I bought 2 - 9mm magazines from them. It took a week for them to ship them out. When I received the mags, one of them looked like it was run over by a truck. The feed lips were bulging outwards and would barely keep the round seated. The mag also had various gouges on it. The box they shipped in was fine, so the bad mag was shipped already damaged. When I reached out to the for a replacement, they told me to make a warranty claim through the manufacturer. Now, the manufacturer (ProMag) wants me to ship the mag to them at my expense for inspection. This tells me GunMag Warehouse does not support their customers. They simply pass the buck leaving returns out of their hands and at the added expense of their customers. read more

If you live in California (possible many other states too) they will take you order and they send you an email indicating you need to send them a photo copy of your state ID to get your product. They do not tell you this ahead of time. When you don't provide your photo copied state ID because your don't want your identify stolen they then charge you 20%. What a scam! It's bad enough to charge someone 20% to return a product but to charge 20% for a product you have never even received. That sounds like stealing. read more

This company doesn't do what they say. I'm in California and ordered a product early December and received it defective. They said to return the product and I would be getting a replacement sent back. Then I get a email first saying they were sending it, then shortly after saying they canceled and refunded the order due to California law change on Jan 1st even after I explained this was NOT A NEW ORDER, I already purchased it prior to the law change. It's not my fault you sent something defective, and the law clearly says purchases made the 1st and after. Would have been perfectly legal to send my order but they didn't. read more

Hit or miss ordering from GMW, seems like the are trying to completely revamp POS. Out of the last 10 orders, only 2 arrived on time. Customer service is a joke, I blame this on management. I ordered two M1 magazines from these guys, and their online representative stated that they should work fine. The order came in relatively quick, no issues with the delivery. The magazines didn't function, wouldn't lock into the mag-well, so they hit me with a restocking fee for damaged packaging when I returned them on an RMA. I explained that all that was needed was to re-staple them for the packaging. I thought they would want to inspect them, but all the packages needed were staples. Other than that, they were in perfect condition. Not to mention, how would I be able to see if they would function in my gun without taking them out of the packaging? I've returned one other magazine to their store without stapling the package, and had no issues. Why now? They answered with a refusal. Pretty irritating! No problem! I think it's time to take my business elsewhere, I really don't care if I need to pay a little more. Customer service is worth a little more money. Packages were probably delivered and put in wrong box. I waited almost a week to be sure. I filed missing package report with local post office. As the old country song goes "since there is no zero on this scale, I give you a one!" I am an online buyer ready to make a purchase. I have not done business with this shop before. Knowing that there are a lot of fake websites, I first tried to verify this shop as legitimate by calling their number. Nobody answers the phone. I then tried using their live chat. Again, nobody replies online. Unexpectedly I get a text message from a number that is from another state that the area code for the store. I asked basic questions to confirm this is a legitimate business. The reply I recieved was " I am too busy to talk with you on the phone because I have a shop full of customers". Okay if you are so darn busy, why are to you ignoring your busy shop and texting me? I then asked them to tell me where to go to visit their shop. I got no answer. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This is the worst company when it comes to product and customer service. How can you not accept your merchandise back if the package was opened! How else can you ensure you received the correct magazine to fit the firearm if you are not able to open the package! However, my problem with them is the item I received the package was already damaged. I received a call from one of the representatives from the company and during the entire conversation, he talked over me and did not listen to my explanation of my return. I purchased 3 magazines from them, 2 are the same and 1 is a different brand (which was already damaged when I received it). They claim they will look at their video to confirm if the package was damaged when packaging. Just say I am not holding my breath for a different outcome!!!
