Once the install was completed (in the time quoted) both the young woman managing the office and the young man who completed the installation walked me through setting up the connection with my iPhone, making sure I was ready to use it, before I checked out and paid (and the cost was at the lower end of what UNAVI lists as average for professional installation). Since then it has worked beautifully (I'm thrilled to have my music and maps set up in a hands free voice prompted system again). I showed the receptionist and the technician my appointment message and was explained my car will be completed today. I handed the technician my key and Uber back to work. I received a message at 1:57pm, inquiring if I left my key. I responded yes, then I attempted several phone calls. I received no response. I Uber back to shop at 4pm, only to see my vehicle parked where I left it. I was told the reason my car was not worked is because the key was lost. I explained to person, I thought was a technician to learn now this the owner, the lost key is my only key. After waiting at least 30 minutes, the owner told me my key was located. This was a horrible experience!

I see where Dennis has responded saying what I had reviewed was incorrect. Let me set the record…read morestraight. The headlights were replaced by Dennis and did not work. We had to buy new headlights and have them installed by another provider to work correctly. The color of the mustang was different from what we took to him. The color used is not the original color. The color he used is closely associated with a Subaru paint so it was not the original coded color. He did not change the power steering pump and charged us $225 to do this. He did not purchase and install the two airbags on the Mustang and charged us $300. He did not do the valve cover gaskest as this had to be done by another provider and he charged us $100 He did not do the oil/filter change and this had to be done by another provider and he charged us $60. He did not do the state car inspection and this had to be done by another provider and he charged us $45. He did not do a detail cleaning of the car both interior and exterior and charged us $200. He did not do the convertible top roof alignment and charged us $300 He said he did the hood latch for the Mustang, but that had to be completely redone by another provider. So he says he did everything to restore the Mustang but he did not and several of the items he said he did had to be redone by other costing us more than the $1330 he charged us and has refused to reimburse us for. Be very aware of what he says he will do versus what he does or does that works. Lastly, it should not take over 9 months to do the restoration work as we saw the Mustang sitting behind his house for several months with no work at all being done on the car. Buyers - be ware!

He told me it would be over 8K to fix it because "all the parts had to be ordered new". Unprofessional, overly aggressive, misogynistic scam artist.
