From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and incredible aromas set the stage for a fantastic dining experience. I ordered a traditional beef pho with added oxtails, and it exceeded all expectations. The broth was rich, deeply flavorful, and clearly simmered with care for hours. Every spoonful delivered a perfect balance of savory spices and comforting warmth. The beef was tender ano plentiful, while the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeños allowed me to customize each bite exactly to my taste. I also added tendon which was so delicious and melted in your mouth! The portion size was generous, making it an excellent value, and everything tasted exceptionally fresh. I also tried a Vietnamese iced coffee, which provided the perfect sweet and bold complement to the meal. What truly stood out was the combination of authentic flavors, attentive service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you're a longtime pho enthusiast or trying Vietnamese cuisine for the first time, this restaurant is well worth a visit. If you're in the Orlando area and looking for a comforting, flavorful meal, I highly recommend stopping by-you won't leave hungry, and you'll likely be planning your next visit before you even finish your bowl.

On the hunt to try out cuisines I don't venture in often, this local gem popped right on up. Upon entry, it was very date-night coded. With various Vietnamese and cultural decor moments and the mood lighting, it was a nice little oasis / getaway from the usual. They had a nice playlist going and there was more than enough seating. Service was phenomenal. Now, at the time of my visit, it wasn't a busy night. It was only a handful of people there. So, our waitress was able to be super attentive and was so kind to our table. Our orders came out fresh, hot and quickly! I ordered one of their pho options, and it was super flavorful. It was also quite a bit of food, so, I did have leftovers to take home and finish the following day. It held up well and it was just as good the next day as it was the night I got it. Pricing is AWESOME! They are a Michelin Bib Gourmant restaurant - which means, it is "a prestigious award recognizing restaurant that serves exceptional, high-quality food at great value." The quality of the food alongside the pricing, just makes it worthwhile. They definitely deserve the hype and rave!! I think any time you go to a restaurant that serves a type of ethnic cuisine, they focuses on the main or big dishes. For example, Vietnamese restaurants will always feature pho somehow and Cuban restaurants will always feature the Cuban sandwich in some capacity. However, street food or dishes that are small and meant for grab and go and sharing and to be affordable is not often featured at big sit down restaurants. The other thing is when street food is featured on a fancy sit down menu, the small plates and street food always cost more than it should in my opinion. Z Asian really surprised me in that I didn't think the prices were to unfair and it still felt elevated. They are a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. We went here for a date night after watching Obsession. By the way, the movie is one of the best horror movies of this year in my opinion and I think a lot of people's opinion. We parked in the back lot as they don't really have a whole lot of street parking. That was confusing entering the restaurant since we entered from the back and it wasn't clear if the restaurant was open or if we walked in through the wrong door. We got seated fast and the waitress was really nice and engaging. We ordered banh khot, which is basically a mini banh xeo. Banh khot is an eggy crepe mixture that is panfried into a circle and a small amount of seafood is placed into the middle of it. It's small and finger food sized and served with pickled veggies and fresh lettuce and fish sauce to drizzle or dip. My rating is a 9.5/10. It was crispy and full of flavor. We also tried the mango tofu salad. It's similar to a ceviche. This was a 9/10. It has a little heat to it but very good and not too wet. We then ordered grilled mussels with is what it sounds like. It's mussels halves grilled with fish sauce and crushed peanuts sprinkled on top. I rate this a 8/10. I never see this in restaurants. On a good day, I can crush like 20 of these and call it girl dinner. We got the grilled corn as well. This is corn kernels grilled in butter and garlic topped with Sriracha. I rate this a 6.5/10. I think it's a good street dished but it underwhelmed me because it's just the corn and there wasn't a vehicle to deliver it to my mouth. The last item we tried was the grilled chicken rice noodles. This was a flavorful dish of veggies and chicken and rice noodles that are cooked in a pan. The rating is a 8.5/10. My overall rating is 9/10. They bill was on the higher end but I felt like it was worth the food we were eating the service and ambiance.

I love the beef pho here but last time I went, I ordered Canh Chua Cá and received a pot of comforting sweet and sour broth with vegetables and fish over a flame. It also came with a small bowl of rice. Their fried shrimp in salted egg is simply divine. It's super crunchy, and is a nice mix of salty and savory. I don't think the flavor is too egg-y either. Their mango salad with shrimp (or snails! If you select it) is refreshing and crunchy as well. My server was very attentive and I have never had to wait long for water refills or for food to arrive. Admittedly sometimes the place can get a bit crowded and loud, but the noise levels are tolerable. Even while crowded on very certain days, I haven't experienced needing to wait for a table. The place overall is clean and well decorated.
