When the driver arrived and lifted my car, I asked him if he had a business card or something I could take a photo of and he (Alex from Quality Towing) threated to drop my car and leave. "I don't do any of that funny stuff," he said. I mentioned that all other tow companies usually leave me with a card, pretty standard request, and I had spoken to so many drivers that day (all whom showed up with the wrong tow truck, despite me expressing my needs) and that I was confused which tow company was what on my phone at that point--- and he threated to drop my car and go. Since my roadside coverage had likely already compensated this driver and I had literally been waiting for 8 hours for a wheelie/hitch tow (car couldn't go into neutral), I was desperate, despite his lack of care and crass personality. I am assuming, in good faith, my car is going to make it the 3 miles safely to my mechanic, otherwise this review would be worse. I certainly hope this is a legitimate company, despite the tow driver's unprofessional behavior, for what has already been a difficult last eight hours. Sending prayers my wonderful car is treated better than I was.
