I ordered the grilled chicken breast(1) over rice pilaf and a salad with a Diet Pepsi to drink. Y'all it was so hard and tempting to eat one of those hush puppies dipped in that honey butter!!! I was STRONG and did not touch them! The grilled chicken was tender with a good flavor and so was the rice pilaf. The restaurant was clean, it wasn't smelling fishy(one of the reasons I had not been there for years), and the service from our waitress was top notch! I had a very enjoyable dinner, and as usual it's always nice to spend time with family.

The biggest disappointment of dinner though was the steak. When I first received it, it was still very bloody and cold in the center and still raw. The steak had to be sent back twice, so they cooked it 3x and it was still undercooked after the third attempt. At that point, I just accepted it and didn't eat the super raw spots. My husband had already basically finished his meal by the time it was brought out the third time. Considering our bill was $150, I expected higher quality food. I had really high hopes for this place but until they can improve their food, we probably won't be coming back here.
