I bought 2 - 9mm magazines from them. It took a week for them to ship them out…read more When I received the mags, one of them looked like it was run over by a truck. The feed lips were bulging outwards and would barely keep the round seated. The mag also had various gouges on it. The box they shipped in was fine, so the bad mag was shipped already damaged. When I reached out to the for a replacement, they told me to make a warranty claim through the manufacturer. Now, the manufacturer (ProMag) wants me to ship the mag to them at my expense for inspection. This tells me GunMag Warehouse does not support their customers. They simply pass the buck leaving returns out of their hands and at the added expense of their customers.

So I told the guy ok no problem. Knowing I'll hop on yelp and 1 star you. Then Google and 1 star you and I'll just go back to rifle gear. If I would have known this was their response I woulda walked out before I paid for a lane. Getting repeat business is about the small things. Which doesn't include being small minded.
