Parking area - specifically the one that's sort of in the waiting area (drive thru) if you park there, it'll be a bit hard to get out once the line forms. There's two entrees It may be a bit tricky coming out, if you're turning left but be patient and drink up while you turn safely ; ) Get yourself a rewards card - add up your drinks and after 10 - you'll get a free drink. Perhaps my favorite coffee anywhere in the area. Menu is wide and varied. There are snacks with very create drinks. Drive-up only though, but that doesn't matter to me. read more

I am a long time Black Rock addict. This is an easy drive up addition to my routine as I am on TV highway all the time. One of my fav baristas is here. They are all friendly and efficient however. Today when I got my mocha he knew exactly what to do. Iced, half sweet. Yeah!$3.50. They even have a couple umbrella tables at this location if you want to hang out. This black rock is in coffee dry land. Unless you go up to Ceder Hills or down to Starbucks Reedville crossing there is nothing! I am thankful to have this round. I love Black Rock coffee and am so excited to see this location. One, it's really close to my house so it's not an out of the way stop, ever. And two, the other Black Rock that I drive by on my commute to work is the one on the corner of 185th/Baseline, which is a nightmare intersection at best and really only accessible (safely) if you are coming from Baseline eastbound or 185th southbound. And I'm basically never headed in either direction. I've been on a tea kick lately, occasionally chai, and the chai latte here is very, very good. I prefer nonfat milk, generally, and I'd recommend that here -- it's rich and decadent enough without the whole milk, but if that's your preference you go. Service is always friendly and usually really quick. My one meh about Black Rock is I wish they had a few other food options. Nothing cooked or anything, mind you -- I get that speed is one of the values here and I appreciate it. But maybe bagels and a cream cheese packet? A piece of fruit, or an oatmeal cup (you add the water later)? The available munchies tend to be on the sweet side and sometimes something a little more filling/savory would be nice, particularly for a quick breakfast. read more

Black Rock is always my choice over both Starbucks and Dutch Bros. I used to go to the location on 185th but when this one popped up I switched because it's much closer. EVERYONE. And I mean EVERYONE who works here is so kind and cheerful, and I would say nearly all the employees know my drink order, name, and always remember personal details I tell them, and ask how I'm doing every time I drop by. It's become a staple in my morning routine to stop and say hi to everyone there and get my coffee fix. In addition, I have forgotten my wallet in a few occasions and the staff there never had turned me away, and I know for a fact some of them take it out of their paycheck for me. I've tried this stand like 5 times now and it's just bad. It sucks bc it's located in such a convenient place. I ordered two hot Americanos one with cinnamon. I had to remind the barista they were hot bc she was making them both iced. And put cinnamon in both. Then my third drink was a medium iced decaf vanilla latte with almond milk. I know it's a lot to order but I got a large iced latte with regular milk (no vanilla) and who knows if it's decaf. I can't drink it anyways. Super bummed. Went again and the drinks were great!!
