I read all the great reviews and decided I would use Collisions Corrections for a small insurance claim I had from hitting a Wild Turkey. When I went to pick up my truck it was obvious that they had not replaced the parts they billed the insurance company for and tried to act like The broken clips that held the bumper skin on must have happened while reassembling the grill and bumper. I could see the tape lines where it had been repainted while still on the truck. When I asked them to show me the parts they had removed they claimed that they were discarded into the dumpster and that it had already been emptied but when I inspected the dumpster it was completely full. Very disappointed with their lack of honesty and professionalism and I will not recommend or use them again. read more

Contacted Collision Correction and Customs based on older vehicles and the title of their business to get some work done to a 1976 Chevrolet Silverado. The receptionist was very rude and stated they no longer work on anything other than insurance claims. When I asked if she could provide a referral, she said no in a very dismissive tone and stated no one here knows of any business who works on those vehicles anymore. Held vehicle for repairs for 4 weeks. Once Insurance company required they cover rental car vehicle was ready in 36 hours, demanded $3000 ASAP, stating my insurance company had not paid them, which was false. Their ethics are questionable, as is their advertising. They state accident repairs, but the priority is custom car work. The treatment I received after my car accident was very poor, and contradictory to their advertising and online reviews. After they had been paid by my insurance company, they tried to get another $3,000 directly from me, stating that my insurance company reimburses the individual post-repairs and post-claim, ie: "we have not been paid yet". The whole situation felt very dishonest, and I felt extremely vulnerable and disrespected. I was in a wreck on December 20, my vehicle needed towing immediately, my regular mechanic recommended this body shop, I trust them, so I had it towed there. My first conversation with them (Jennifer) I was reprimanded for not making an appointment to have the vehicle brought in. I did not realize while you are sitting on the side of the road with a wrecked vehicle, police and firemen, that you need to call around and schedule appointments to have your vehicle brought in at a time that is convenient for the shop? The stated delays on my repair was a back ordered headlamp (originally quoting a 5-6 week delay). My insurance rental car time frame was running out. When my insurance company requested they cover the rental car, suddenly the part arrived early and the vehicle was ready to go. At 11 am on Thursday January 23 I was notified they would no longer going to cover my rental, to pick my vehicle up ASAP, and be sure to bring a check for the $3,000, stating my insurance had not paid them. Jennifer (very rude service desk receptionist), said I was to request reimbursement from my insurance company after I pay the shop, and I could not get my vehicle until they were paid. My insurance provider informed me they had paid them already. I am in graduate school full time and working part time. My budget is beyond tight and I need transportation to school. When they informed me the vehicle would not be ready until the end of January or early February (6 weeks from when they received the vehicle), I begged them to please find another way, as I could not afford a rental that long and I needed to get to school. They did not budge. Like I said, as soon as my insurance company required they cover the rental, the repairs were done within 36 hours, and they were demanding double payment. read more

After receiving severe hail damage in the last storm. Both my son and I vehicle were very badly damaged. After being on a waiting list for over two months at a competitors we called Collision. Jesse got us in within a week, the paint, dings and the windshield repairs were amazing.Jesse, Bubba and their crew are the best. If you want the highest CALIBER work done right go to these guys. Terrible experience. Owners have no integrity or ownership. Had to return my car multiple times for a correction. Instead of fixing the issue, owner provided an excuse that was a poor attempt of being defensive and trying to explain it away. Hello, if you fixed it correctly we would not have a need to return it again and again to be fixed correctly. Poor workmanship and attention to details. A business that obviously does not take pride in their work. I would not recommend this business to anyone read more

Great first experience with CCC. I have a C5 corvette that I wanted to get some after market headlights put on. First let me say that I visited 3 other body shops in the area and no one wanted to even attempt to install. I went to CCC and spoke with Jesse and Lee the owner and they said bring the car in we will get it done. They had not done work like this before but went on and got the job done. I was not completely satisfied with the way they looked and the owner said that they will make it right. The owner himself worked on the car. Lee told me that the work would not be done until I was satisfied with the work. Needless to say I will be a customer again when I need any custom or body work on any of my vehicles. read more
