Whiskey & Gin cocktail (I can't remember the names, sorry)
    Jake O.

After a Valentine's day meal down the street, we stopped in for an after dinner drink. The ambiance is great with plentiful seating, but unfortunately that was about it. Both cocktails (one gin based and one whiskey) were unbalanced in the same way -- to the point of almost tasting identical. Many on the menu seemed on the stronger side (a positive for me), but both felt like they couldn't decide if they were supposed to be bitter or sour. For the price I'd skip, and try one of the many other spots in the area.

This is a nice bar my friend and I stumbled across while walking on market street. It has a nice vibe to it, lots of seating so it's a great place to hang out with friends, there's a pool table in the back and two bathrooms. We ordered the raspberry CBD drink and down the rabbit hole cocktail. I liked the cocktail we got, it had a sweet and tangy flavor to it! The bartender was also super nice to us when we arrived, gave us some menus and recommended us this cocktail based on our preferences.

Good vibes, spacious and accessible location. They also have zero proof cocktails in the menu. The mezcal cocktails were too smoky for my taste.

Love this place!!! Refined cocktails and cool vibe. Rustic with a touch of class, and a touch of trash. We love it! 1 pool table. Lonnnnng sexy booth. Helpful husky, Beautiful portraits. Great music. Take me here again, and take me home! Rawr

I've been here a handful of times but I came here solo on a Saturday and the vibe was just immaculate! Sat right at the bar and the bartenders are just so sweet and amazing! Shoutout to Justin and Ummar! Solid playlist, and overall made good conversations with random people. They have a pool table at the back as well and is dog friendly! Can't wait to come back

Vibe: cozy and intimate bar Drinks: Excellent. A clear indicator of good drinks are a smooth tasting without the indication of alcohol. This toes the line of strong drink territory. You know a drink is good when the alcohol after effects creep up on you, Service: great

Ca-Cawwww The eagle has landed! Bartender was helpful with the menu selection and lucky for me, I came on their Negroni week! Good craft Bevs here and specialty cocktail menu. Flavors and layers per sip and decent pricing to match. Pool table in the back and seating up front. Beautiful bar that is fully stocked so I imagine they can make it all. Pop in and have a drink.... Or 3 like we did

This is a good mellow vibe type of place to meet up for a drink. The drinks were good but did take a bit to make. The atmosphere was cool. A good spot to relax.

Hidden? Gem? Both? We were just sort of walking by here and popped in for G&T's for a nightcap. They have many local gins to the area which is always a hoot, and the vibe of the place is SF and Speakeasy. Will for sure go back, everyone helping us was rad and the drinks were some of the best we had of the trip.

    Lavender Vixen
    Olive T.

Drinks were tasty. Lavender vixen was significantly weaker than the zombie killer and other cocktails I tried, but still very good. The ambiance is kind of cool - abandoned wreckage of a plane in the jungle. I, however, did not like that some tables are located directly underneath a heavy mister. We were covered in a fog for a while, and it was irritating my eyes. Service was good - bartender got to us quickly when we were at the bar and the server checked in with us a lot while we were at a table. Definitely a fun place but all cocktails are $15+ so it's definitely a special occasion thing for me (versus a dive bar under $10).

    Great atmosphere

Located on Broadway in North Beach, it's always high energy and popping, but I've never had any issues getting in. Also love that there's no cover charge for women, so I can just enjoy the night with my friends here without having to pay the equivalent price of a drink before I've even stepped inside. Even with the club frequently packed, especially the later in the night you go, I find the facilities pretty clean compared to many other similar lounges. It's also conveniently located near late night pizza and crêpe eateries that are still open after Monroe closes for the win, which makes it an all-around no brainer to choose going here versus other venues.

The building was a printing press back in the day, so it's a bit of a maze but that's part of the charm. I've discovered some amazing local businesses. I recently went to their February artisan food fairs, and bought some delicious food products. They had a variety of food vendors: hot sauces, honey, dips, cookies, teas, and more. As for the craft fairs, respect jewelry, candles, cutting boards, and even a few food vendors. That's where I discovered Apisol, a woman-owned company based in the Peninsula that makes delicious sparkling honey beverages. Don't miss the vintage store on the first floor, which has really unique vintage products like postcards, buttons, posters, and more. I never heard of this place until a fellow Yelper brought this up to me and I said SFBox? I never heard or been in this location before and I am sure most of you never heard of this place either unless you search for history of the William Randolph Hearst printing press building so many years ago. The building was built in 1926 as a printing plant for the San Francisco Examiner. It is a nice mixed use building like a nice cozy maze to explore the nice layout and architecture of the old print shop. So upstairs about 2 floors and vendors are scattered so it's like a hunt for them, almost like a needle in haystack. Lol Well it's not that hard as you won't miss anyone. Too floor that where you will satisfy your sweet tooth . Yummy. The vendors that were there were a nice mix from tea, cheese, spices, India coffee , Turkish spreads, ice cream, giant cookies, healthy drinks, spreads, and I am sure you will find something you will enjoy. I don't normally buy stuff, but the honey , red beet, 2004 sweet land Bingdao $95 brick tea that is aged 21 years that can make 175 tea servings for $95, Il Fiorello basalmic vinegar was thick and smooth great texture and syrupy taste very captivating and Taste of Levant tahini and their chocolate jar of molasses was excellent and I had to buy them. Yummy in my tummy! Not sure if same vendors will be there again, so catch them the at your farmers market, festivals or next Eats event!

There was a huge line for the coffee when I arrived that didn't let up until halfway through the show. They are doing this again in September and I would recommend if you are in the area. The only thing that would have made it better would have been less people given the amount of chatter and distraction of people walking by. A Lifesaver for Our Wedding -- Exceptional Service and Stunning Space!…read more If I could give Carlos and Marigold more than five stars, I would. We were scheduled to have a small outdoor wedding ceremony at Mission Dolores Park, but when the San Francisco weather forecast turned "rough" just days before our April 1st date, we were in a total panic. I reached out to Carlos at the last minute, and the level of service we received was nothing short of extraordinary. Here is why you should book your next event here: Incredible Responsiveness: Carlos responded to my inquiry almost immediately and hopped on a call with me the same day to iron out the details. He made a high-stress situation feel completely manageable. Accommodating & Flexible: Even with our last-minute request, he was so generous with the timing. He allowed us to come in early at 2:00 PM to set up flowers and told us there was "no rush" to leave, letting our group stay and enjoy a drink before our dinner reservation. The Space is Stunning: We held our ceremony upstairs in a beautiful, dry, and welcoming space featuring a gorgeous mural. It was the perfect backdrop for our 10-person group--intimate, stylish, and full of character. Personal Touch: Carlos even provided his personal cell number for day-of coordination to ensure everything went smoothly. That level of care is rare.
