I'm going to cut to the chase... my only complaint is that I don't live closer to this place. Absolutely any time we know we're going to be nearby we schedule it around their hours. From the very first time we visited I was hooked. They're sourcing (sometimes their own) local products. Anything we've tried is phenomenal. From made to order meals and baked goods, you cannot go wrong. My humans love that there's infused water available. The place itself feels like you're in grandma's kitchen or something, but with stellar decor vibes. It's a great comfortable spot serving the most delicious items, and you really should treat yourself. The price point is higher, but you're paying for quality.

The absolute CUTEST family run cafe in small town PA! I was traveling to the area and just so happened to see this spot featured on my FYP on TikTok and I'm so glad I did. This cutie little spot gives classic English bakery meets small town general store. The coffee was a 10/10 and they have such fun flavors (like tiramisu and cinnamon bun!) They have fresh locally sourced products and a full bakery case full of goodies--we really liked the blueberry lavender scone. But the real show stopper was the mushroom and spinach quiche!!! An absolute must-try if you're in the area--worth a drive!

I would go out of my way to come here. Joe and his team are fantastic, all the food is incredibly fresh and well-made. There can be a bit of a wait during peak times, but the service is fantastic and the interior is beautifully rustic. Highly recommend the quiches and the fried chicken sandwich!

Daily lunch special. To-DIE-for! The Holiday Club Sammy!

Stopped in on way to visit family in Pittsburgh area, and is my second visit here. My wife and I stumbled upon it about 2 years ago. A bit out of the way and off the beaten path, but well worth it! Finding a Mom and Pop restaurant that's legit farm-to-table in a metropolitan area is hard enough, let alone in rural PA. Owner/Chef Alana puts her heart and soul into her creations and it shows! This tiny town is SO lucky to have Black Valley Provender! I had a wonderful turkey and stuffing sandwich. Beyond delicious! I can't imagine that anything on the menu isn't just as scrumptious! Will definitely stop by again during another trip from Virginia to the 'Burgh! Alana, come to Williamsburg, VA.. a British-themed restaurant would be great in the area near where the British Army surrendered to those wiley Colonial Rebels!

Amazing food and service - loved the steak Benedict which was cooked fresh! Great ambience as well. Rustic and cozy.

Chicken sandwich with bacon, slaw and pickle, fresh toasted bun and the delicious fresh French fries!

Stopped because it had outdoor seating, we are traveling with our dog. The food was wonderful! We had the fried chicken sandwich with fries. These aren't just any fries the were fresh cut fried potatoes! We also asked for side salads (not on the menu) and they were nice enough to make them. They had a large selection of caned drinks, many with low sugar content. The deserts looked wonderful, but we were too full for desert. The service was good and the outside seating nice. Inside looks good and very clean.

Coffee Shop No. 361 April 1, 2024 Black Valley Provender Everett, PA The best part about long drives are the small towns between your home and your destination. This morning we drove through Everett, PA population 1,744. This small town boasts a spectacular cafe, Black Valley Provender, on Main Street. Black Valley Provender is a British/American Cafe with delicious food, farm house decor, local artwork on the walls, fabulous service and delicious cappuccinos. They don't serve cortados, but I won't hold that against them.

Traveling across the PA Tpk & looking for a great stop off lunch, well take the Altoona exit & drive 15 minutes to the Provender for an incredible lunch in a cool small town cafe with friendly service! The food, coffee & baked goods are well worth the "detour"!

Perfectly cooked burger, thick cut fries, crispy outside fluffy inside, had to be blanched!

Finally a Foodie Oasis Near Breezewood! Breezewood is the logical stop on the way to DC or Baltimore as you have to go through it. But it is a desert for food. Unless you love fast food. Coming home from Philly, lunch time lined up with Breezewood and vicinity. Yuck! Luckily my wife found this place. What a surprise! It's a quaint small place, with a hipster vibe. The lunch menu isn't massive, probably 16 items, but there's also a choice of bakery items like quiche and some savory turnovers. We ordered the Provender Smash Burger, smoked salmon on avocado toast, and meat lovers quiche. Everything was outstanding! The ground beef was delicious on its own - local farm sourced, as was pretty much everything we had. Service was great, everyone was very friendly, accommodating, and attentive
