In their reply they said I'd have to jump through a bunch of hoops and might end up having to pay them to take it back. They had the mags I needed for my Sig Sauer P220. Aftermarket which are just as good as the factory ones. Made in America and lifetime warranty. Because I'm in Ct , they could not complete my order. They sent me a friendly email requesting my ID and Permit. Easy enough I thought, since I understand the Ct rules apply even for internet sales, so I sent them pics of my credentials and they responded quickly acknowledging my legality. I bought 2 - 9mm magazines from them. It took a week for them to ship them out. When I received the mags, one of them looked like it was run over by a truck. The feed lips were bulging outwards and would barely keep the round seated. The mag also had various gouges on it. The box they shipped in was fine, so the bad mag was shipped already damaged. When I reached out to the for a replacement, they told me to make a warranty claim through the manufacturer. Now, the manufacturer (ProMag) wants me to ship the mag to them at my expense for inspection. This tells me GunMag Warehouse does not support their customers. They simply pass the buck leaving returns out of their hands and at the added expense of their customers. read more

I ordered three magazines for a match I will be shooting and it showed that they would be delivered the day before the match. After I placed the order(on a Friday) it showed that it would not be delivered in time to shoot my match. I sent an email to support asking if I could change my shipping to 2ND day air and pay the difference and received an immediate reply. They were unable to change the shipping method; however, they expedited the processing of my order and shipped it on a weekend less than 24 hrs after I ordered it and my order arrived earlier then I was initially told. The staff at GMW was awesome, returned my emails almost immediately, and made sure my order was processed quickly. I wish I knew who to thank at GMW specifically. If you live in California (possible many other states too) they will take you order and they send you an email indicating you need to send them a photo copy of your state ID to get your product. They do not tell you this ahead of time. When you don't provide your photo copied state ID because your don't want your identify stolen they then charge you 20%. What a scam! It's bad enough to charge someone 20% to return a product but to charge 20% for a product you have never even received. That sounds like stealing. read more

This company doesn't do what they say. I'm in California and ordered a product early December and received it defective. They said to return the product and I would be getting a replacement sent back. Then I get a email first saying they were sending it, then shortly after saying they canceled and refunded the order due to California law change on Jan 1st even after I explained this was NOT A NEW ORDER, I already purchased it prior to the law change. It's not my fault you sent something defective, and the law clearly says purchases made the 1st and after. Would have been perfectly legal to send my order but they didn't. read more
