They were really quick to ask if I needed assistance and when I needed it they were right there to help. Of all the sports stores selling jerseys in Arden, this one had the most selection and lower prices. Even had the old classic jerseys which was real nice to see. My only problem would be for jackets, there doesn't seem to be much of a variety in sizes. Most of the jacket sizes that I was looking at were either S or XL and nothing really in between. For the most part they have a variety of sizes in jerseys and shirts so finding one that would fit was not at all a problem. Exchange policies are very simple and reasonable. Overall best sports store I went to in Arden, the other stores the employees didn't seem too interested in really helping but over here was able to engage in a nice conversation with the employees. Will come again!

I've got a fever, and the only cure is an overpriced sports store. Well, not exactly. Given the…read morewide availability of sports clothing these days, I couldn't see any justification for the outrageous prices here. Not to mention, the selection conveniently did not include almost anything I was looking for. I wanted to buy a 49ers shirt and found one in my size that I really liked. I was shocked to find out this average-to-poor quality shirt, which I could find online for half the price easily, was going for $70. Holy markup! I asked if there were any sales and the employee at the register seemed annoyed I had even posed a question. The only plus was that when it comes to local teams, they had more than I had found elsewhere. Sports Fever is an apt name - their service, stocking, pricing and selection need some medical attention.

The store selection was good, but the checkout experience was terrible. There was only one very young girl working the register. When I put my items on the counter, she just stood there staring at me without scanning anything. I had to explicitly tell her, 'Ma'am, I'm ready to be served. You can start scanning my stuff.' She began scanning quietly, but when she finished, she just piled all my items on top of each other. I had to ask her twice for a bag because she ignored me the first time. When she finally grabbed one, she threw my things into the bag in a very messy, careless way and handed it to me. No 'hello,' no 'goodbye,' no 'thank you for shopping,' and no 'have a great day.' Nothing. I walked out feeling very bitter about how I was treated. Good products, but the customer service at the front needs major improvement." Cashier's name was Emilets.

I literally would wear a Franks Pro Shop shirt every time I bowl - that's how good they are…read more Long story short: I had a ball I felt wasnt working right. Wasn't consistent. Turns out - thanks to the guys at the shop - it was drilled completely wrong for how I bowl. Franks took my original ball, plugged and re-drilled (graciously) to get the right track so I could get the ball I just purchased, drilled correctly. Oh, and they got me a 'better' ball because the pin distance on the one I bought online was not so great. Old ball drilled correctly, new ball exchanged AND drilled correctly - all for the price of one drill. I will drive the hour it takes from now on just to not only get a ball drilled, but to also chat and ask questions to help me be a better bowler. This place is where you should go and I will still wear that shirt if they had one.

He went through the usual foot scan process and explained the results in detail, followed up by several recommendations, both from the provided scan results and his own personal recommendations.
