This business inconvenienced me, a one hundred percent disabled, US Army Delta Force combat veteran with no apparent concern whatsoever. In addition, the older female receptionist claims to be "very important" in the community. If I treated any member of the owner's family in the manner that I was treated, he would be very upset. I invite the owner to resolve this with me alone, whenever he can muster the self-respect to do so. I welcome the opportunity to teach the owner, what it means to be mindful in respecting others. The sad thing is he seems to be a likable fella, just not very organized, and possibly ignorant, regarding interacting with those outside of a garage setting. The last two individuals that disrespected me in Dunn, NC, either no longer work in Dunn or only on a limited basis. 1SG(R) John Osborn SFQC 3-83 / OTC-18
