Made a RSVP for the Friday night Prime rib dinner and when we got there they were full, luckily someone was leaving so we could get a table. We would of had to wait for a table to open up in order to be seated. Whats the point in makig a reservation if they are not going to hold a table. We palced our prime rib dinner order a half hour later we got our salads and then after another half hour we got our dinner. Nobody stopped to check on us when we we're waiting. We finally had to ask how much longer and the waitress said that they were back logged on tickets. If they would have told us it was going to take that long we would have ordered something different. When we got our dinner the prime rib was cooked on the grill, very disapointing. If i wanted a ribeye i would have ordered one. When one of rhe employees asked after we got our dinner was everything ok we said not really and they walked away. Didn't seem to care about the customer. Very disappointing, we won't go back. read more

Stopped in here for dinner on a Friday night - our first night in Westport. They were doing a good business...they were busy. We ordered our beers and went and sat for a bit. After awhile we ordered a pizza. There was plenty of social distancing, and they did require masks when you were inside the building. They have a ton of outdoor seating - and most of it is covered. We enjoyed their pizza very much. A perfect amount of toppings on a delicious crust. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for some craft beer and good food. read more

So I love this place. I do. But today I'm very disappointed. I brought my friend and her kids here after raving about it all day. It's semi busy but not slamming when we come in. Good number of seat options. Well we sit and after 15 mins we finally get the drink and food order taken. I must note I do like our server and she's nice. But the food literally take an hour to get to us. Two pizzas. I've working in a high volume brewery/pub that made pizzas so I know the deal. So many tables who sat well after got pizzas before us. There wasn't an apology for the immense delay. There was a 'it's because that pizza takes longer' note. As it arrived and I looked at the other pizzas that came well after ours... yeah i don't see the excuse being valid. So the beer here is amazing. The food... it's great when it's not busy. Also when the pizza arrived there was a hair on the pizza that couldn't be any of ours... eh. Just gross as hell. When I told her she couldn't care less. She didn't event moderately adjust the price even with it clear the hair couldn't be any of ours. Picture included. I love this place but the experience tonight makes me question coming back. For the 80-100 buck bill combined not worth it Immensely disappointed and regret upselling this place to my friend and her kids. After a long day this was the last experience we needed. Live in Tokeland and had driven by Blackbeards many times not realizing what they had. Wasn't aware of the quality and extent of their menu. Just had someone pick up a pizza for me from there and it's outstanding! I bought a pizza from another place i wont mention and it was AWFUL in many ways. Over-priced and terrible. From the looks and taste of my pizza, the menu, and the atmosphere of the place i highly recommend it. Great place to take out of towners i would think for a good beer and some good food. Best pizza in Westport! The Tsunami is probably the best pizza I've ever had. Perfect blend of flavors, loads of toppings but still crisp, tasty crust. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Call ahead to order, especially on weekends. They get very busy! I've tried several different specialty pizzas and they've all been top-notch. The chicken/artichoke is truly stellar. Outdoor seating is very pleasant, clean, lots of space between tables. Once indoor is reopened, arrive early because it's a small place, but cozy and comfortable. I love going to Westport. It is such a peaceful town and there is great walking along the ocean beaches there. Steve and I love taking our dogs there to run. They are very comfortable out there since it is so quiet and are not startled by loud noises. It has become a custom to go out whenever we can. Another Westport custom we adopted was going to their breweries after those walks. Bogwater is one brewery we go to and Blackbeard. Both places are dog friendly but you need to have them out on the patio areas and not inside the buildings. For that I am grateful that our dogs can be with us a bit more even after the walk and over half of our family unit is sitting in the car. We have been to Blackbeard Brewing a number of times and have always really enjoyed it. We usually just come to drink their beers. Our favorites are the Strawberry Blonde and the Blimey Blueberry Wheat. We have had a porter here to which we really like. Blackbeard's also serves pizza. We like ordering pizza in the Supreme fashion where there are a lot of meat and veggies. The pizza here is great and the ingredients are fresh. Coming to Westport is great anytime of the year but it is amazing relaxing at the patio here with one of their cold brews during the summer months! read more

You can't go wrong with Blackbeard's. We have a vacation rental in Westport and are there once a month. I'd say we go every other visit to pick up a pizza. Came in here after a nice motorcycle trip along the coast. We walked in on a Sunday around 3pm and it was pretty dead. We sat outside and the waitress was super friendly and even offered her suggestion of the warmest table ( it was breezy but sunny) haha! Husband and I ordered the pulled pork nachos and Chicken bacon ranch pizza. Both came out very quickly! We were so so pleased with both. Absolutely amazing pizza. We also ordered some of the best beers we have had in a long time. Which really should say something because we do alot of beer tasting haha! I ordered the Raise your Mast Mango Ale and husband had both the Porter and Strawberry Blonde Ale. I have never had a beer that you could actually taste the fruit flavor so well.
