We have proof we texted them that same day as of payment. They told us it was a sensor and they would order it. They also had to order an abs and traction control sensor. He said wait two weeks. We waited two weeks then went up there and he didn't order any sensors. We've been having transmission problems this whole time and constantly told them about it. We got a flat and put the spare on, not even a mile down the road the spare came off. THE SPARE CAME OFF THE RIM!! It was definitely inflated good when I put it on. They also said they would put us into another car if he couldn't fix it. Now they told us they never said they'd fix it and no new car. Now they said to drop it off and just leave it there no money back. I also have done some maintenance on it. A 20k mile oil change, fuel maintenance, new tire, and even just basic maintenance. Let alone paying insurance on it and made my first payment on it. I just don't know what to do. Can you guys give me some tips on what I should do? I'm also a veteran and need that car going to make my appointments. Who does that to a veteran? But please don't buy from them. Now she is deleting every review we leave to hide the fact they are scamming scum. And blocked us from the page on different social media posts. Oh I got proof. TikTok will here about this

Me being an idiot, assumed we had a spare in a 2023 Accord. Unfortunately we did not and did not discover this until David arrived. If it wasn't for David being such an awesome person, we would've had to wait to be dispatched a tow truck and taken to a tire place. David offered to take the tire off, take one of us to the nearest tire store, and bring us back so he can put the tire on. This probably saved us hours of waiting and who knows how much money. David is proof that there are still good people in the world. He is a genuinely great human being.

A few weeks later I was informed that I was being charged an extra 1100 dollars for storage for the extra time. When I paid for the services this morning they waved the 1100 dollars because I was able to come in after being threatened with the fee.. When I got to the vehicle all the doors were not only unlocked, but everyone was open. The leather on the passenger seat is torn and has something soaking in it that has caused it to become hard like wood. The battery was dead, I was told by one of their mechanics that car quest sells batteries when he was asked to jump my car. the MAS air flow sensor was not connected, so when the car was finally started it didn't run, till I figured out what the issue was. This all happening for two hours in the rain. The right two tires were completely flat, they brought a compressor out and when I brought the vehicle to an air pump on my own they had put 12 psi in both tires.... So 1100 dollars for storage!? My car had been ransacked! The console was not only Broken but was found in the trunk. All the change was missing, the Bluetooth radio receiver was stolen (who steals something that costs $4!?) So don't give these guys your money.
