The job was extracting the keys from inside of a 1982 Corvette that were accidentally locked in there by my mechanic (a good mechanic too), while I was out getting parts. It took me longer to find this business than it did for them to solve the problem. Jerome had never had to unlock a Corvette before and actually retrieved the keys from in the ignition with a flexible metal rod and pulled them out through the gap between the driver side window glass and the body of the car. I then took the keys and unlocked the car, myself. like I said, simply incredible. 1SG(R) John Osborn 609 North Ellis Avenue Dunn, NC 28334 910-308-3030 SFQC 3-83 / OTC-18 / Delta Force combat veteran

After looking on Yelp at reviews I called Road Runner because I've driven by their shop hundreds of times (live a mile away). Called and spoke to driver. Gave my location and the address of my mechanic. Guy said he'd be there shortly. I thought "ya, right." Then called immediately back and asked price. I can't recall how much it was, but I remember thinking "that's not horrible." Much to my surprise, tow truck arrived about 15 minutes later! Guy was cordial, and almost apologetic for how much he charged (which was the price quoted on the phone). This was about 3-4 weeks ago. Looking back, I realize the service was great, and the price was very fair compared to what I've experienced in the past. Around 35 miles and an hour round trip.
