew it was a MAF issue since I have a code reader. They didn't bother trying to clean it the "affordable" way, they just replaced it. Okay, I guess since it did get fixed Apparently, it still wouldn't pass emissions. I was told it was running rich due to debris causing an injector to remain open longer than it should. No idea which one was the culprit so all had to be replaced. I guess there are people out there who will believe that bullshit. I knew it was bullshit. I was told they sampled the fuel in the tank and it had debris. Duh. Find a fuel tank in a 2013 truck that doesn't have crap in the tank. That's what filters are for!! $500+ to drop and clean the tank and then I'm told the tank has baffles so likely wasn't fully cleaned. How convenient, eh?? I just needed to get it inspected so it was drivable. I recently had surgery on my shoulder so I wasn't able to work on it myself. I knew the tank cleaning was bullshit but figured maybe it would get it over the goal line. The final straw was being told I needed 8 new fuel injectors for a total of $1700. I was told the injectors were $193 each. I can get OEM injectors from Rock Auto for $66 each. I can get aftermarket refurbs for $37 each. Needless to say, I did NOT have the injectors replaced since the truck ran great and there was no indication whatsoever of a fuel problem. I took the truck to Champs in Creedmoor who I trust implicitly and it passed inspection as is. Apparently, Champs didn't find a $1700 injector problem. I will NEVER bring a vehicle to this shop again! I don't know if the front desk guys get commissions for repairs but it would explain a lot base on the amount of money I've spent there. I'm only sorry that I had to give them 1 star. My preference would be 0 stars. I'm not some dipshit who has never turned a wrench. I've worked on my own vehicles for 40 years. My surgery made this one impossible. I now know who I can and can't trust.

All these concerns and more. I'm a detail oriented guy that can find fault with just about everything, I know, not healthy. BUT, let me tell you while giving major praise and satisfaction thanks to Todd, the owner of Windows, Doors & More. His crew showed up 30 minutes prior to start time every day! I say "crew" BUT, these guys were true Craftsman and I mean Craftsman. The Team, Steve, Jacob, Ian, and Bill worked together like a fine tuned machine. A look and a nod in the place of words. WOW. Their personalities made it actually nice to have them around and working on my home. If you have a question, they stop what their doing, follow you, and listen intently with a true response. They even took extra care to help me and be certain my wood blinds would fit the new windows. Extra trim required, Not a problem. I look at these windows and completed installation with pleasing amazement. I'm not kidding, everything looks and operates beautifully. For a guy that's hard to please, I couldn't be happier. Also, their pricing is more than competitive and their products are top rated when you do the investigation. I addition, the painted commented that the woodwork was done and nailed the way it's supposed to be done unlike other work he has seen. Hats off to Todd and his team. I kept getting told that they were waiting for parts but everything was ready. From quote to finish was almost six months for five windows. My complaint was the lack of respect Todd gave me. He refused to give me an invoice or even stop by to see if I enjoyed my experience. I showed up with a second car for the day to get inspected at 4:51pm and was turned away. There was no cars in the bays, and one guy checking out. I have a Tesla which they "inspect" in literally 2 minutes. The black man with the Afro fuss the BALLS off me about how he don't do inspections after 4:45pm. Totally uncalled for. I waited approximately 20 minutes altogether including waiting in a small line. The staff were friendly and super quick with inspections. The lobby isn't glamorous but it has plenty of seats to choose from while you wait. All in all, this was very convenient and quick! Highly recommend!
