I have used Caliber for years. They are the only Auto body repair shop I trust with my vehicles. Great staff! The best work in NC! read more

I can't believe how hateful the manager, Philip is. I came in, signed form, gave the secretary my credit card. Vshe tried for several minutes to sign into their system which did not work. She asked if I could follow her to her computer where she could put the payment in. This took a few more minutes, then she called a guy from the back to do a walk through. He took me around and showed me what they did and asked me if I had paid. I told him she had taken my credit card. I drove off and 10 minutes later, Philip sent me a text threatening to call the police if I did not call back in 5 minutes. I called back and Philip answered having me on speakerphone in the lobby. I told him I could come after school and give the information. He said he would call the police if I did not give it to him then. I had to ask him twice to take me off speaker so I could give the card information. This branch is incompetent, rude, and aggressive toward customers. I called Erie my insurance company and the corporate office to report this. Philip should not work with customers. read more

I will absolutely never go to Caliber again or recommend to anyone. It's been a nightmare, it's over a month and still have yet to get my car fixed right. When they said it was ready the trim wasn't even pushed in which tells me they have ZERO quality control. There was a piece of trim that was on the invoice to be replaced but they tried to buff it out and not replace it. Then said they have to order it so not only did they lie about replacing it they never even ordered it. Now taking additional time and I've received zero response from caliber on how they can fix the problem. It's been an absolute disaster of an experience. Also about a year in time we used them before and they returned our vehicle with a dent in the corner panel area and said it was a factor defect. They did replace that without issue tho. Ether way it shouldn't have been return with a dent in the first place. !ZERO QUALITY CONTROL! !ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Went to local Caliber Collision for estimate. Asking recipient for a estimate, she (L) acted as if I was inconvenience her. She indicated. that I needed to set up an appointment and the earliest one was in 3 weeks. As I was leaving another staff member shared about getting. estimates online. I was not able to process an online estimate. I left a message for advise but did not receive a response. read more

I was sent by my insurance company to Caliber and did an online estimate, however the estimate did say the price may be different when the car was seen in person. This makes sense to me. So I go over to get an in person estimate and was told there are no estimates being done until June. This took me by surprise as they only take a few minutes and the estimator then inputs it in the computer and I get it later or by next day. The one thing that did hit me was the cold and stoic lack of welcome and greeting, I felt as if I was intruding on them. Needless to say I called my insurance company to find another "preferred" center. Will not go back to this one. I had a car repaired by Caliber in Cary and the service was 180 degree difference and the work was great. read more

I hit a large deer and there was massive damage to the front of my new car. Jeremy was my contact there and I was happy with my correspondence. There were some delays getting parts, however, at the moment there are supply chain issues. They also took care of the payment through my insurance company. When I got my car back it looked like new and it was clean inside. read more

Poor quality work. Kept the car forever and overcharged the insurance company. Ghosted me after that.

Pick up my daughters car today, none of the center console switches worked, side mirrors didn't work, got home and raised the hood and a fender part on the LH side was laying on the windshield wiper shield. I googled where it went and put it back, never trust this location again. Replaced the #1 fuse that they blew when they didn't take the time to unhook the battery terminal when they did the repair. My daughter had to push out the passenger mirror because someone got close to it and also scuffed right front fender. Please take your cars to Triangle Collision or another reputable repair shop. They ordered a left splash guard and left it in the trunk and i'm sure they charged the insurance company. To bad they don't put zeros on reviews. read more

Good Collision Shop. Work hard for their customers. Great interactions from CSR and front office. Phillip is helpful and available (shop manager) read more

Beware before using these people. The minute you get out of your car walk around it and take pictures from every angle before going inside. Ours was hit in their parking lot while we were inside the office. Saw big truck backing up out the office window, went outside and left front corner damaged. When pointed out we were not believed and they said for $900 more they would fix it. I'm in my 70's, a cancer patient and don't lie! read more

We dealt with Chris who was very professional and friendly. He set the expectations with us on what was to be done and how long it would take, which worked for us. He soon after worked up the cost for repairs of our SUV which included the insurance amount and our deductible. We had the work done and I have to say the work done was amazing. They repaired areas of the vehicle, replaced other major parts like the hood and bumper and more and it all looks and functions perfectly. Seams, spacing, locking mechanisms, all line up precisely. You'd never know there was any damage. Based on my experience on this with Chris and his team, I highly recommend them. read more

Terrible. Over promised when the vehicle would be completed, missing 4 deadlines despite telling me in writing the vehicle was on track without any problems. I'm being nice. Don't walk away from this business...RUN! They'll never touch another one of my vehicles...EVER! read more

Called this morning and person I spoke with was talking over me like I was stupid because I was not aware of the process with an insurance claim (my first call to try and get process started). Then told me it would be 6 weeks before they could see me in a very condescending tone, so I thanked her and said I would try somewhere else and she said good luck, everyone is taking this long. This maybe true, but she sure could have been better at customer service and not so condescending! Very disappointed and now have to find someplace further away from home. Sad truth. read more

Staff is not friendly. Customer service goes a long way. Us customers have already been through a lot and only ask for good customer service. Staff at Caliber seem unhappy and unfriendly. They refuse to answer questions and seem like they could care less. Go elsewhere for service. read more

Someone hit my car in a parking lot and Caliber fixed it to the point it looks brand new, and was very easy to work with. Text updates throughout. Everyone I worked with was friendly, and there is an enterprise close, if you need a rental. Hopefully I don't ever need any collision work done on my car again, but if I do I know where I will go. read more

I would not recommend taking your car to repair to this shop, head light replacement on 06 bmw was $4300 and bumper plastic was glued. I deal with Jody first time was nice and professional she ask me if I can leave a good review about her I said yes and I did , brought the car second time bumper plastic cover came off and she said insurance didn't approved I said you guys put it together and was glued got it back and glued again. Calling my insurance again. Don't bring your car here read more

Highly disappointed with my overall experience. Vehicle was brought in for a repair and promised 12 days later but work wasn't completed until an additional 6 days! I also paid for parts that were NOT replaced in excess of $200 dollars. Quality of work left much to be desired...BEWARE this repair facility...DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!!! read more

This place is a nightmare and headache. Do not bring your business here. I brought in a estimate from the insurance company to get rear end damage fixed. The insurance company required me to bring it in first before my car so that they could order parts and have them ready. They won't order parts ahead of time so that didn't matter. I get a call from a lady that she can get me in Thursday this week or Monday next week. I had time off of work that Thursday so I decided to drop it off than in case it took longer than 4 days which is how long the insurance company approved a rental. My car sat at the shop from Thursday am till Monday and they didn't even touch the car. I know this because I didn't receive one call or text with updates until the following Monday. I also accidentally left my wallet in my car and my husband got it Friday right before they closed and nothing was done to the car. A woman who brought him to my car told him they would update me soon and people were out of the office. How is that acceptable? Fast forward Monday I get a text saying my car won't be ready till 3/26. But it had been there for 3 days already. Tuesday I get a text repairs are coming along nicely and will be painting today and will call me with update. I never received a call from them, ever, only to make appointment. Wednesday they never call or text with updates. Than today, Thursday, they send me a text to call them for updates. I call them and they say they haven't painted it yet and were waiting for a part even though I received a text message Tuesday they were going to paint it. I told the woman how upset I was and she agreed that they were wrong. My car may be ready tomorrow or latest Monday. read more

The team at the Caliber Fuquay location are awesome. They have the attention to detail to get your car out on time and looking great. We have really enjoyed working with the team. Lisa in the office is always so friendly and my recent experiences with Jodi and Allie have been stellar read more

Almost a month to make a minimum repair, what it was intended to be ready in one week took 3 date extensions because a piece were not available to say at the end that the piece were not indispensable and giving back the car without it, the delay cost us money because paying a rented car, I just hope the call back to finalize their job at any time. Very disappointing experience. read more

Hit a deer in my Impala and they took care of it and you wouldn't have known it even happened. Only took a few days too. Everything was prompt and the employees were courteous. Went there again when someone turned too tight in an intersection and ran into me head on and they took care of me then as well. Would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision in Fuquay to anyone I know. They'll even replace aftermarket parts on your car if they're damaged during an accident! read more

The folks at Caliber Collision are wonderful! David Turner was very professional, and took care of me quickly. They did an amazing job on my son's car! I can't tell where the damage was originally. I was worried about how expensive the repair would be, but I was pleasantly surprised at the final cost. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely return to them if I need repairs in the future! read more

Just had my car repaired there from a rear end accident. Picked it up yesterday & it is in perfect condition! From the time I dropped it off & until I picked it up, I was kept in the loop at all times. Dealing with the at-fault driver's insurance company was a pain, but Phillip Strickland stood his ground with them! I would highly recommend Caliber & Phillip for any needs you might have! read more

Let's start with saying, I had a bad experience with this collision center. First everything was good they give you the story and you on your way, Then what happens lies lies lies lies and more lies. Like I said and I'll say this you do not expect for A business to be dishonest With 5 stars rating. I could've gone to any other location that they have in the area but every other is lower than 5 stars. So take it in on a Wednesday 2/7/2018 for a rear bumper replacement in muffler unit replacement, OK will be ready Friday 2/9/18 will call you. Ok Received a call ok won't be ready till Monday 2/12/2018. Did not receive another call from them until 2/13/2018,now pay attention this is where it gets real shady, they call me all right to tell me that they had to replace a tail light that was broken they're waiting for the part to come in. What taillight they did not mention no tail light On Friday 2/9/2018 when they called me. So ok then I received a call on 2/15/2018 my car is ready for pick up. Just for the record,I know how my car looks like inside and out that's why is my car, No one knows my car like I do Please come on.Not only to find out that my vehicle is in worse conditions than when I left it. One back taillight replaced the other one scuffed up, My whole front in headlights have been removed and replaced with some old Junkyard ones all scuffed up and stuff. Hard for me to see at night. And not only that they went ahead and replace my grill with a chipped up one and the owner of the vehicle can tell when his vehicle has been tampered with.I mean who does this what company with 5 stars does this. That's why they will get a one star for letting me have the experience of my life. I'm still in shock I can't believe how they over look at something this big and why would they think it's cool that A customer will get over it, well NO it's my vehicle! I payed for it! read more

I went in to Caliber to get an estimate. Steve King gave me an estimate but put down the wrong insurance company. Two weeks later when I call the insurance company to secure my rental, I find out that the company never received the estimate; therefore, I could not leave my car because the insurer had not yet approved the estimate. The next day when I finally squared things away with the insurance company (Caliber was no help), Caliber tells me I will have to wait two more weeks to put my car in the shop. Customer service is not a part of their way of doing business at Caliber. read more

Car repair was done in an excellent manner. People were friendly and courteous. Final costs was right on the money.

I have to brag about Caliber Collision in Fuquay Varina NC for a moment. Their customer service was phenomenal, their work was far beyond our expectations, they sent me updates via text to let me know every few days what was going on and they did everything in the time frame they said they would (plus a total detail and polish!) Hopefully we'll never have to use them again, but if we do, we'll definitely be back! Thanks Caliber Collision! read more

I have not dealt with Caliber Collision in the past and was skeptical when I decided to stop by at the spur of the moment. I honestly have to say, I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I walked in to see if they could just look at my wife's car where a dog had extensively scratched one of the doors. This was the fourth shop I had stopped at that day, two would not even talk about the car without an appointment. So when one of the technicians offered to look at it right away I was pleased. Not only do he look at the scratches, he offered to try a test buffing to see just how extensive the damage was right away! Within 15 minutes, I had the car back with almost all of the scratches in the door removed! Knowing that my wife uses the car as a truck and drives around the farm and in the woods, the car will always have some scratches so I was happy with the results! Great customer service and would not hesitate to return for more work. read more

dropped my truck off at caliber collision in Fuquay Varina for hail damage repair. they were very nice and attentive, getting updates daily . received a call one day that they needed the key to take my tool box off the truck, when I told them that I would drop the key off on the way home is when I was told my truck was in Fayetteville . again customer service was very nice when I got my truck back I had to bring it back to the Fuquay-Varina location to get the overspray off of my running boards and tell them about the discoloration of my plastics, front grill ,wiper grill and between the passenger door . also when I got home that Friday night my check engine light went on, I had to go back Monday so they could reset my computer as they left the negative terminal loose on my battery and a rag on my engine block.as of today the Fuquay-Varina caliber collision has not called me as they said they would during this week to clean my plastics to what they looked like before my truck went into.
