Latte is so full of ice that there's maybe half a cup of actual drink. Bagel is too tough to bite through and was served with burned bits on it.

Got the Mexican mocha iced per the barista's recommendation and it's delicious! The apple fritter was yummy as well. The design and aesthetic is appealing including some cool murals.

Coffee is a must for me, especially when I'm traveling back home to the PNW. I opted for Black Rock Coffee Bar as one of my fellow running friends had posted about them previously, so I figured they'd be a good option to try this trip. The outside is unassuming in a strip mall parking lot, however once inside you get the chill coffeehouse vibes. The service was a little slow, especially since there was no one in front of me, but I wasn't in a hurry so it wasn't an issue. I studied their menu and selected their seasonal coconut caramel cold brew. The cold foam was delicious with a hint of coconut and the cold brew had a nice subtle sweetness. I'd definitely return to try other drinks when I'm back in Eugene next.

Black Rock has been on my list of places to visit for a while now and I am so glad I was finally able to stop in. I was only there for a blip, but they left a great impression on me. The service was so lovely. A very friendly and warm group of staff. I ordered an oat milk latte and, this is hard for me to say, I enjoyed it better than the lattes I get from that popular coffee place that rhymes with "all bucks". This looks like a great spot to stop by and do some laptop work. Which I am hoping to utilize sometime during the Summer.

I'm always happy when another coffee option is added to the list in Eugene! They had their grand opening today and things were very promising of how this place will serve the community! Although the line was very long, the baristas were getting drinks out so quickly and the line moved fast. They were all also very friendly and very knowledgeable of their menu even on a super busy opening day! When I asked what sugar free syrup options they had she listed them off without having to check a list. If they continue to operate this well then you will be a very happy customer!

It's not like going to a bad bar or even restaurant where you still can eat a few hours later. Coffee has a small window and a maximum amount of intake. That being said, this morning we chose wisely. Not only did we use Yelp but we backed up our decision with a google search and that took us to Reddit. Equiano was a top suggestion on both sites. And we understand why. The service was 100% top notch. Helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable, not only about what they offered but about the regions best shops! The coffee itself was very expressive. The Camaroon was totally my style with an earthier tone and the Chai was delightful. The outdoor seating was so very comfortable with a unique sort of panache that I would love to have at my neighborhood coffeeshop. The raked gravel was a nice touch. And even though they didn't have indoor seating with the drizzly day, it was a highlight that I will be repeating in our future travels.

Glass House Coffee Bar - Where the Beans Are Brewed and the Dads Are Punny…read more If you're in Eugene and looking for a place that's brew-tiful inside and out, pedal your way to Glass House Coffee Bar -- just a short ride from the river trail, and trust me, it's worth the cycle. ‍ First off, the architecture is so cool, it might just give your iced latte a complex. With sleek glass walls and plant life that could make a greenhouse jealous, this place is serving up serious fern-tastic vibes. I walked in and immediately thought, "Wow, this place is un-be-leaf-able." Now let's talk coffee. I ordered a cappuccino so smooth, it should've come with a tuxedo. My friend got a pour-over and said it was grounds-breaking. And don't even get me started on the pastries -- flaky enough to ghost you after one date, but so good you forgive them instantly. The baristas? Friendly, fast, and full of beans (literally and figuratively). One even told me my dad jokes were espresso-nally bad, which I took as a compliment. Whether you're a caffeine connoisseur or just need a place to espresso yourself, Glass House is the kind of spot that makes you want to linger, laugh, and maybe adopt a succulent or two. Bottom line: great coffee, great vibes, and enough plant life to make your mom say, "You should really get one of these for your apartment." I'm already planning my next visit -- it's brew-destined.

The parking lot has a few spots and street parking. The inside is very cute with plants and random art all over. I enjoyed the vanilla cardamom latte was perfection and the bagel was fresh and had a good hardy flavor. Nice place to chill or work.
